I'm suddenly very interested in playing Hollow Knight and potentially getting it on The Switch for portability sake. Has anyone here played that?


Metroidvanias are like my second favorite genre of video game and Hollow Knight is the best one I've played since Super Metroid. Not that there haven't been really good ones, but Hollow Knight hit me in a way that games haven't in a while. It made me want to scour every area, it had me taking notes in and out of game, and the game has a wonderful visual style and score to tie everything together. I cannot recommend the game enough; I've bought it on three different platforms I love it so much.

I have zero issues with the lightspeed ram (she didn't enter hyperspace! Let's call it a lightspeed ram!) and even fewer issues with magnetized bombs. I think it's weird for people to think there's a 'right' and a 'wrong' way for Star Wars battles when the rules of the universe change on a whim anyway.

Like, just saying, if you think a lightspeed ram is too far just you wait until you find out about hyperspace skimming!
