Current You'd think after like 15 years I'd stop feeling like a fraud when writing posts but I still do which is both a statement on my self confidence and a compliment to how good my partners are as writers

The problem is every time Pokemon has an announcement people like expect that this one is going to be the one where they show off gen 4 remakes and it's like...at some point you gotta walk away.

Or maybe I'm a stupid dumb dumb.
Does Sparkle count as a doggie because Sparkle is also good
There's also the concern over Naughty Dog supposedly mistreating its employees

If this was an issue that many gamers drew a line against, more games (hell, even some movies) would be review bombed or boycott. Probably ineffectively but that's the internet for you. I'm not saying crunch is good - far from it - but it's an issue that is easy for some to use as a shield. Even some of the people going around shit posting are doing so with the whole "LMAO CRUNCH FOR THIS AWKWARD SEX SCENE? WAS IT WORTH IT CUCKMANN!" and all that nonsense. Obviously, yes, people do care about it but it's not at all a leading factor in the review bombing and the, like, two months of discourse about the game with the leaks. And it certainly isn't much of a factor critically despite all the articles about Naughty Dog's practices. But Kuro said it better.

The problem when something gets review-bombed or otherwise brigaded is that it makes actual discourse about the thing considerably harder and that's unfortunate. For all I know, TLOU2 does have a bad story, but I don't think a bad story makes a game bad - unless it's a bad visual novel or something where story is the point - and TLOU has more going on than its story. Which is a shame that what it has going on is Naughty Dog's boring gameplay

Anyway, here's hoping Ghost of Tsushima slaps.

To be fair, they do it to films, too.

They do, yes, and it's just as stupid and pointless
Gamers constantly want video games to be taken seriously as an artform (they aren't) but at the same time they will review bomb a game while posting hate speech and ranting about agendas and kinks and it's like do they not understand that this is why the basement dweller mentality still exists.

Anyway, I've got no intention of playing TLOU2 since I didn't like the first one so seeing the assmad rage it brought out is hilarious to me because, like, it's not even worth getting so assblasted about.
With a new Skate game being made we truly live in the era where meme posting on social media gets things made.
New Pokemon Snap is happening Nintendo finally got everyone's letters
At this point the most surprising thing is that it has a fairly normal name for a Kingdom Hearts game. 'Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory'
I can't believe they're making a Kingdom Hearts rhythm game and that it's going to be both canon and a follow-up on KH3's ending.
