That moment you've got too many rp ideas floating in your head, but you don't want to overwhelm yourself? Yeah... I'm right there, suffering in silence.

RP hunting is like finding the rare toy in the cereal box. Doable, but the time and effort is nearly more than I can bare!

That amazing high when you realized how far you've come in improving your writing. It's impossible to describe, but drowns you in a positive glow.

I love being a terrible person by making my PCs' lives miserable, it's art form that never gets old or boring.

I just realized what Free meant and I thought he was talking about Alaira helping Mar and crew. My bad, but you know, Mei and Lieth could help your PCs Crossark. Also, if we approved of Locus, you might want to put him in the CS thread so I can link him please?

Why? Why would the goddess care if you said all the deities were cockbags?

1. Alaira defended her descendants and prevented her already small lineage from suffering more loss then it has in the past. Kyiir's children were those who ended up taking on their very own God when he started to slaughtering them in the name of love, namely driven by fear they would abandon him. (In the Naga history section)

2. The 3 Goddesses aren't like the four others I mentioned, they are minor and less accustomed to power the Major ones have on a normal basis. To be honest, they were made from a banished God plus Tiien's sea, land, and air. They aren't pure Goddesses.

3. Kyiir's lost many children and is the most emotional, despite her appearance being like Mar, of the three. She's empathic and very warrior like of the three. This would be her thank you for protecting her children and preserving her lineage.

4. The Gods are only asses because they've not dealt with the aftermath of their little game. The Goddesses aren't part of that game, nor do they involve with themselves with toying with other's lives unless it affect the Naga survival which killing Lyn will.

Enough explanation? Not to mention you assumed all deities are assholes, never asked about minor Goddesses.

I hope you don't expect Alaira to help, there's not much she can do when her entire lower body is crushed to powder.

Kyiir will fix that but she won't be awake and Daisy is stepping up to the plate.

Finally! And just when the College is going to be visited by three Naga Goddesses too. :P
Divine and Rude Awakening…

Xanaphya, Desya, and Kyiir

This wasn’t good, thought Xanaphya as she cursed her grandson’s foolishness. He might’ve suffered a bit for it but it did nothing to stop his determination, a trait fixed firmly within the Naga race, as he moved into the Medical wing. A grim fixed look upon his maw and easily he moved inwardly, his path unhindered now. She knew what he was going to do now. A sad, deep regret which spat at her in rage for not seeing it before now had caused her to act fast. Or Kyiir’s wrath would rain upon her son without mercy, turning him into another Helkyso.

Her hand touches the woven cloth, its thin substance fell apart as one by one, her sisters fell onto the floor. First Dyesa fell as she stretched her many beautiful white wings. Her long white tan hair fell to her back middle and pooled upon the floor, her body shifted upright slowly. Her white eyes shifted to look on to the final sister who had fallen to the ground. Her dark hair covered her face and her bright, chocolate eyes stared upon Xanaphya. She looked like any land Naga with the dark colored scales and diamond pattern, her slightly tinted green skin faded into flesh color near her head.

She spoke, slightly irritated, to her elder sister. “What is the meaning of this Xanaphya? Why did you wake us both up?”
Xanaphya’s fins flexed instinctively defensively at her sister’s rough tone and her words fought not to hiss before she answered. “I need your help to save your offspring.”

Kyiir’s eyes flicked with concern then faded into anger. “Why is that?”

“One of my many grandsons has a foolish notion in his head and is determined to end the Naga Marya’s and her newborn daughter’s life.” The goddess answered grimly.

Kyiir’s fingers fisted, her arms trembled with angry in her reply. Her body started to rise, quicker than she was ready as her tone became snappish towards the discovery about her blood. “What do you mean end? He aims to kill her and the newborn?”

“Yes…” Xanaphya answer, she was filled so much shame that she couldn’t look at her sister.

“I won’t let him.” Kyiir’s voice threatened, her mind turned inwards and upon the College. Already she was pouring her power into a stone Gargoyle, the figure shifted into her war likeness and appearance slowly. To those who were unfamiliar about the Land Goddess, her face and figure would’ve looked just like the only other female Naga within the College itself.

Xanaphya looked horrified when she spotted what Kyiir was doing within the basin. She knew her sister wouldn’t have an ounce of mercy for her son and the thought filled her with dread, her head turned to Desya. The eldest couldn’t allow her sister to murder her own grandson. Dyesa nodded and rose, following her sister towards the basin where they located two Golems nearby. It would take time unfortunately as their sister was ahead of them. Their minds sank into the Golems' and erased Uicle’s control, their forms started to take shape quickly.

What time is it IC?

Late morning and early noonish.
I tried Kestrel... I honestly controlled myself in the damage area! Mostly. The cuts on Emily's arm look worse then they really are as is the leg... so I kept your request.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

Emily

Emily felt the momentum die, the ragworm’s course altered and shifted to her. From the corner of her eyes, she watched Vignar’s form become free from the chains then rolled away much to her relief. Then pain ripped her focus away. A terrible reminder of her mistake, a slightly lapse in memory over one of Steve’s keys traits: his damn spikes. They protruded out from contact, their short, quill like needles struck against her arms. The top barely protected as the tips tried to pierce through the covering but thankfully they seemed equally matched in strength. However, the bottom was completely exposed. Blood trailed along her dune colored skin and dripped between the spikes, staining the dark, leather skin. Emily couldn’t stop the scream that tore through the air and seemed ripped from her unwilling.

She had missed Vignar’s shout to protect the others, even Sean’s reaction to seeing his dead companions, all lost in her voice. Her breath thumped through her, her chest raised and fell with each struggle to force out the pain. It only helped enough for her to notice Steve’s attempt to give her a rather spiny hug. She jerked at her weapon, once, twice, and three times only to discover it won’t budge. The force from her rush had embedded it too deeply and it served, now, only to inflamed her arm with each jarring motion.

There was one option. One Emily knew was a risk and would make her venerable for a few moments while she put distance between her and the ragworm. It wasn’t a pleasant idea but there was little other choice. The white weapon faded slowly, returned to dark tendrils that raced up her arm and vanished. Blade now gone, she was no longer stuck.

Her feet kicked off with all her might. Sand scattered in her flight away, her direction back towards Vignar. She wasn’t as fast as before and found this out too late. Her body had just cleared Steve’s leg when one of the spikes clipped her shin, the muscle seared with hurtful flames raced up and down her leg. Her tongue bit back another scream enough she tasted blood. Once safely beside Vignar, her leg gave a little bring her to her knee. Her hand instinctively touched the robe and noted the wetness start soaking the cloth, but unsure if it her arm or the leg which was the cause. Under her breath, Emily curses a bit then turned for a moment to spot how the others are doing.

A familiar and unwanted sight greeted her. It was the tug of war secession between Eight and Valor, Fran’s misfortune in being the rope. Her mind went numb when the memory of her last time here, the image of Ramza almost being dragged under the sand and the very same thing occurrence repeated itself once more. A dry lump settled in her throat.

Emily… Cerberus’s voice, thankfully for once, had broken her reminiscence. He continued with a firm, yet gentle tone of concern. Emily, focus and try to take out Sean. It will stop Steve and perhaps Valor.

The words seemed to help as Emily, now likely beside the more serious man, turned back to Vignar and spoke. “We need to redirect our focus upon Sean rather than mess with his spirit. It seems both Valor and Steve are dependent on him and if he’s killed, even out cold, then it could end this fight. Or at the least even the odds.”

She took a breath, forced her heart to settle down. “I only have a few questions: Do you have any long range abilities and if that’s a yes, think you can hit Sean where the scales are no longer there? If not, think you have something in your bag of tricks to cover me while I use my bow?”

Inwardly, Emily hoped he wouldn’t look at her arm and question her ability to fire her bow. If he did ask, she wasn’t really sure how to answer because she wasn’t positive she would be able to until she tried. Her eyes skimmed her arm to take in the damage. It was rather cut up and bloody looking, her wrist flexed a bit to show it could still move. That was a positive, even if it hurt to do it.
Alright, the med wing is off limits to everyone but Rtron, Echo and me. Also, I want to say that was a hell of a fight you two and well matched. Konan and Ryo, feel free to carry on with what we talked about. Also, does anyone need anything or don't know what to do with their PCs? Likely by the end of the weekend, we'll move the scene along and so Lucius you might to at least intro that one NPC between now and then.
