History


Why Did You Come To The RP Guild?: I had the itch to RP those years ago and no amount of writing was sedating it. I needed a creative outlet. So after scouring the internet, I stumbled across this site. And the rest is history.

Life Before The Guild: I started RPing in the MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) game City of Heroes. I played for fun, but I ran into a group of people RPing. I asked them what they were doing and they introduced me to the concept. A quick character creation later and I joined their team and began RPing on my own.

Eventually, I moved from game to game, RPing in each one. I played Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Tera mainly. Each game introduced me to new concepts and I grew my skills in RPing.

However, tragedy struck in each game. I was put into positions I was not comfortable in, I was harassed by people I thought were my friends, and I found myself not having fun anymore. So I up and quit. After a couple months, I missed RPing.

Life Since The Guild: It's been a whirlwind of a time on here. A rocky start found me joining (and leaving) many RPs due to inactivity or lost interest. Finally, I found a place I feel wanted, loved, and cared for. And I don't plan on leaving it soon. It got to the point where I am even considering GMing my own game: a thought I NEVER thought I would have.

This is my home now.




Relations


For one reason or another, I have come to know these people and consider them friends. Regardless of starts or ends, these people are the reason I continue to come to this site day after day. And I wouldn't have it any other way!

@Lord Wraith: Probably the person I consider my first friend on here. He seemed to be in every game I put interest in (especially the superhero ones). As time went on, we got to know each other and became friends. We've had ups and downs, but he will always be someone I care about and I hope we can write again in the future.

@Morose: Oh my pink bothers you? Too bad! I love this girl so much! She is a wonderful GM and a great person to talk to. We've butted heads a few times, but what friends don't? Who knew we started off in Superhero RPs together? I must have blurred those memories! Either way, she is a great storyteller and I look forward to the chaos we'll cause!

@Nallore: This girl is quite the character. She's goofy and fun and a joy to be around! She's there if you need someone to listen to you vent or to just bitch about our life with. She has even become a really good GM, able to create some interesting stories. Put us together and I have a feeling not much would ever get done.

@ONL: We met in an RP and our characters were fated to be stuck together. After all, we only have each other in that game. He's such a sweet guy and his characters are all interesting to read and interact with. I've had the best time RPing with you and I hope it continues.

@Natsu: This guy is so sweet. I've enjoyed RPing with him and having my characters and his interact because there always seems to be an inherent closeness with them. He's such a sweetheart.

Heather stands at 5'8'' and weighs 124 lbs. She has long, blonde hair falling to just underneath her shoulders, dark blue eyes, and light skin. She has a soothing voice like caramel, with hints of light femininity.

Graduated Suma Cum Laude from Harvard Law School, Active Bar Membership in Massachusetts, New York, and Washington D.C.

Heather wanted to be a lawyer ever since her scum of a father got away with killing his own wife. Despite her own testimony to the fact, her father got off scot-free. Well, as free as he could be. Thankfully, Heather got to live with her aunt and uncle far away from him, but it was always in the back of her mind. She wanted to put dirtbags like him away and make sure they stayed there. So she studied hard. Got high marks, got recommended for Harvard when she was a junior in high school. Applied and got accepted. Years of hard work, interning and starting at the low end of the totem pole, and she graduated with the highest marks possible. Recognized for her work, she got a decent job at a law firm in Massachusetts, where she set to work for two years before moving to New York. It was during her stint there that a friend got her an into the CIA. After the application process went through, she got offered what she never realized was her dream job.

During a particularly gruesome case was when Heather got to know the dark truth of the world firsthand. The defendant was a CIA agent on a return trip from Indonesia who was responsible for several deaths. It seemed open and shut, but her partner and close friend, Alex Murphey, urged them to investigate closer. Despite the higher-ups telling them both to focus on getting defending him, Peter dug deeper. Heather implored Peter to stop, but Peter couldn't. He told her it was something was calling out to him. Heather waved him off, but the next day, Peter didn't show up to work. Assuming he was sick, she took to court, only to find out during the trial that Peter was killed. Not only that, but the CIA agent she was charged with defending disappeared. With her friend and partner dead and her client gone in the wind, Heather wanted to find the truth. After an intense investigation, Heather did find out what happened. It was no coincidence that Peter and the agent were gone. The room she found the body in spoke volumes. Blood everywhere. The intense imagery of what could only be described as monsters. And a single message. A warning? A threat? Maybe even advice.

I knew too much

Determined the find out the truth herself, Heather didn't stop investigating. It was her boss that pulled her to the side. The once calm, friendly face that offered her the position now had a glint in his eye that made her nervous. "If you value your job and your life, you'll forget everything you saw." A not so subtle hint. But Heather would not be deterred.

Heather has often been described as being too smart for her own good. Often the intellectual, she enjoys a good debate with differing opinions. She is determined if head-strong in her goals. She can come across as too intense, especially when you face off against her in a trial. She doesn't enjoy being put down due to her age or gender, preferring her skills and experience speak for themselves. She isn't afraid to tell you when you are wrong and will even go so far as to prove it to you. She can be a loyal ally or a painful thorn in your side.

Heather doesn't talk about it often, but she still fears her father. She hasn't seen him for many years,
 but worries constantly about him returning. Despite the fact she is a grown woman, seeing him would set her off. She is driven by the fear of what happened in that courtroom. It's an unknown to her, which freaks her out.

Physical: While Heather does work out and take self-defense classes, as well as basic firearms training, she hasn't ever been in a fight before.
Nonphysical: Heather can be too demanding of herself. She won't stop until she gets what she is after, often at the expense of her sleep and eating schedule.

Clothing: When not at work, Heather dresses comfortably in darker colors, most notably in reds, pinks, blues, or grays. She wears what is considered girly clothing often and enjoys wearing boots. Her jewelry preferences are typically lighter, usually earrings and maybe a necklace.
Weapons: Heather doesn't carry any weapons on her except her own two fists.
Tools/Equipment: Her cell phone never leaves her side and she sometimes carries her laptop with her in case she wants to get some work done or wants to get cracking on that novel she has had in her mind for years.

I needed a creative outlet. So after scouring the internet, I stumbled across this site. And the rest is history.<br><br><font color="#f2b1e1">Life Before The Guild:</font> I started RPing in the MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) game City of Heroes. I played for fun, but I ran into a group of people RPing. I asked them what they were doing and they introduced me to the concept. A quick character creation later and I joined their team and began RPing on my own.<br><br>Eventually, I moved from game to game, RPing in each one. I played Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Tera mainly. Each game introduced me to new concepts and I grew my skills in RPing.<br><br>However, tragedy struck in each game. I was put into positions I was not comfortable in, I was harassed by people I thought were my friends, and I found myself not having fun anymore. So I up and quit. After a couple months, I missed RPing.<br><br><font color="#f2b1e1">Life Since The Guild:</font> It's been a whirlwind of a time on here. A rocky start found me joining (and leaving) many RPs due to inactivity or lost interest. Finally, I found a place I feel wanted, loved, and cared for. And I don't plan on leaving it soon. He seemed to be in every game I put interest in (especially the superhero ones). As time went on, we got to know each other and became friends. Too bad! I love this girl so much! She is a wonderful GM and a great person to talk to. We've butted heads a few times, but what friends don't? Who knew we started off in Superhero RPs together? I must have blurred those memories! She's goofy and fun and a joy to be around! She's there if you need someone to listen to you vent or to just bitch about our life with. She has even become a really good GM, able to create some interesting stories. After all, we only have each other in that game. He's such a sweet guy and his characters are all interesting to read and interact with.
