@XxFellsingxX as much as I'd love to keep than on all 4's I think being athropomorphized will clear up questions about how they are holding items or how they wear clothes.

I'm glad. I was wondering if I'd have to change my character's species, as I'm not sure how a normal Ixi would go about using a bow and arrow xD
I've finished the mechanics part of my CS, just writing stuff like personality and backstory. One thing I want to clarify: are the neopet characters anthropomorphic, like they are in the plots and The Darkest Faerie? I thought they were, but Moon Man's CS made me wonder if I'd gotten it wrong. Thought I should get this cleared up before I post anything.
From the moment I first read his character sheet, I knew Tamzen and Graham were going to have disagreements. Just didn't expect their first one to be so soon xD
Sorry it took so long to get my post up! Had a very busy week.

But yeah, not sure if you noticed, but Blucomon is terrible at 'reading the room'. xP
"Agumon! Hey Agumon!" Blucomon's shout sent several Penguinmon scattering before he and Kieran had even emerged from their hut. Many of them had already been victims of the ice dragon's crushing hugs and had no desire to be subjected to a second. Thankfully, though, Blucomon wasn't interested in them at the moment, and was instead leading Kieran towards the fire in the center of town.

Kieran, for his part, had given up trying to resist Blucomon's pull and was instead taking a moment to admire his surroundings, particularly the many strange creatures that populated it. The penguin-like creatures - seemingly the main residents of this little village - were simple yet adorable, with an appealing purple, yellow and red colour palette. He also noted three other humans besides himself, two girls and one boy, all of them older than him and each with their own little monster companion. They were all sat by the fire and engaged in conversation with an small stone golem, and each of them seemed... less than comfortable with their current situation. The oldest of the group, a tough-looking girl accompanied by a grey and yellow hedgehog creature, seemed particularly disgruntled and didn't shy about letting the rock monster knowing it. The other two humans looked calmer, though not without their concern.

Blucomon didn't seem to notice the tension within the group and, upon reaching the fire, suddenly let go of Kieran's hand and attempted to grab one of the other assembled creatures, a yellow dinosaur, into a bear hug. "Agumon! Agumon, look!" he said, attempting to grabbing Agumon with one arm and point at Kieran with the other. "This is Kieran! He's my human, he just arrived and he's really cool!"

Kieran felt his face beginning to flush as Blucomon essentially forced the spotlight onto him and quickly grabbed for the hood of his hoodie, pulling it over his quickly reddening face. "Errr, hey," he said, trying to make his voice sound lower than it was. "I, err, hope we're not late or anything..." he muttered. He put his hands in his pockets and quickly shuffled over to one of the empty seats.

Blucomon looked at the gathered humans with a huge grin on his face. "Which one is your human, Agumon?" he said, looking at each in turn. "Oh wow, they all look so cool!"
Thank you @Birdboy, that build looks great, though admittedly I'm still fairly new to DnD ^^;

Also @Olive Fontaine, is Pallas' name a reference to the greek goddess Athena? If so, that's pretty neat.
@Birdboy Yeah! Well, Brightvale at least. And I'm really leaning towards the Gallion now, as it sounds like it might be quite useful. I did read that Beast Master rangers are... controversial, and their usefulness does depend a lot on the companion they pick. And yeah, if it's okay with you, I will definitely look into some stuff for rangers, particularly the revised ranger.
@XxFellsingxX Hadn't thought of that, hmmmm. What sort of petpet would you want? I'll happily make some stats with you. So far all I have for petpets is a spyder.

Been looking through various petpets. A ganuthor or a gallion, maybe?
As the other two introduced themselves, Tamzen looked over their new companions once again, eyes lingering on Whisper in particular. They hadn't encountered many kenku in their travels, but they were pretty sure that skeletal, eyeless face was not a common trait. Did it have something to do with how he had died? None of the others showed such severe disfigurements, meaning either the kenku's death had been particularly horrific or there was something else at play here.

The halfling didn't have too long to comtemplate what to do about this before the woman on the altar finally awoke. Tamzen turned their head towards her. Just as they were about to open their mouth to answer her queries, however, their pointed ears suddenly pricked up as they became aware of large wingbeats, slowly growing louder and louder.

"Something's coming," they said. They pointed northwards. "From over that way." They looked back at Yin. "It appears we are not safe here. Do you know how to fight?" They then glanced at the other members of the group. "Do any of you know how to fight or..." They looked down at their ghostly hands. Could they even fight like this? They weren't even sure if they could move, let alone hit something. They shook their head. "I think we should consider retreating, find a place to hide, get our bearings."
Sure. Also, wanted to ask you about this before I started working on my character: I'm thinking of playing a Beast Master Ranger, meaning I'll get an animal companion, which I assume is a petpet in this setting. Do you have any ideas for petpet stats at the moment? Sorry if I'm making more work for you ^^;
