So my idea is that Kendra's roommate and old college friend, Trinity, is a journalist working at the same place Grace interviewed for before she was murdered. Kendra may have also used her visions to help Trinity, either helping her get the job or helping her work a specific story that got her some attention.

I think it would be interesting for the same person who killed Grace to be a potential threat to someone Kendra cares about. I don't know if Kendra and Grace would be aware of each other at this point, but it could lead to some interesting plot stuff for the both of them later on.

That sound alright to you?

Eloween watched as Wyler darted around the room after various scents, in particular stopping to linger around the table with the drinks, before finally stopping around the center of the room. The gallion pawed at the floorboards and gave a little whine to attract her ranger's attention. Eloween came over to stand by her petpet. "What is it, girl?" she asked, leaning down slightly.

Wyler looked at Eloween, then back at the floorboards which she once again pawed at. Then she looked back the ixi and shook her head.

The ranger sighed and patted the gallion's head. She stood up again and turned to face her teammates... just as Arma downed some of the jasmine tea after admitting that it could very possibly be poison. "For Fyora's sake!" she said with surprising sharpness. "Are you actually trying to get yourself killed!?" She looked the bori up and down, waiting for any signs of poisoning or sickness to develop. At first, Arma seemed to be enjoying the drink, only to start spluttering. Eloween prepared herself to jump into action should he end up keeling over, but instead, he started looking around the room before suggesting they themselves try it. "Are you sure you're alright?" Eloween asked, her voice much gentler this time. "Even if it's not poison, the drinks could be spiked with something. A hallucinogen perhaps? Maybe you should sit down?" She glanced over at Ferrin, her eyes wide with concern, before looking back towards the cups.

It was unfortunate she hadn't thought to pack some spell components with her. A single yew leaf and she should cast a spell to identify what the drinks contained. As it stood now...

She picked up the hot chocolate and sniffed it nervously, before looking back at Ferrin. "I'm going to try this," she said. "Would you be so kind as to make sure I don't fall flat on my face?"

Kendra has two roommates, and I'm thinking about using this debt on one of them "You are helping someone realize their true potential through your visions. They owe you a debt." I also have an idea about this specific NPC that might tie into Grace's backstory, if @Guardian Angel Haruki would be okay with that.

Who are you?
"... bit of a loaded question, but I'll go with it: Kendra Molony, age 24. Born in Derry, Northern Island, moved to Newcastle, England when I was four years old. Parents divorced when I was... eleven, I think? Me and my mum weren't getting along so good, so I ended up moving in with my dad. Well, he got remarried to this American woman, who's now my stepmum, and after some time we ended up moving to the States. Went to middle school, high school, err... dropped out of college due to... stuff. Currently living with my old college roommate and one of her friends. They're cool people. Currently work in a coffee shop which, is part of, *cough*, a certain corporate chain. It's hell, but I get discounts so..."

How long have you been in the city?
"Little over a year now. It's no worse than anywhere else I've been, I guess..."

How do you cope with the visions?
"Err, I get round the dreams by sleeping as little as possible. Putting those cheap coffees to good use. Eventually, I do have to conk out though, but I limit that to short naps. As for the waking visions, well, there's not much you can do about those save grin and bare it. And take painkillers. Lots and lots of painkillers."

What are the nightmares like?
"Awful. Next question."

What do you desperately need?
"In the long term? Probably years of therapy. Right now though, I'll settle for another coffee."
