In a land far, far away lies a peculiar continent of great swamps, vibrant rain forests and large, floating islands that eclipse the skies. It is called Pandora; a whimsical place filled with magic. Pandora's floating islands are home to over twenty-six million citizens who once made great use of the Magical Power that blanketed their home. A commodity to most, Magic was a tool that was used to ease the mundane tasks of life. For some, Magic was an art; a sacred practice in which to live ones life by. These were the wizards. Banded together into Guilds, the wizards underwent jobs for the citizens of Pandora to test their strength and revel in glory. Though one day, the harmony between man and magic would be placed under severe threat.
The Decretius Librarium, a religious order dedicated to the worship of the Mother Juno, usurped the throne from the Royal Family over one hundred and sixty years ago. Now a theocracy ran by fearful zealots, Pandora was forced under the mighty hand of the Librarium and their terrifyingly powerful Wizards. Magic was outlawed; only the military and individuals of substantial influence being granted permission to practice it. When the Guilds rose up in defiance against the Librarium, they were eradicated. The citizens of Pandora quickly learnt that it was better to side with the Librarium than to work against them. Fortunately, there were still a handful of brave souls who were resolute in their fight for the free practice of magic. If they could no longer live on the Librarium's land and learn magic, then they would take to the skies. Thus, the first Sky Pirates were born.
Airships were fashioned into Wizard Guilds, gathering strangers from across Pandora who wished to hone their craft without persecution. The first and most influential of the Sky Pirate Guilds is still present to this day. A group of unique wizards infamous for their quirkiness and bond with one another. The guild flies through the skies of Pandora, always looking for more wizards who are in need of a home. Always willing to lend a hand to the oppressed citizens of the Librarium. Steadfast in their mission to prove that everyone has the right to learn magic. That guilds name is Cloud Chasers.
Pioneers from across the seas were the first non-native men to set foot on Pandora. Initially intending to conquer the strange land, they were forced to seek refuge among the natives upon discovering the hazardous wildlife that lived in every nook and cranny of the continent. A bond was formed between the natives and the settlers in the years they spent together, combining their knowledge to begin building a new civilisation. The first Pandorans were tough folk, taught to whether the harsh reality of their land from a young age.
Among the pioneers were three powerful mages. Legends in their home country, these three influential individuals were a large part in Pandora's rise as a prosperous nation. One mage in particular, Mother Juno, would even change Pandora beyond everyone's wildest imagination. A saint of a woman, Mother Juno possessed the unique ability to commune with higher powers. One day, she received an epiphany and elevated her mind to a higher plane of existence. The body she left behind erupted into an intense burst of magic power that twisted and contorted into itself; crystallising into a diamond like substance of magic similar to a Lacrima. Juno's Crystal rose into the sky and when it ascended, Pandora rose with it. Large chunks of the continent were ripped from the earth, gravitating around the crystal as floating land masses. Juno's ascension created a new Pandora; one where the people could live without fear of the deadly beasts that roamed the lands. While some people decided to remain behind to preserve their beast hunting culture, the majority migrated to the floating islands.
Pandora was now able to fully prosper as a nation. Large castles and townships were formed, all united under one crown. Meanwhile, Juno's ascension inspired the masses so greatly that a faith was dedicated to her. This marks the origins of the Decretius Librarium; named for the massive library of information Juno left behind known as the Mother's Archives. With her knowledge, the Librarium gained favor from the Royal Family for their efforts in the technological and magical advancement of Pandora. The Librarium would be quick to abuse the power given to them by the King.
Alongside the Librarium, there were two sister faiths. Similar in practice, these religions worshiped the other two legendary heroes as their patron deities. With it's power, the Librarium wished to gain control over these faiths. When they declined, the Librarium declared them as heretical faiths and the War of the Faiths began. With the crown behind them, the Librarium's victory was assured. The two separate religions perished and the names of their deities were lost to time.
Through their pursuit of knowledge, the Librarium were responsible for all magical and technological progression in Pandora. Once the Librarium emerged victorious over their sister religions in the War of the Faiths, their influence over the royalty of Pandora would only continue to grow. Yet with power, came fear.
The Archbishop Xavier sowed the seeds of rebellion within his faith when he began to lust after the secrets of magic the Librarium did not possess. A man ruled by fear, Xavier was terrified of that which he did not understand. Using the good name of Mother Juno to masquerade his goals, Xavier spread his fear to the masses; culminating in a schism between those who held faith in the Librarium and those who remained loyal to the Crown.
After a gruelling eight-year war, resulting in the loss of countless lives, homes and even the destruction of the Mother’s Archives; the Librarium conquered the crown and declared themselves the one ruling government of Pandora. Magic was outlawed, allowed only to members of the Librarium as well as other influential political figures. The faiths numbers drastically increased as citizens soon learnt it was better to be with the Librarium then against them. All the while, the livelihood of Wizards across the continent was torn apart.
All attempts at protest were deemed crimes against the Librarium, eventually leading to the establishment of the Sky Pirate Guilds.
The first and most infamous of the Sky Pirate Guilds to be formed in Pandora. The first generation of Cloud Chasers was lead by Captain Charlotte Talon, a hard headed woman with a vengeance against the Librarium. She created the Guild as a place where mages all across Pandora would be welcome to join and study Magic in peace. Those ideals have been held to this day. Cloud Chasers is one of the guilds affiliated with the Pirate Kings; a group of six powerful mages who represent all the Sky Pirate Guilds and govern them by the Pirate Code. Guilds that don't fall into their rule are considered rogue. While it is not a crime to be a rogue guild, the Pirate Kings do involve themselves in the business of Rogue Guilds who break the Code and attempt to exploit the oppressed citizens of Pandora further.
The Guild Skyship is a rather old make; though definitely not obsolete in any regard. A fabulous machine of magic, steam and genius engineering, the Cloud Chasers Skyship has stood the tests of time for generations of mages. Unlike the Skyships of today, there is a lot more manual labour needed to help it fly, particularly in steering and manning the various weapons. The deck of the guild is primarily used as a work station. Here mages keep look out, check the sails and set a course for adventures. The Captains quarters is located at the stern of the ship, the helm residing above it with a set of stairs off the side of the quarters leading up to it. Down below the deck is the galley, a somewhat crowded eatery for the ships crew. The barracks are located underneath the deck towards the bow. The lowest section of the ship is dedicated to a training room; though this seems to be quite a bad spot for it as the crew are known for frequently making holes in the ship when their training bouts go a little too far.

The theocracy that governs all of Pandora. The Librarium rose to power one hundred and sixty years ago after successfully overthrowing the Royal Family. The Librarium is a religion dedicated to Mother Juno; a patron of knowledge and magic who believed in great change through great courage. This is the principal that the Librarium lives by. They are a religion, but they do not spend their days sitting around praying. Their worship comes in the form of advancement and a passion for seeking the truths of our world. The Librarium houses the minds that will change the world.
The leader of the Librarium is the Archbishop Baraqiel. Taking residence in the fabled Castle Vinheim, the old home of the Royal Family located in the Capital Judea, the Archbishop is a public figure adored by many. Though do not be fooled by his kind smile and gentle wave. The Archbishop is the highest authority in the Librarium and all matters of importance pass through his ears. Underneath him are the Bishops. Each Bishop is in charge of an individual state within Pandora, governing the individual state laws as they pertain to the specific areas. In the employ of the Bishops are the Archdeacons, who similarly govern smaller regions within the states and report back to their Bishop. Finally, the Deacons act as local authorities to cities and townships all across Pandora. Small fry as far as the Bishops are considered, but their dismissal of the Deacons unfortunately allows them to get away with exploiting their citizens while working in cahoots with their Archdeacon for personal gain. Indeed there are many towns that have grown to fear their Deacon, but there are also the few that worship them as holy beings of the Librarium who wish to serve them.
You'll find that the further you get from Pandora's three capital city states; Judea, Keter and Haven, the more corrupt the local governments become. The more rural farming villages suffer the most in this regard; the Deacons leeching their produce and enforcing under-payed labour for imports for the lavish Capitals.
The Librarium's Military has many rankings, each with a different level of importance. Most are not worth mentioning, as similarly with the Bishops and Deacons they only really govern who is in charge of who. One rank worth mentioning are the Saints. Warriors of the Librarium who have proved their dedication through an impressive feat. Saints are renowned for their expertise in their field and are granted a specially crafted weapon. While the weapon holds no special properties over others, it's ornate nature is a telltale sign of a Saints presence. All Saint Weapons are branded with the Insignia of Juno (?).
There are also three sub-sections of the Librarium's military that make up the bulk of their army. These are;
The Cleric Knights: Standard soldiers who act as guards all across Pandora. The Cleric Knights can be found in every Capital, small farming town or base of operations across Pandora. There numbers are many, with their power ranging from mediocre to adept. Cleric Knights who prove themselves to be more valuable than the average foot soldier are often promoted to the rank of Vicar. Vicar's work in tandem with Deacons to govern the local military. Cleric Knights are equipped with Heaven Armaments as their primary form of Magic. These special tools are forged by the Librarians using Juno's crystal as their power source. The closer they are to the crystal, the more powerful they become.
The Library Hunters: The least formal sector of the Librarium's military are the Library Hunters. Formed from Cleric Knights who prove themselves to be capable warriors beyond that of a Vicar, as well as criminals sentenced to service and as many volunteers as they can muster. The Library Hunters serve the peculiar role of exploring the world below Pandora in search of specimens for the Librarians. They also serve the dual purpose of being used as bounty hunters to chase down Sky Pirates. Library Hunters may also be equipped with Heaven Armaments; though unlike the Cleric Knights they are optional tools. The Library Hunters can choose to wield them, or choose to practice their own form of magic. The Librarium has a very relaxed 'if it works, use it' mentality when it comes to the Hunters methods. Some may even find said methods to be quite unsavoury.
The Librarians: The Librarians are the most secretive members of the Librarium's military. Scholars who blend into the night, all that is known of them is that they are the scientists responsible for creating the Heaven Armaments. Though anyone in the know of their true purpose will attest to the fact that you would be wise to stay as far away from them as you possibly can. Only Bishops and the Archbishop of the Librarium are allowed to make contact with them; forever keeping their identity a secret from the common folk. Though there are tales of mysterious strangers lurking in alleyways, always keeping a watchful eye when they think no one else is looking. Not Playable Currently.
While not a part of the military, there is a religious sub-section of the Librarium that is quite commonly known as the face of the faith. The Sisterhood of Juno are convents of nuns who have devoted themselves entirely to a life away from society, where they pray in the hopes that they will one day Ascend as Juno did. The Sisters are highly regarded by all members of the faithful society, while the more superstitious folk merely pity their naivety. Though in recent times, tales of Sisters who have ascended as Juno did have begun reaching the ears of the common folk. Now whenever a Sister is ready for Ascension, a large festival is held in her convents town that allows the townspeople to celebrate her passing on to the next state of existence as the Mother once did.

In Pandora no one is really sure when Demons began showing up. With the incredibly dangerous creatures lurking below, it seemed logical to assume that the Demons had always existed. However in recent times their sightings on the floating islands has begun to grow more commonplace than people are comfortable with. Opportunistic as they are, the Librarium seized the people with fear yet again by claiming that the Demon's were a byproduct of their own lack of faith. Out of fear for their own safety, many turned towards the faith and became more devout in their worship.
Over time Demon attacks were no longer something to pity. A destroyed village was not met with sympathy, but with disdain as rumours of their inhabitants disloyalty to their faith began to spread. Indeed, to have encountered a demon was to be labelled unfaithful. Though this was not the only rumour that began to spread.
Tales of fabled mages capable of destroying Demon's with powerful Lost Magic met the ears of the public. Soon Devil Slayers were regarded as higher beings sent by Mother Juno to protect the truly faithful from the Demons. While they were rare, any Demon Slayer who set foot in Pandora was met with praise and worship from the fearful populace.
If you wish to submit an additional race for the roleplay, you must PM myself and the other GM's with a detailed explanation of your races traits, their history and their impact on the culture of Pandora.
History:
Even the most widespread of legends start from a seed of truth. When someone sees a glimmer of the unknown, the otherworldly, or the strange, their mind conjures a tale to explain what they see. Stories of fabled beasts are often born from frightening, but otherwise chance encounter with a poorly understood creature.
Shamir was once revered as a demiurge. He was a Lord of the Night and the Keeper of Dreams. Shamir would shepherd sleeping mortals through the Dreamlands and show them wondrous places in worlds beyond and within themselves. Any who stray from Shamir's path and venture too far may find the quaking shadows, black pools of cloying darkness from which nightmares and primal fear is born. There is as much terror as there is wonder in the Dreamlands.
However, one is closest to the source of all creation when they dream. To prevent anyone from remembering their journey, no matter how pleasant or horrific, and thereby keeping the divine location secret, Shamir eats the dreams of those about to wake. Dreams are fleeting and so often difficult to recall because of his efforts.
In time, there were too many dreamers for Shamir to shepherd on his own. So he manifested Aeons to help him and calm the quaking shadows. These son and daughters slowly became accepted in Folklore as helpful spirits.
Legend has it, that a person who had accidentally strayed from Shamir's path during a dream would be plagued by recurring nightmares. Anyone having a nightmare in Pandora would wake up and repeat three times "Shamir, come eat my dream.". If he hears the call, Aeons to come eat the bad dreams while Shamir leads them back to the right path. One could also invoke his name to protect themselves from nightmares while they slept. Children were often his most fervent believers.
Legends also say that if Shamir is called too often, the Aeons that follow him may not have their hunger sated after eating a bad dream and they may accidentally eat a person's hopes and desires too, leaving them as a lifeless husk. Old folk tales describe them as wandering spirits of silver mist who don white, hooded cloaks. Shamir's true form remains as a secret as he eats the memory of any who sees it during a dream.
The Shamira are a tribe of people in Pandora who in ancient times were the foundation of Shamir's cult. The Shamira were forever changed by their patron's influence, becoming more like the Aeons, dutifully eating the dreams of those who journeyed to close to the nexus of creation during their sleep. Their tribal magic and religious doctrine over time allowed them to become powerful mages. Suffused with the power of the Dreamlands, the tribesmen could craft startling illusions, ward against curses, and bring dreams to life. It was not uncommon for even Kings and Cheiftans to seek Shamir's blessings through these tribal oracles. If they were deemed worthy, Shamir would grace their dreams with visions of wisdom and truth, sometimes even portents of the future. They were eventually absorbed into imperial cult of ancient Pandora, serving as emissaries to the Keeper of Dreams for the Pandoran King. They functioned for generations as Shamir's messengers and seers, some even possessed power to purify the corruption of black magic and curses.
However, the steady precession of time marches on, slow and inexorable. Nothing can last forever.
Centuries later, an ambitious King, who vilified the gods of the old pantheon to garner support for his own self-proclaimed divinity, banned Shamir's worship. Only small pieces of the Dream Shepherd's story linger on in oral traditions, but the superstitions thrived. In rural areas, it is still common practice for parents to carve hooded figurines for their children. The charm is believed to protect the children from evil magic and nightmares, if placed under their pillow while they sleep.
The Shamira tribe met a bloody end. Those that weren't purged as heretics and madmen, went into hiding. Within only a generation they vanished into obscurity. Strong Shamira bloodlines still exist in the fringe territories of the Empire. It is said, one can always identify a Shamira charm-smith or dream spinner by their white cloaks and the drifts of silver mist that surround them at night. Many are still feared as evil creatures disguised as humans, while others settle in as local shamans and healers.
Traits:
Shamira are mostly human. The walk, talk, and breathe like normal humans. They can laugh, cry, and express themselves as easily as anyone else. They stand out, however, because of their slitted pupils, and irises which tend to lack color. Their mere gaze seems to make people drowsy, which causes many to believe Shamiea are some sort of demon. But the most profound difference usually goes unnoticed: all have a complete inability to sleep and a body the thst is entirely sustained by magic.
They can see the small figments of dreams floating around anyone who is sleeping. A handful of illusory conjurations offer a window into the person's dream, where ghostly figures play out different scenes as if looking through the dreamer's eyes. The Shamira can see and interact with them as if they were real, and they can reshape the dreams before them as they see fit. Similarly, they can eat these dream figments as easily as a Slayer Mage eats their own element, inhaling them as if they were simply made of air, and can recall the exact details of any dream they eat.
Shamira will die if they do not eat any dreams, just as easily as humans will starve to death without enough food and water. While they can eat, drink, and rest normally, mimicking normal human habits, its less a way to replenish stamina or magic reserves, and more a method by which they blend in to normal society. Dreams still provide the most necessary and potent form of nourishment, but no Shamira wishes to be persecuted for their mystical nature. The modern Shamira consume dreams with the utmost discretion, and tend to live quietly in seclusion.
Please contact @BurningDaisies if you would like permission to write a Shamira.
At one point in time, the lizardmen were regarded as an extinct race, said to have been wiped out through unknown causes. Some say disease, while some say they didn't pass the spirals of evolution, becoming obsolete and dying out on their own. Yet the cause of their sudden disappearance is unknown. Rumors had it that they were still around, with people claiming that they happened to encounter them, but was never really confirmed. It wasn't until several hundred years ago when it was discovered that the race of scaly reptilian anthropomorphic beings were found to be not only surviving, but thriving.
The lizardmen race can be traced back thousands of years ago, evolving from an advanced lizard-like species. Initially they were indeed a primitive race, found deep within the jungles below the floating islands. They lived in separate war-based tribes, each one having a signature capability or style that made them unique from their own kind. Most didn't even wield magic, except for the shaman healer in each tribe. Some tribes even made alliances with other tribes to take down other rival tribes or to face a common over-looming threat. There also happened to be a day known as Vishia, where every tribe, rival or friendly, would congregate in a sacred spot and spend the entire day at peace, before going back to their old ways the next day.
However, the lizardmen clans were eventually united by a single leader, not one of war... but one of peace. Known simply as "The Peacemaker", the lizardman hated the sense violence that occurred between the rivaling tribes and sought to bring total peace and harmony through the clans. Initially, his movement was laughed and frowned upon, being seen as an act of defile against their own tradition. However, through examples and non-violent protests, the Peacemaker brought himself a following, having eventually set-forth the first major religion to be presented in the Lizardmen tribes. Soon more and more people joined his cause, many coming from rival tribes. Eventually, Peacemaker united the clans and formed the city of Kreedieth, the first unified city to be created by the lizards. A statue of Peacemaker was erected in the middle of the city, where it still lies to this day.
The founding of Kreedieth started the golden age for the lizardmen race. For hundreds of years they dominated the jungles of Pandora, creating a peaceful society. They even began to advance in their technologies and some began to refine on their magic techniques. Yet before they could achieve taking flight... they vanished. This mysterious phenomenon simply seemed to erase them out of existence. Their city was left abandoned, overtaken by nature once again. No blood was shed and no sickness shown. The lizardmen would not be heard from again for another thousand years or so...
And when they were found, they were still thriving. Their technology was at the same development as the humans of Pandora and they were thriving in a city, in one of the distant islands, known as Jafara City. And what's more, several smaller towns and villages were eventually seen dotted across the other islands. How they were able to hide for so long is a mystery. Not even the inhabitants could explain, or so it's been said.
Initially, the lizardmen were treated with valiant respects and were good trading partners with the Librarium. But after the War of the Faiths, with Archbishop Xavier taking the crown, most of the lizardmen were enslaved in the more corrupted towns. Their massive bulk and power, along with their dexterity and durability, provided exceptional attributes in slave labor, often when it came to construction projects. Only a handful of their kind, the lizards being wealthy enough or lived in the less-corrupted cities, were kept from this grueling work. Some of the less-wealthier men even joined the Librarium's army as their last resort. Even then, most of the lizards began to resent their once reliable allies...
The lizardmen are as what you can imagine from them. They're big ole' anthropomorphic lizards. However, they don't look much like the animalistic monsters that they had been portrayed to be in Pandorian myth. They look much more human, with being fully able to stand much like a human, with only the added features of their reptilian genes. They are covered in thick armored scales, with green and orange being the most common colors (black and white being the rarest), with some having horns on their heads or spines running down their back, and of course having a tail. Their underbelly is often a light tan-color, or white for some breeds, yet they still wear their own clothes, with their pants being custom made to have a slot for their tails to go in. They're portrayed as around the same size as humans, if not slightly shorter, though some large lizards can grow up to 6'6" in some cases.
Please contact @Lmpkio if you'd like to play as a Lizardman.

All Saint Weapons are branded with the Insignia of Juno (⚵).
There are also three sub-sections of the Librarium's military that make up the bulk of their army. These are;
The Cleric Knights: Standard soldiers who act as guards all across Pandora.

Librarium Registration Card

Considered diminutive and tiny to most people's eyes, but big when it comes to the matters of the heart. Ria is known for her razor-sharp tongue and insatiable appetite; The way she looks and acts is sharper than any dual-edged sword. Ria's eyes are colored onyx which is common among her clansmen but deceiving due to her distinctively upbeat nature. Ria takes after her father's eccentric nature and bears a strong resemblance to her mother.
Ria breaks the trend of her clan's traditional long collared blue and dark garments, she sports lighter colors and shades. A perfect example would be her silver-white sleeveless kimono with red markings (black shorts inside the seemingly short skirt), black ninja boots and silver-white long gloves with red markings. In all fashion sense, she keeps her hair either unkempt or tied depending on her mood, and has a variety color selection of her outfit. Even though she is quite small for her age, she is adeptly fast in all sense of the definition. Ria is quick to talk, walk, run, answer, question, and laugh. It's not hard to spot Ria, considering her eccentricities.
PERSONALITY & MOTIVATIONS
Eccentric and cheerful, Ria is a weird force that one can get a headache from. Ria displays an abstract pattern of thinking yet subtly reserved by answering in a double-meaning manner which often times can irritate people's ticks very quickly. She takes pride in her intelligence as she sees her craft intertwine with benefits in a clear circle and knowing this, she takes advantage of whatever opportunity that comes to her. Ria is a fan of books that range from multiple genres, and quotes lines even though she may sound corny.
Ria has no problems in making friends given her upbeat and eccentric personality, though oddly enough the friends she makes are usually older people; such as the typical old geezer which tends to escalate into weirder conversations which makes her seem quite mature for her age. That said, she hates it when she's proven wrong and loves it whenever she's right. One thing that's surprising is that she isn't bothered by receiving praise and is bluntly humble about it. When it comes to decision making, that is where she breaks apart; individual decisions are easy but for a group it's harder, and deeper self ones are the hardest. Oftentimes her "full proof" planning does not go the way she wants it to.
CLAN HISTORY
The Uchiha Clan is one of the major clans in the village and well known as one of the eldest clans in history to ever exist. Specializing in fire techniques and the progressive sharingan, they are a force to be reckon with, and that's to those who awaken it; not all Uchiha awakens the sharingan but when one does, it changes the battlefield. Wars between certain clans ceased during the Konton Period when the Uchiha, Senju, Hyuuga and Sarutobi founded the village, and many years later the Uchiha Clan would have its Hokage who died anyway due to a heated ordeal.
PERSONAL HISTORY
The daughter of Uchiha Kazuma, Uchiha Rika and the older sister of Uchiha Kanade as well as Uchiha Chiaki's niece, Ria became bent on finding the murderer of her mother. Two years ago, during a stormy night at their house in the Uchiha Compound, a strange person, guise in black with a dragon mask and glowing sharingan eyes broke inside and murdered her mother and it all happened so fast because in a matter of seconds, Ria found herself outside of the compound and not inside the house. Everything that night happened too fast for her to remember and when she got back in the house, disbelief was all she witnessed— her father having the Mangekyou Sharingan followed by his imprisonment.
Ria and Kanade was raised by Aunt Yuri, their mother's older sister and had two years of diverting their attention towards something productive such as the Ninja Academy and Mochi baking, Aunt Yuri quit the ANBU for the sake of taking care of her nieces and never was it an easy task for her because of Ria constantly making an attempt to visit her father, including Kanade tagged with her older sister. Everyday ended up as a lecture that their father is a murderer and must move on with it and accept reality but to the sisters' eyes he's not the one who killed their mother, elders of the village and the clan would always drill it in their minds that their father killed their mother for the sake of obtaining the Mangekyou Sharingan. Despite all of this, Ria continued believing that her father is innocent and would never do such a thing, Aunt Yuri admittedly have mixed feelings about it, and at one point she visited Kazuma and tell stories about the kids, in turn she'd tell the kids about him and Ria and Kanade would always beg to come along with her but never did because they are still to young to understand a thing. After such time, Ria healed but not Kanade, she became distant towards her sister for reasons unknown but they still share the same goal; to find the murderer and bring justice to their parents.
Her time in the academy also healed, Ria continued with her usual endeavors such as challenging Mikki everyday and improving in kenjutsu but deep inside she is still damaged and just let the days sink for that fateful night would never be erased and so this made Ria tried staying joyful even when she is not. Today she is no longer trying to break out of the village to see her father but instead she uses the time she have to cherish those close to her especially her friends and clansmen. Nevertheless those memories still haunts her in her sleep, The Dragon Man is what she calls the murderer; he has the sharingan. Just who is he?
INFLUENCE & RELATIONS
Uchiha Kazuma, 41. Ria and Kanade's father and currently one of her biggest priority in life because she wants to free him from Blood Prison. As days pass in prison, Kazuma still is a joyful person no matter how much mistreatment and accusations that fall on him and although he wishes to return home, he has accepted that his execution is drawing near. Ria is not aware about the execution and she could only recall every moment she had with him, an absent father means a dead parent to her. During her mournful stages, Ria would try to go as far away from the village just to see him but her clansmen and authority figures kept preventing her from doing so.
Uchiha Rika, 29. Motherly yet strict, Rika was a good mother because of her unconditional love for her family. During the good days, she would take her family out to eat and play but not without discipline, she prioritize work first. It's also surprising and unusual because she is the dominant parent. She died at the hands of "The Dragon Man" and never was able to say goodbye to her family. Her death motivated Ria to become a responsible person to find Dragon Man and bring justice for her family.
Uchiha Kanade, 9. She is Ria's sister and younger by three years and an academy student. Both sisters are eccentric which is a trait that they inherited from their father but what differentiates Kanade from Ria is her disciplinarian and mean honesty that heavily hurts people's feelings. Kanade in every way is an opposite of her older sister, not to mention she is considered a prodigy which Ria isn't.
Uchiha Chiaki, 49. One of Ria's close relatives, the one and only clan head, "Shorty Aunt". Chiaki may be small but be warned; she bites. It's only recent that Ria and Chiaki are bonding mainly because she is the older sister of her father and knows more about him than herself. Their relationship is that of a fire and ice, both are small in height and does not take each other's insults too well.
Uchiha Yuri, 35. Ria's aunt and the very person that took her and Kanade in as her own in custody. Yuri is Rika's older sister who formerly had a relationship with Kazuma in her younger years. All things aside from her past, she abandoned her work in the ANBU and dedicated her life for her nieces and opened a Mochi and Sweets Shop. Ria easily is spoiled because Yuri is a doting "parent". In the absence of Rika, she is basically mother #2. As opposed to the rest, she is supportive of Ria venturing out of the village and meet her father but since majority are against it, she can't do anything than just hope.
Matsudaira Kiri, 12. Ria is totally fond of her but never in a rival sense. She sees her as one friend that is one in a million and the one that is willing to run extra miles for you. Added to the fact that she's such a cute beast who would so prove liars out there to never lie again due to her strength but strength is something that Ria sees beyond for her, Kiri is more than a Puncher and Kicker. One last thing, Ria finds her so big that even her height of 4'7 makes her feel like an ant but that's a good sense since Ria believes she's a good person.
Namikaze Fukushu, 11. Just seeing the look of her face everyday is something to be thankful and sorry at the same time. Apart from Mikki, Fukushu is one of the few people that Ria can totally relate to and sees herself in her, not to mention the entire concept of having a mother. In a sense of what would have happened if Ria let her clan's expectations get the better of her and not have love and beyond that Ria thinks she would have ended up like her if it wasn't for the people who always got her back. Whenever she sees Fukushu, Ria is careful with what she's going to say and do.

Murakumo Mikoto, 12. Ever since day one at the academy, they have been on each other's throats. Mikki is the sole reason that according to Ria motivated herself into putting her all into Kenjutsu and the only rival she sees worth of her time. Everyone else pales in comparison and anyone that is not named Mikki. There are certain times they get along well with each other but won't last long due their way of thinking. Ultimately, Ria sees herself in Mikki in the aspect of what her life would have been if her mother was alive and her father's not in prison and frankly, she envies her because of having a complete family.

Senju Madarame. He is the premier swordsman in Konohagakure, excelling beyond the preceding generation’s notable kenjutsu specialists. It is said that Madarame is the equal of any samurai. This man is the very man that Ria looks up to, the very man whom she wishes to be when she grows up, as odd as it sounds because she's a girl soon to be a woman. Although Ria has not personally met the living legend, she continues to do her best everyday, hoping one day she'll meet him and get his autograph.

SPECIAL TRAITS
Mi-enshin Kaihou Ken(Undrawn and Closed Blade) An unorthodox form of swordplay that revolves around the usage speed, sheathed and unsheathed blade. Not much is known about its origins as how it came to be but it is easy to tell that it resembles Samurai swordplay. Those who practice this technique are said to "Defy God and shatter the heavens". Divided into three branches, Closed Blade, Open Blade and Mirage Flower. Practitioners of this technique are required to be fast enough in order to use the style hence why this technique's most important requirement is speed but what makes it deadlier is the tact of the wielder. They must be well versed in each branch:
Tojita-ga(Closed Blade): Easily the simplest and easiest form but at the long run it becomes "confusing" for people due to the intimidation it delivers. This branch revolves around the sheathed form. Tojita-ga sword techniques are primarily built to club opponents as the sword is sheathed and this is the crisis stage or the turbulent stage for all the practitioners because of the sheath. With enough skill, the practioner itself can clash head on with other swordsman who have their sword open while the practioner, sheathed.
Karaware(Shattered Sky): Also known as the shedding of the snake's skin, unsheathing or OPEN HEAVEN/Open Blade. This technique is basically the releasing of the sheath and because the wielder is no longer burdened by their sheath, they are much faster than they were before when their sword was sheathed. Mi-enshin Kaihou Ken main point is speed, one cannot transcend into this branch to the next without mastering Tojita-ga aka the turbulent stage of all Mi-enshin Kaihou Practitioners.
Mirajunohana(Mirage Flower): Amalgam of both forms into one but with more speed and momentum. This last branch is the deadliest and most energy consuming of them all. It is also considered an assassination technique because of the increased momentum and how swiftly it delivers the cuts and how deceiving it is. Afterimages are the forte of this technique or better yet called as Speed Mirage which is used to intimidate and deceive targets. The way it is executed is often mistaken as an illusion technique but it is not. Practitioners are deemed masters once they have completed the previous and this technique.
Ria is still young and therefore she is still at the turbulent stage and has her sword sheathed at all times because it requires a step by step mastery for her to unsheathe her blade. Though she has demonstrated skill and competent potentials to reach the next level, all she needs is some polishing.
Quickness: Ria during her training regime of Mi-enshin Kaihou Ken was taught to condition her body and mind to be quick in order to possess the technique itself. The training was harsh because she must avoid incoming projectiles and traps designed by her father. Physical regime aside, mental training in the form of Shogi and although it's about taking time and formulating strategy, it is said that the game itself allows the mind to see things in a different perspective and would allow Ria to think quickly once she sees through the pattern of the game. As fast as she is, her durability on the other hand is something that would be described as glass cannon.
Keen Intellect:Ria is naturally a smart, crafty and resourceful individual whose particularly quick to learn. Her knowledge comes from her habit of reading books and scrolls which gives her a deep understanding of conceptual things in this world of ninja. Proven through learning Mi-enshin Kaihou-ken at the age of 9 but it was not as easy as she thought it would because intelligence alone does not warrant something that would require the intense tuning of the body or such other conditions hence she took the harsh regime. For Ria, this is her most defining asset and what she believes that make her equal to her rival and motivates her of unveiling her mother's killer's identity. Despite her intelligence, this does not peg her as a prodigy and compare to a total brainy individual, Ria pales in comparison.
FOCUS & SKILLS
As an Uchiha, Ria is expected to excel in all areas, typical and understandable given the Uchiha's nature as Jack of All Trades but master of none. Ria however has potential for Kenjutsu and had undergone a short training period with her father prior to his imprisonment, which led to her progression being halted. Ria is still young and has a lot ahead of her, but she is far from mastering her sword techniques. She is also a fast learner, given that she learned Mi-Enshin Kaihou-ken at the age of 9 through reading scrolls about it but only got a small grasp of it which is understandable, the technique itself was complex to other people even for her. Ria's fighting style revolves around clubbing opponents with her sheathed sword and formulating strategies.
Here we go again. I'll try to edit stuff if some don't add up. P.S I am going jutsuless for real because I can't think on what to have, so I will take it as a challenge and have it learned in the IC.
