Henry Pearl Avaritia The 2nd
Henry stared as some some sort of frog puppet just dropped into the room unceremoniously. It wasnt from his collection, so who's was it? Suddenly it got up and started walking around and Henry had to hold himself back from squealing with delight. That was really fucking cool. It leaped onto him and climbed his shoulder, that's where the fun ends. Henry's eyes narrowed and he plucked the frog off his shoulder, setting it on the ground.
"The names Henry Pearl Avarita the 2nd, and I have a few rules. Rule 1 is you don't take my stuff, or I take your head. Rule 2 is don't touch me unless you're either saving my life or I have you permission. This was a first time offense of rule 2 so I'll let it slide for now." He wouldn't have let it slide for anyone else of course, but looking at this frog have him weird feelings of nostalgia for some reason.
The frog reported that he was thrown into an incinerator by a dragon girl and Henry snarled. "Fucking Diana. I still need to get her back for fucking up my castle." He muttered more for himself than anyone else. He also vaguely remembered there being another person who annoyed him that day. Some chick with a dick.
Then Ghelgath burst in, interrupting Henry's thoughts, and started laughing at Ira for her current appearance. "As much fun as this is, you do realize she's probably still at full power right? I'm actually tempted to throw her a sword just to watch you get your ass kicked." As he said this he discreetly dropped a sword near Ira from a Gate of Tartarus, wgile also simultaneously moving away from Ghelgath and towards the new queen. Gotta protect your ruler after all.
FROG
The frog appeared out in the middle of the room, falling straight down onto the floor from the air. He has a fresh cleaning on him, and his gun fell directly onto his head as he recovered from the fall. He may have felt some shame, but he didn't really express it explicitly, rather he was more interested in meeting the several people in the room. Namely the large demon who was armed to the teeth and missing his pair of legs. The Frog leaped up onto the shoulder of this giant demon as he spoke to him in his happy little voice. "Hello friend! What is your name?"

Either that or I could have Frog "respawn" and he'd probably strike up a conversation with Henry.
Frog will literally become Henry's best friend in seconds if they meet. Henry always loved the demonic puppet shows he was taken to as a child. His ABCs were Annihilation, Bioweapons, and Cycle of Hate and Violence that makes up the Nexus.

Henry reached into a Gate a pulled out a strange looking pill, popping it in his mouth and swallowing quickly so he didn't have to taste it. His burnt arm began rapidly shedding dead flesh as an arm that looked brand new appeared from underneath it all. Then some weird animal chick burst in through a portal carrying Ira and Victoire, asking if she could have him. "If your furry ass even thinks about touching me I will skin you alive and wear you as a coat.
He pushed himself up with his arms and began flapping his wings to keep himself in place while he waited for his legs to grow back. "So I'm guessing Ira didn't too well considering there's yet another person sitting in the throne. I would bend a knee in support of my new ruler but well..." Henry motioned down at his nonexistent legs. "Anyhow, I am Henry Pearl Avaritia the 2nd. It is a pleasure to meet you and then serve under you. I would like to report that Arcadia is ours, covered in demonic fog, and possibly on fire. I don't think any of the other factions could possibly live there."
@floodtalon All righty, few things. I'm worried that all these different bullet effects give him too many different abilities to work with. I dunno if Vita would be willing to let you gradually obtain them, but right now that's five completely different effects he can utilise.
The invisibility also overlaps with Ryougu's character, and I'm not sure if that's a thing that could work as a skill. Megumi needs to use her Device to obtain invisibility after all, though Vita would be able to clarify that when she returns.
Finally, I think the personality/backstory could do with a little expanding. It looks a little bare-bones right now.
Good job choosing the best club though
Personality is something I like to establish in RP, having a deadset personality from the get go limits creativity which is quite annoying in my experience. while backstory is barebones because not everyone has a crazy tragic past that needs to be comminicated. He's just a kid with shirty parents, the rest of his life is pretty normal.
Invisibility I can change to something else, but I really did plan on having him be a stealth assassin type character so short invisibility bursts would work best for him.
As for abilities... yeah I could probably remove the black hole thing for a while, but the other ones I view as somewhat necessary.
