A Master slot has recently opened if you are still interested, however all Servant spots are filled so you would only be able to play a Master. Is that acceptable for you?
Assassin busts in with style and pizzazz, beginning the tale of the King of Thieves.
Just Another Tourist?

"You know, it's awfully dangerous for you young folk to be climbing up big old radio towers without hard hats on." A voice called out from below Atalanta and Bellerophon, an aging man with balding grey hair wearing typical old people clothes. He didn't appear to be all that impressive really, he was a bit short, hunched over and breathing heavily, a little bit on the stout side if we were being honest. indeed, this looked to be a normal old man, out of shape and in his twilight years trying to call out to some crazy youth who were doing something reckless. So why is it then, that he was climbing the radio tower after them, his hands knowing exactly where to go to ascend in just the right fashion. And why was it, that neither Archer nor Rider had sensed this old man, until he was merely five yards away from them, hundreds of feet off the ground. "You might fall if you're not careful. All it takes is a little-"

It was instant, the way the old man shifted. One moment he seemed tired, trembling even as he ascended the tower towards the two Servants, the next he was right next to Bellerophon on the same support pylon with a youthful glint in his eyes as he stared down the Rider with a smile. "-surprise to make you lose your balance!" In one swift motion the old man pulled off his jacket, obscuring his face and body for just long enough for the veil to be lifted, and for Assassin to reveal his true form in flashy form.

An explosion of blue confetti and white smoke, along with several dozen playing cards flying through the air past Bellerophon, slowly fading away to reveal what just might be the loudest person in existence, both in dress and demeanor. A young man in bright contrasting colors, a tuxedo of pure white with a royal blue dress shirt underneath, white gloves, white dress pants, and a tall white top hat with a blue ribbon wrapped around the base. This wasn't even mentioning the comically over sized monocle on his face or the explosion of playing cards flying through the air around him as he tossed aside the jacket he had once worn. "So did I scare ya? Come on now, I gotta know if the guys I'm working with scare easy! I have to plan my heist around you after all, can't have a crew that scares easy!" He grabbed a support bar above him and stepped backwards off the pylon Bellerophon stood on, swinging to another behind him without even looking and lightly touching down as he straightened out his tie and tipped his hat to Atalanta.

"So my master told me I'm not allowed to introduce myself to you guys, but I told him to go stuff it one I saw the little kitty up here. He's even screaming at me now, but nothing can hold back true love!" The unknown Servant waggled his eyebrows at Atalanta suggestively, a playful grin on his face as he looked up at her, trying to get the perfect angle to see what was going on underneath that- he quickly straightened out and looked back at her face. "So lets start this introduction with style and pizzazz, just like everything should be done in the world! I am the King of Crooks, the Monarch of Muggers, the Sultan of Swindling and the most famous Gentleman Thief in the world, Arsene Lupin! Also known as Assassin of Black, Servant of Asmar Sharir. Oh man he is really getting loud now, is there a mute button on this whole mental connection thing?" He poked a pinky finger into his right ear, an annoyed expression on his face as he dealt with the full brunt of his Master's wrath over screaming his True Name to the world. "I'm afraid I missed the initial meet and greet when y'all were summoned though, so I gotta know the name of this enchanting beauty." Arsene stared at Atalanta as he said this, a dopey smile crossing his face once more as he stared up at her.

There's nothing stopping you from apping a Servant from canon, the gacha is merely here as a suggestion. If you decide you hate our Servants, feel free to grab something from canon! Just uhhh, don't grab Gilgamesh. This is a benign Singularity according to Chaldea radars, there's no reason to bring in the big guns. Unless your Noble Phantasm is a big gun.
Well well, we already have some foolsbrave heroes who wish to challenge the gacha. May it have mercy on your souls...

On a more serious note, hey there! I'm Floodtalon, one of the Co-GMs here to make sure everyone has fun! Glad to see we have some interested people, I'm excited to see how many of you are willing to save humanity investigate this boring Singularity where absolutely nothing is going wrong! Promise!

Mordred -- The Knight of Treachery

Current Location -- Retreat

@KoL@GreenGoat

Mordred had astralized quickly once she felt the temperature of the hall of bones begin to rise, grabbing her Master and dashing forward to escape those cursed flames. It was no question of whether or not she could outrun them, her physical capabilities were beyond the likes of any other Servant in this war. No, the true question was whether or not Dietrich would even be able to find the pair after Mordred slammed into third gear, the force from each of her steps tearing the walls apart and causing the tunnel to collapse in on itself. The tunnel crumbled around them as Mordred let her Master navigate their way out of the maze, each leap forward creating a sonic boom that further obfuscated their position to the pursuing Dietrich. Every turn they took, every branching path which they moved through, Mordred destroyed everything around her just from existing and exerting force.

From the outside where Tenryuu stood, the following would likely have happened by now. Several explosions caused by her familiars, killing several innocent homeless people as they scrambled to try and escape the rumbling building. The building would shake itself apart completely soon after Dietrich made his way into the catacombs, collapsing and finishing off any homeless people who couldn't make it past the exploding familiars, likely all of them. Finally, the ground would continue to shake for quite a while, heading away from Tenryuu as Mordred and Madhisi made their escape deep into the catacombs. Most likely, a lost cause to try and track them down due to the labyrinthine nature of the catacombs.

Nobukara looked over their spoils dispassionately, nothing but worthless pieces of art and the blood of a dead Magus. Well, not worthless anymore according to Chieko, but she would take her opinion as an art critic with a grain of salt. "I think that as long as you don't tell her what the paint is, she'll love it. Most noble types tend to enjoy the finer things in life." She was handed a vial of blood, Nobukara actively feeling it out to see if she could sense the karmic link attached to it, possibly leading her directly to whoever it had come from. A serial killer was bad news in the end, brought too much unnecessary attention to the city and in turn to the grail war being conducted right under their noses.

Nobukara let Chieko take the vial back with little fuss, in the end it wasn't her problem after all and if the Church officals deemed this serial killer to be a big enough threat then they would announce such at a later date. Chieko also brought up a fairly good point, this grail war was highly irregular. From her last count, there were at least 12 different Servants in this Grail War, some of which were the exact same class. The city's leylines shouldn't be able to handle such stress either, as two of the Servants were high class Berserkers that drained more mana than the rest of the Servants combined. This war was certainly an oddity but...

"In the end, it can't be helped. No matter how irregular this Grail War is, it's simply not our concern. If it was truly a problem, the Overseer or Ruler class Servant would have stepped in by now to correct the problem or perhaps they already are. Our duty is to carry out the ritual, not to investigate the goings on of the city. Perhaps if this painter had spent more time focusing on shoring up his own defenses and preparing for attack instead of investigating serial killers, he might have lived." Nobukara shrugged, her eyes closed as she brushed aside the minor issues that Chieko brought up. "As for your ritual, rest assured I will be keeping you safe. While... onee-sama is the one who I am most concerned with serving, I will be treating you as a secondary client until such a time where we are the last Master and Servant duo standing. From there... well, I have an idea that may not lead to bloodshed. We will have to see when we get there." Not should we get there, but when. Her confidence shone through her relaxed demeanor, her senses constantly on edge as she stayed aware of threats. She is a ninja after all.

Well that had been an interesting first fight. It was a bit terrifying, but it also stoked the fires of her passion. Maybe by the end of their journey they would reach that level of power. A fun thought to be sure, but one she wouldn't voice aloud to the group. They had barely escaped with their lives after all, they probably weren't in the mood for inspirational anecdotes and quips. They awoke standing in the middle of a tavern, maybe a cafe if the sign hanging on the door was accurate. Everyone was alive, they even gained something out of their trials in the form of these strange cards that seemed to dominate the existence of the Tower. Perhaps whoever made this lace really liked YuGiOh? Focus! Rose quickly moved to heal Umi and Akiki, now that they were out of combat it seemed to be much less exhausting to cast magic. Immediately after she did that Umi's card started glowing, summoning a girl who looked very edgy into the cafe.

A catgirl appeared shortly after from Akiko's card, with Rose immediately gravitating to her and moving to hug her from behind. "Congratulations kitty, you're now the mascot of the crew! I'm gonna give you lots of hugs, lots of head rubs, and tons of fish okay? Okay, glad to see you're on board." Rose barreled through the conversation with no input from Smitten Kitten as she continued to hug the catgirl. Of course she would have to work out a new method to hug two catgirls at once when the bartender appeared, along with the other new girl to add to her harem crew. Rose pulled Kitten along without a care in the world, quickly finding her way behind the bar as she moved over to Cait. "You are now also the mascot of my crew. Many pets, many hugs, many fish. Now get over here!" She took one arm off of Kitten to grab at Cait, pulling her into a hug and squishing the two of them against her chest as she squealed and giggled with delight. "I love this place so much! Adventures, catgirls, booze, magic, this couldn't get any better!"

Suddenly Rose released her two captive mascots as she gasped, bringing her hands up to her mouth as a thought occurred to her. "But what if it could. Cait, are there any sky pirate ships in the tower? I still need a vessel for my merry crew." Indeed, you can't call yourself a pirate without a pirate ship. And a sky pirate ship would be the perfect way t traverse this tower, flying through the air and to the angel at the top. "Alright crew, we have our first task!" She stepped up onto the counter, striking a very captainly pose as she looked over her assembled crew with an expression of utter seriousness. "We need to find a worthy vessel for our adventure, preferably one that can fly so we can make it to the top of the Tower! Now praise me for my genius insight!" A proud grin planted itself on her face, eyes closed and teeth showing as she put one hand to her chest and huffed with satisfaction. Truly she was the greatest captain.
In Another Time And Another Place

"Hmm, this summoning ritual... silver, archdukes, stones, this is all worthless to me. Absolutely useless... I suppose I'll just have to draw one up from scratch then. What an inept man that director is, failing to even take into account my own foundation. This looks like it was copied and pasted from some German tome, completely wrong sphere of influence..." Sand scattered about the room, everything smelled of wet iron, his circuits itched as he looked upon his work. It was not home, but it would have to do. He looked over the circle one last time, his fingers wet and gritty as he rubbed the bloody sand onto his pants in a futile attempt to clean them. Nothing would ever clean those hands.

"If my research is correct, the words are meaningless. Any pretense of a ritual is merely for one's own peace of mind, if the grail deems me worthy then the Heroic Spirit will be summoned regardless of words or intent. I suppose those fools in the Clock Tower performed some grand spectacle, lots of bright flashing lights, many grand incantations from each of their respective spheres of influence, a waste of time." He gently set the monocle down onto the sand, taking a step back and activating his circuits. "Well, I suppose it's easy to get caught up in the mood. I may as well say something for you, oh great and grand Holy Grail."

"With the blessing of the Djinn
And the offering of blood on sand
I beseech thee
Bring me victory
Oh great and mighty Hero
May our enemies tremble
As though they have witnessed the fury
Of ten thousand Ifrit
Now come, Guardian of the Scale
Let us trample those who oppose us
And steal their very hearts

A wind whipped about the room, a veritable sandstorm cutting at his skin as he poured intent and mana into the circle. His arms outstretched to his sides, blood dripped freely from his body, yet it only fed the circle more and more as it began to shine with a grand crimson light. The eye of the storm slowly shrunk, condensing into a human form as the verse came to a close. Just like that, it was over. A young man stood before Asmar, a cocky grin on his lips as he considered the magus before him.

"Yeah, I think I have one last heist in me. Servant Assassin at your call, lets steal the show with style and pizzazz!"

Her attack was easily dodged, the figure came at her with murder in their eyes(?) and she knew that they had fucked up. Her instincts screamed at her to run, scream, cower as the figure bore down on her. Yet she ignored them completely and instead locked blades with the hooded figure with a smile on her face, albeit a smile tinged with anxiety as she wondered just what the hell they were gonna do about this. "You know, you are not nearly as cool as Mysterious Dude was! Jolt!" She pointed her dagger at the figure who had hopefully been locked in place, seeking to shock them directly in the heart and then [Disengage] with a well place back flip. Spreading out would be for the best considering the other figure that was summoning FUCKING METEORS TO KILL THEM. "Guys I don't think we're gonna win this one! Thorn!" As she landed on the tips of her toes she pointed her rapier at the hooded figure she had just been engaged with and a blade of cutting wind shot towards them nearly instantly to try and separate their head from their shoulders.

I suppose things are just moving a bit slow for my liking. Oh well, I suppose I have no choice but to wait on everyone else.
