-Ruby- I think I might be the best at restraining people, though I can't trap them passively. I can lock them in one location, basically setting that as their natural state, and then anything they do to move out of that state will be negated.

I can also constrain movement within an area, if necessary. This includes teleportation.

It may be modified—the force in the dimension was less potent than anything Outside, in my experience. If you encounter it in full, I recommend distancing yourself—it easily saps strength of strong and weak beings alike.
