Yeah, whatever you call this little collective these days that calls this place a “base”.

Friends of my father, then. Any reason you go by your initials?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

You all commonly call me ES. Your old pal Sven and I share a likeness.

"We all?"
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Yeah! He’s been my only family for a while now.
*Runs up and hugs him*
It’s been a few days! Everything okay?

He looks familiar. Maybe we've met somewhere before?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

It’s a matter of-

<Snipped quote by Intrepid>

Oh, hi Uncle... Er, Uncle S!

*Tilts my head*
This is your uncle?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

I would, yes.

Why?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

As long as it's being used.

Where do you draw the line? When is it no longer wasteful?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Clean and easy doesn’t change what’s right.

What if they don't waste anything but could comfortably survive with less? Are they obligated to find someone starving and give their food to them?
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

Because they have the ability and it's irresponsible to squander it just because you don't want to.

Why are they morally obligated to search out those in need and give away their excess? It's not clean and easy in the real world.
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

That's just laziness.

Why is it their responsibility? That's impractical.
<Snipped quote by Fractured>

People starving while you're throwing away the resources they need is incredibly harsh and unsympathetic.

Maybe, but then you're asking them to go out and make that change themselves. It's not as simple as throwing an apple to someone instead of throwing it away.
