Pic looks good and so does the rest of the CS, I'm not going to lie this is a high quality CS and I might end up giving you one of the spots depending on how the other sheets turn out. Or maybe I'll try and shoehorn in sixth space if they are all really good. We will see.

@Ferrocerium I'm going to balance it by making the loader more of an intenal mechanic (guns, engine, transmission, tech) and the driver will be more focused on external repairs such as tracks, armor and spare parts.

Nope, sorry this is only a 5 man rodeo, the villagers are terrified, radiation poisoned, injured, starved weak people. And the ones who aren't need to keep the village running, not only to keep the vunerable alive but to pay taxes to the Yakuza. They wont be in fighting shape for a long long time. Its up to the commander to command the tank crew, because that's the only hope the villagers have left.

Ok, How much influence would the Bastion crew have within the village? Will we need to secure resources, help with advancements, defend the village and other stuff in order to gain more power within the village itself?

The Bastion Crew are essentially 'hometown heroes' being sent on a mission to secure resources and eliminate major threats to the village, but a larger plot will unfold as that task is being tackled. You wont be so much 'defending' the village as you will be investigating the imminent hostiles targeting it, and trying to stop them any way possible. But yes as you capture outposts, take over supply routes and clear enemy camps, the village will prosper and improve. But this will be no easy task and people will be dying nearly every week.
