@Rawk Ahh well sadly that tattoo manipulation stuff gets a bit too close to 'magic' for this RP, give the 0th post on Superhero guidelines a look over and then see what you can come up with.

In her powers backstory maybe have something about the chameleon genes being spliced with hers to explain the wall crawling, enhanced vision (no x-ray) and the camouflage. (But you can keep her relatively 'human' appearance).

Because right now the fact that she had male chromosomes switched over doesn't do much to explain why she has the powers she does. Also drop the batons and the knife. Her powers make her deadly enough without equipment.

Everything else looks good, but the 'shadowy' organization that created her needs a name, we could make it Eclipse? That way it ties nicely into the story.
