I was thinking something.
With how reliant a lot of decks are on extra deck monsters limiting it two one on the field at a time might ruin some decks.
Limiting to one summon from the extra deck per turn might work better.

I was initially going to say yes to this, along with the previous homebrew rules I set in place, but @Ryougu has a point.

And here we go, another character; MY character. With a name that will send shivers down the spine of any who hears it...

Elise

Name: Elise Ryton

Gender: Female
Age: 23

Personality:
Elise is a patient, caring person, though snappy at times. She easily loses herself in competition and will never give less than her all once she gets fired up. She's occasionally tried to give more than her all, resulting in risky situations and often muscle-aches that would last days after. She enjoys repairing things and playing Yu-Gi-Oh!, though she isn't quite sure what to make of her guardian.

Bio:
Elise was born into a dirt-poor family. She started working when she was still relatively young, taking small jobs to get by. One day, she encounterd a man, approximately in his 30s. The man gave her a deck of cards and a stack of cash. When she went home to show her parents, they scolded her for "stealing" the money. Clearly they didn't believe in random strangers handing out money. That was, until the man himself (who had seemed like a god to the young Elise) came over a few days later and explained what had happened. It seemed as if the man had also explained why, but even today these reasons are unknown to Elise.

Since her encounter she has dueled a lot, including games with an ante as well as some underground tournaments, the money of which she used to start a small business for a more consistent income. Running a small shop for repairing motorbikes, bicycles and the like. She'd still duel whenever she had the chance, but not as often as before, partially due to her not participating in underground tournaments anymore.

One night an email came in, which on it's own wasn't anything unusual. The contents were a surprise to her, though. Normally she'd receive emails requesting repairs or planning for said repairs, and occasionally a stubborn email about some underground tournament. This email, while she'd almost dismissed it as one, turned out to be no underground tournament at all. In fact, it was quite the opposite. An official tournament with an astonishing price of 1 million. Sure, she got by nowadays, but 1 million was simply to much to pass one. Determined to play, she left for the tournament. Determined to win, she planned to leave with the prize.

What's the limit on cursing anf offensive language?

I'm allowing it, but I suggest more colorful language(the f-bomb, the sh-bomb) be censored with asterisks or any other symbols you can think of.

Like what @Ryougu said, they aren't Fortune Fairies/Ladies because of how the name is structured. Just add a little (This card is always treated as a "Fortune Fairy/Lady" card.) bit to the text, so that they still get the support.

Also, how's this for a LP compromise:

6000 Life Points. It's halfway between 4000 and 8000, so duels will be an appropriate length, I think.

Tekkan initially groaned and grimaced when Fyodor refused to drive closer to the vehicle. However, his leader's command to strike Ryunosuke quickly reignited his grin. The youth nodded and gave a quick salute.

As the Phantom Duelist of Saotome began summoning his ace monster, Tekkan heard the biker chanting familiar words. They sounded like a song he heard when one of his cousins from America visited him. He was 14 at the time, and 3 years later, he still remembered the tune quite vividly.

After Ryunosuke destroyed one of Fyodor's Pyramid Turtles, the white-haired youth felt a sinister urge come over him. Now was the time to carry out his leader's wishes.

"And slam in the back of my DRAGULA!" Tekkan suddenly brought one of his hands crashing down onto Ryunosuke's neck in a swift karate chop, intent on incapacitating the biker at least.
