Hey, I don't ask for novels my dude. Anything you get up that keeps us moving makes me happy.
Multiplus's shields doomed him. When Captain Marvel saw that some of the sea of endless duplicates were willingly jumping into the path of his lightning, he realized which one was the original, and made his move.

Faster than the cloner could follow, he swooped down and grabbed him under his arms, flying up and away before Multiplus could even react. He got high enough that struggling would be a bad idea, and then shifted him around so that he was holding the original by the fabric of the front of his outfit.

"If we're not the real Legion, just some punks," he said, winding up his free hand like a cartoon character, "Then this will be really embarrassing for you." He swung, socking Multiplus right in the jaw. It was a surprisingly mundane ended to a fight among supers.

With the original's loss of consciousness, the clones followed suit and started to disappear, freeing up the Legion members that they were fighting.

Marvel floated down, holding Multiplus in a surprisingly gentle manner, and addressed his comrades. "I'm not really sure what to do with him now, they don't show this part in the comics."
@AquaAzura@PatrickDrummer Just a little nudge, make sure we don't stagnate too much.
"Now wait just a minute!" Faira called after Kupori. After a moment's hesitation, she started to move her feet to follow as well. "Damn fool moogle!" she yelled as she ran. She only caught up to her when a cadre of strange, shadowy beings rose up from the ground, stopping Kupori in her tracks. Faira was still closing the gap when it looked like Kupori, her weapon now broken, would be overrun.

There was a sound like a fine silver spoon tapping on a crystal glass, and the broken hilt in her hand was replaced by the very weapon that Pink had pained upon the wall by the Chocolatte Mart.

"Th-that weapon!" Faira cried, stopping now just feet from the circle of Heartless. She looked down at her own hand, half expecting to see her own keyblade, but there was nothing but the stick she had left the house with.
@Gisk

I'm planning to have Kupori lead the charge, is it safe to assume that, after she runs ahead, she can end up assaulted by a few Shadow heartless so she doesn't end up too far?

I'm assuming that everything is going to go down in the Pine Barrens, so we gotta get in there.

Yeah, you can write her as far or not as you likebefore the fight breaks out.
Cool, I don't know how everyone else works, but I'm hoping to make some quick progression on the plot during the weekend.
In case anyone saw the post already, I've edited it and tagged an extra bit on.

Remember, the heartless know you bear keyblades, even if you don't, and they have a bone to pick with you about it.
Yeah, I'm here.
The commotion that Pink had started, while not unnoticed, didn't warrant as much attention in the eyes of the wider public as the strange sky of today. Faira, having not yet arrived to be bewildered by her dreams being painted on the wall next to the candy shop, had made a point to inquire of the city's early birds about it.

She had gathered that the clouds had rolled in from the Pine Barrens outside of town, starting shortly after sunrise. She had started to head that direction when she was confronted with every single person from her dream the night before, gathered in one place. On second reflection, she realized that Gatta had not been there, but that there had been another, stranger sort of person.

Her hand shifted on her whacking stick, but something in her didn't want to fight Kupori. Something in her heart saw her, bizarrely and for the first time, as a friend and comrade. She couldn't make sense of the feeling, and tried to shake it. Glancing around, Faira spotted the painting for the first time. Her hand raised to point at it, and her mouth fell open, but she was uncharacteristically speechless.

Just then, before she could gather her wits, a strange thing happened. Visible above and beyond the painted wall, it was like the opposite of lightning. For a split second, what little light was filtering through the clouds disappeared, and was back just as soon as it had left. The strange darkness had been centralized a little less than a mile away, directly over the Pine Barrens. Promptly following the anti-lightning was anti-thunder. An expanding bubble of soundlessness that passed over not only the unwitting key bearers, but the whole town.

“What was that?” Faira asked in her lowish gravelly voice.

Out in the Pine Barrens, a black bolt reached from the sky, sucking the light out of the forest in bursts. With every strike, shadows pooled on the ground, Darkness hitching a ride on the otherworldly storm. From these pools, small figures rose, moving jerkily as they scented the air with their antennae. They liked the scent they got, and started marching toward town.
