The Time We Have....

Penny Raybrandt

Age: 18

Powers: Time Acceleration

Other: The new girl of Chronos View. She just recently moved to Chronos View because her parents just started their own new careers there, and because Penny was just accepted to a college in, or near, Chronos View. Her life can be considered as average and nothing really memorable. She has no idea as to how her life would suddenly change from a normal one, to a strange topsy turvy one. She is curious enough to try and solve whatever mysteries lie in the town. Other than that, if she's not doing homework, or finding a job, she would be doing one of her hobbies, dancing, cooking (even though her food is terrible!), or reading mystery novels.

Daniel 'Rocket' Jay

Age: 22

Other: The nation-wide heartthrob celebrity. Popular among many fans and radio stations for his singing and his music. Flirtatious and shows off his talent and things. Very privileged. Also very arrogant and tends to care more about himself and his appearance. Just came into the town for a concert and for giving the town some publicity as a favor to a friend who lives in Chronos View.

'Old Man' Pierre Quincey

Age: 65

Other: Has scraggly long white hair, and some of his teeth are missing. The irises of his eyes appear to still be a bright green, even though they always appear to misaligned and unfocused. He is known as the strange and eccentric (if not crazy) oldest resident of Chronos View. His past is a mystery, even though he has always lived in Chronos View. He always seems to be rambling and giving people strange advice. Sometimes he even speaks in a strange language that nobody can recognize. There were times where he had shouted of dangers lurking in the town. However, even though his words can be passed off as nonsense, nobody knows for sure whether his words ring true or not. Lately, he has been keeping himself cooped up in his home, not even going out to get food for some reason.

Candice listened until she noticed that Mars was coming back to the temple, and she listened to what he had to say. She was surprised to hear that he was going to go back to the Kindergarten and look around. But she was relieved that he wanted to meet her back at the motorhome once she was done here and once he was done with the Kindergarten. She nodded and answered him before he left "Alright. Be careful," She couldn't help but feel a bit of worry for Mars, enough to wish him to be safe while he looked around the Kindergarten. What if he got attacked by one of those monsters? She shook her head and she told herself that he would be able to take care of himself. He was able to attack Amber with ease. If anything, she should be worried for anyone who crosses Mars' path. She remained leaning on the wall for a little bit longer. If it looked like that they noticed her, then she would leave. Otherwise, she was going to stay, and hopefully, ask Aquamarine a couple of questions.

Carnelian

Carnelian didn't know what to say in response to how sleepy, and lost the gem in front of her seemed. She was somewhat as lost as he was. She was surprised to see another gem, a tall blue woman appear this time, with a gem on her collarbone. Carnelian watched as the woman picked up the green gem, and spoke to her. Carnelian smiled and answered "It's quite alright. It is nice to meet you. I am Carnelian. And yes, I would like to go with you to this temple..." She looked to the two humans in slight surprise. She hadn't noticed the two, and she quite honestly, thought that they weren't involved with the green gem. She looked to the two of them with a raised eyebrow, her fan hiding a blush that rose on her cheeks from embarrassment.

Candice was surprised to see that Bloodstone had recovered from his mental breakdown, but she kept her distrustful, emotionless mask on as the gems kept speaking. She turned her attention to Mars in concern, and she noticed how he seemed to be thinking to himself. Soon enough he turned and started walking away. Before she could ask any questions to him, he gestured to her, silently letting her know that he needed some time alone. She looked at him and nodded in silent understanding. She watched him leave, and saw the orange gem from before, Amber come into the temple.

She silently walked to the wall of the temple right next to the entrance, where she could see where Mars went off. However she didn't follow after him. Instead she leaned against the wall, intent on listening to the discussion some more, and waiting for Mars. If anything, Mars leaving gave her the chance to do what she came here to do. While the gems seemed to be focused on Amber, or each other (on anyone besides her), she discreetly and quietly took out one of the bugs and stuck it to the wall behind her right leg. The small bug easily blended into the temple wall, so it would be hard to detect once she stepped away from the wall. She remained leaning against the wall, and crossed her arms as she stayed silent.
