"Renard, are you alright?"

Echoed in his head as he was confused with who said it… two voices sounded in his head, as he looked forward, not even seeing Freya as she looked at him in the eyes. The blood and tears mixing and blurring his vision. He clenched all of his muscles, trying to force the pain from his body, as if that would even work.

He wasn’t expecting someone to touch him. He felt the surge of electricity rush through his body and exit his shoulder. Immediately he tried to stop it, but it was too late, the rest of the charge he had kept in his body to prevent his entire body from spasms left him. He closed his eyes and instantly wiped the blood and tears from his eyes, looking over to see Freya on the ground Staring back at him with bewilderment and agony.

His heart suddenly shot to his throat. He did that. He hurt her. It was clear he snapped back to reality, as his wild eyes were now gone. Only replaced with shock, confusion and fear of what he did. If she had touched him a few moments before...she could have died.

”Freya! He grunted as he winced in pain, trying to move towards her. His leg cramping painfully up once again as he tried to use it, He limped a few steps before the leg gave out under the pain. ”I’m so sorry.. I-I-I didn’t see you, I didn’t mean to- He cut off when he noticed her bloody hands and some blood on her shirt. His heart started to race again. As the image of Freya and his mother switched before his eyes...both with blood on their hands.

Eira suddenly appeared before him. He looked up at her as an odd look came upon her face. He could even barely register that he saw it before he blinked and she was scowling again. Was he just seeing things? She quickly reach to grab his arm, he barely had enough time to react. Suddenly scared that he was going to shock her as well, but he did not move enough to actually have build a noticeable charge since Freya took the hit. A wave of relief came over him as she took his arm and he didn’t shock her...her hands were ice cold and felt great against his hot skin at the moment.

She continued tugging, enough that he did almost get up but she instantly let go, causing him to fall to his knee again with a grunt of pain. But he pushed himself back up again with his eyes shut. She mentioned going through the door. He looked up towards it. It looked like a mile away to him. It seemed impossible, especially with the villians in that room still, He quickly said, ”You’re right, You’re leaving, with Freya. I’m only gonna slow you down Eira. He said while grabbing at his bent leg he was gingerly leaning on.

“You two can get out of here while I distract her, You can probably find another exit.” He said wincing, as he reached down to offer Freya his hand. I can buy you a few minutes...

Freya and Renard

Renard coughed and grunted as he slowly moved from the spot that he landed after being thrown threw a brick wall. He cracked open his eyes, seeing stars as he did. He thought she was gunna be fast...not insanely powerful strengthwise as well. He could feel his body screaming in pain, from the cuts that covered his face and arms from the glass, and the massive brusing from being thrown through a bloody wall. He tried to get up, only managing to get to his knees, and groaning like an old man getting up from the ground. He heard some yelling from outside in the courtyard.

Looking up he saw Freya ontop of the villians back. Yelling at her and then to him Telling him to go. "No.. NO Freya! he called out. "You get out of here! Your parents willl kill me if I let you get hurt! STOP IT!" He grunted as he tried to get up and move towards the door. Only to fall once again face first.

Renard winced as the glass in his arms cut deeper after the fall, along with falling onto sharp rocks from when he broke through the wall. He felt a warm thick liquid below him. His eyes closed he slowly pushed himself up. His body straining after that beating. His body hot from the charge that had been building up. When he fully extended his arms, he pulled a knee up and took a moment to try and catch his breath and force the pain from his mind.

He Opened his left eye as his right was covered in the liquid and the hot blood coming from his own wounds. His breath froze as he saw what that liquid was… blood. As well as the body it came from. His body began to shake as he started to grow more afraid.

As he looked down at his blood soaked hands he winced as he felt a phantom pain running through the scar on his face. To him, his hands seemed to flash between his own, and a much smaller version. Both equally covered in hot blood. Screams echoed in his head.

Looking up he saw his mother lying on the ground, propped up against the couch in their living room back in Japan. Despite the blood that was sleeping through the bathroom towels on her stomach, she was looking worried at him. She pulled him closer and grabbed one of the lesser stained towels and pressed it to his face to stop the bleeding coming from his own fresh gash.

With teary eyes she said softly “Are you ok Ren?”

Looking down at her wound which was far worse than his, she pulled his head up to lock her eyes with his. He nodded, his own tears coming from his eyes. Out of fear, pain, and uncertainty.

Tears started to stream down his own eyes as he closed them. His breath was shaky as the repressed memory started flowing back to him. He could hear Freya struggling with the murderous woman. He tried to push himself up but he couldn’t seem to find the strength… He had to protect her…

”You were so brave...” She whispered. Her tears falling freely… She pulled him in and gave him the tightest comforting hug only mother could give. Renard closed his own eyes trying to push out the pain and the scene of blood that was around them. Taking in a deep breath he could smell her lavender perfume. There was nothing else he could do...

Freya yelped as the villain flung her, slamming her against a wall. She landed in the debris, gritting her teeth as the rubble left cuts on her arms and legs. When the room stopped lurching around her, she stared in horror. Unmoving forms of guards lay sprawled across the floor, and in the middle knelt Renard, shaking as if in the grip of a panic attack.

"Renard...?" Crawling out of the rubble, she moved towards him.

Renards eyes opened, despite the pain of the blood seeping into them, and the blood mixing with his tears. He heard Freya yelp once again, and heard a thud of her being thrown to the ground. He didn't realize she said his name. He only saw the villian walking towards them. But he didn't see the girl, but a large dark figure with claws drippiing with fresh blood...his mothers murderer. A sharp shock of terror flooded over him.

“Continue to be brave...my....

The terror washed away with anger as he roared a wordless yell, pushing the pain away as he literally bolted from his kneeling position towards the figure. He surprised her enough to land his first blow, a hard right punch to the face, knocking her back a bit. He didn't give her time to breath as he followed up with more punches, ducking and weaving as she tried to counter with her own attacks. His eyes wild with each strike. Till he had enough and ducked a counter swing one last time allowed his charge to be focused in a powerful kick, sending a large amount of volts down his leg and as he swung it up and planted his foot into her chest, the force of the kick and the 'kick' of the shock he gave her sent her flying backwards and into the same wall Enterpise blew open at the beginning of the fight.

He started to breath heavily now as he stood there, the same wild look in his eyes as he started to limp over to her. That one shock took most of the charge out of him. He grunted and gripped his leg, falling forward onto his knees and let out a yell of pain. He didn't' move from where he fell, but he glared over to where the villain was. Still covered in the blood he fell in, as well as his own, pieces of glass still in his face and arms.

Dazed from the physical and emotional blows - they'd been too late, people had died here - Freya steadied herself. Seeing Renard fight back, the first thing she felt was relief. Then, she noticed that manic look in his eyes as he unleashed punch after punch, before blasting the villain out of the hallway with a supercharged kick.

Without a second thought, she rushed after him, crouching beside him as he fell to the ground. "Renard, are you alright?" Her voice shook. Of course he wasn't, but she had to try to help somehow. Holding out a hand, she looked him in the eyes to get his attention. Then, slowly, she gave his shoulder a comforting touch.

A shock surged up her arm, knocking her away from him. Convulsing on the ground, she tried to stand up, only to fall back down as pain seared through her body. All she could do was stare at Renard, her face a rictus of agony and bewilderment. She hadn't expected him to be this far gone..

Renard continued fighting off birds when he heard one of the villians taunting him by calling him a murderer. He looks over to see the woman with the tail looking at him but she was making no move towards him. He was torn away from hearing sofia yelling Eiras name looking over just in time to see her shoving the taller girl out of the way. And being sliced by a sword on a chain through her leg.

He stated making his way back, his was to dive and grab the chain, shocking the villain on the other end. Just as he was about to though he noticed movement in the corner of his eye. Seeing the woman with the tail raising the fire extinguisher in her hand to throw it towards eira and Sofie.

Watch out! he yelled as he stepped in the way and swung his chair. As the fire extinguisher hit, it caused the chair to explode at the impact. It didn’t stop the hurling container. But it certainly deferred it enough so it wouldn’t hit sofia or Eira.

Dropping the remaining pieces of the chair to the ground he offered his hand to both of them. “come on let’s get you guys out of here! I’ll try to keep their attention on me.

He looked to see Freya nearby. “Freya! Gabby made an exit and I need your help! Getting everyone out!

Renard looked between Freya and Peter as Freya came closer, peter mentioning that shouldn’t lose his head. He looked up as he noticed movement. He really didn’t understand what was happening, or what it was. But clearly it wasn't normal. He pushed passed peter, not answering him Running towards Eira to get her out of the way but came to a sliding stop as Hayes appeared out of nowhere saving Eira and throwing the would be killer across the room.

Renards heart was pumping. He's come face to face with Villians before, but his father was always there and handled it himself. He was clearly nervous but excited at the same time. That excitement dwindled slightly when more villains came out, surrounding them on three sides. Gritting his his teeth he started shaking his arms rapidly but in a controlled fashion. To those who didn’t understand his quirk, it could have been seen as the kid was scared so badly he was visually shaking. Or that he he had parkinson's. Something that wasn’t too obvious that he was trying to charge as quickly as he could without taking so much attention to himself like doing jumping jacks or something ridiculous to do in this situation.

He watched carefully each of the villains. Trying to judge each of their quirks. Only really being able to make a rough guess on two of them. The woman with the tail clearly had a poisonous quirk with that stinger on it, and the woman who was speaking to Enterpise. Who started to take off her clothes, revealing much of her skin. Renard couldn’t help but turn red, giving himself a mental slap to nap out of it, reminding himself this was a villain. Clearly her quirk had to do with her skin contact, as well as her breathing as she pulled the gasmask off and a purple fume escaped from it. That alone quickly wiped the redness from his cheeks.

Suddenly birds flooded the room. Pecking and clawing at everyone. ”Are you-OW Freaking-Gah-KIDDING ME!? He growled as he tried slapping the birds out of the air. Or any that landed on him, mostly beating himself like someone would with mosquitoes.

The first few got a shock, but he quickly focused and resisted the urge to allow the birds to be shocked when touching him. He needed a bigger charge quickly if he was going to help the two Pro heros and protect his fellow students. But he wasn’t as fast and nimble as Freya to bat them out of the air with his hand.

So he did the next best thing he could think of at that moment, and picked up a chair. Not the most graceful weapon but it was much larger to swat a few birds out of the sky. Yelling a wordless cry he swung his chair, feeling a few dull thumps with the swing he smiled evilly. ”Come here you glorified buffalo wings!” As he batted two with a satisfying thump out of the air.

He was closer to Eira now after all of this as he focused on the birds he yelled, ”Eira! Can you use...! He was cut off by a sudden wave of cold that hit the room. As if she read his mind, she turned her quirk on. Despite him charging it was still sudden enough to make him shiver pretty good. He let out a little ’Haaaw’ as he started to move around more to build his heat up. He looked to her and swung his chair just over her head. Taking out a pigeon aiming for her head. Before moving away from her, he heard Gabby calling for Peter. She had a plan to get out of here. He wasn’t going to leave, but he would sure as heck try and draw the attention of the other villians from Eira and Gabby.

Swinging his chair even more now, he started to warm up slightly more. He got an idea...not the best. But it was an idea. Smashing his chair over a bird that was on the ground he dropped the remains of the chair as he ”EH!? HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT? OW!” He yelled. Looking towards the bird man. You find- ACK -This Emusing? As a bird pecked his head. He grabbed a new chair Swinging his chair again and getting a good wack on another with a crunch, sending the body right towards the man with the crow resting on his shoulder. ”Hope that this doesn’t Ruffle your feathers too much!! Wincing and pausing to beat some more birds away. ”Always thought the birds were only good for their wings!

He wanted the attention on him so the others could get the few students out of here, as well as give Eira time to make it cold long enough to effect the birds. Of course this would be pretty dangerous for him if he actually managed to focus the wrath of the bird whisperer. He was already covered in nicks and scratches. But he felt a good charge now, if he controlled it enough…

Renard glanced over to Abigail as she remarked about how salt is bad for him. He smirked,”Good thing I got rid of my salt then huh?” before looking back to the building as Freya said was hoping another disaster wouldn’t happen. He narrowed his eyes slightly annoyed that the offer for some crispy snacks was cut off. Now he was really hungry. But he nodded in agreeance. ”Lets hope so... he cut off as he noticed the lights go out. Hearing peter say something about it just before Sofia asked if that was not supposed to happen as she stopped behind he and Freya.

Shaking his head, ”I don’t think so Sofia. “ He said softly looking back at her. She was looking up at the building when she suddenly dug into her bag, and grabbing her phone. Renard raised an eyebrow as she moved away and then pointed the phone towards the building, and started vlogging?”

He let out a single huff of a chuckle as he was brought back into the conversation at hand. Abigail mentioning maybe heros forgot to pay their bills as well. Renard blinked a few times as he groaned inwardly. Perhaps, but this isn’t a pro hero they were talking about. This was a company. Companies DON'T forget to pay their bills. Any moment they are shut down is like pouring money down the toilet.

As Sofia asked the principle what they should do next. He glanced back to towards her, as he heard her stutter quite a bit. Was she getting nervous or was she…. Star struck? Whatever it was it was cute. He suddenly spoke in French to her. ”Well I never thought proper lady like yourself would be flustered meeting with the principle.” He said with a small smile. Teasing her a bit with a wink. ’Didn’t realize you were a big fan.” he smirked even more at her reply, but when she huffed he grinned. Only revealing too clearly that this was his intended goal in teasing her.

He looked to Enterprise as she started to speak. She tried explaining the noise away, which only made him raise an eyebrow. While it’s true he guess for testing weapons, but even then they were in controlled spaces that couldn’t effect the building. She was acting like it was normal for a building to lose its power? Unless she was just saying that to keep them calm. At which he shrugged the thought off.

When they entered to find it empty he walked around some of the chairs that were there. Glancing into the back office to see it empty. He let out a ‘hmph’ as his lips scrunched into a confused frown. Something wasn’t adding up. If it was ‘normal’ where is everyone. He glanced to the teachers as Mr. Hayes spoke up calmly. But suddenly another man in a suit and hardhat bursted into the room. Quickly trying to apologize and explain away what was happening. Saying it was ‘common.’ Which caused Renard to pull his head back confused. If it was common, why was he running around? Wouldn’t there be someone on standby for that sort of thing?

He was about to bring it up when suddenly an explosion which surprised him and everyone else went off. He moved to the window to see for himself if he could see where it happen. He couldn’t. He quickly pulled off his blazer and tie, tossing them onto one of the chairs. As he did he looked to the ‘guide’ and said, ”I’m sure that's Common as well?

He started rolling up his sleeves as he moved towards the door which was in the rough direction the sound of the explosion came from. He stopped after he yanked the door open he looked back to the teachers. Jerking his head down the hall. ” Well what Are we waiting for? Lets get this tour started!”

When Freya asked if they could have gone easier for the training, and the lecture, He shrugged, about to answer that he didn’t mind the training just the fact that Hayes was too hard on them for just throwing them into to it.

But before he could answer Renard jerked his head back as suddenly Mr. Hayes started talking to him. No matter how many times he’s done that before, it’s something Renard though he would never get used to. He looked up at the teacher in the eyes as he again started with a tiny lecture. Narrowing his eyes, not afraid for the teacher to see it.

He shook his head after the teacher was done rolling his eyes. Literally not what he said, But like the teacher to not really pay attention where his lectures really needed to be pointed towards. Renard was not known to have an irritated look, mostly only when dealing with Mr. Hayes.

To be honest, his mood wasn’t all from Hayes, but the constant disappointed and annoyed look from eira was really grating at him. Didn’t matter what he did she was always annoyed with him, or yelling at others. If anyone needed a lecture it was her, why the fuck was she even here if she was going to be constantly snapping at her teammates.

He of course didn't say anything. He didn’t blow up in front of anyone. He simply took a deep breath as the principle came onto the bus. All he knew of her was she was a top hero, who was constantly eating due to her quirk. She decided to tell the students stories of other heros and her own exploits with them. Everyone was fawning over her it seemed. He could even tell Eira was glued to her every word.

He on the other hand closed his eyes and continued to train on his quirk, condensing, and shifting the energy to different parts of his body. It was one of the ways his father and mother taught him to control it so he didn’t shock anything he touched. So he could go days without wearing his gloves.

This was something he always did during long boring lectures, to help keep him awake and focused. Despite what others thought, he was actually a fairly good student. Despite his constant joking around.

Getting off the bus, he stretched his arms and twisted his back till a loud pop came from his lower back. He let out a satisfied sigh as the tension released in his lower back and he lowered his arms looking around the facility. It wasn’t anything to be impressed about honestly. But he was excited to see what was inside.

He looked back as the other students finished filing off the bus. He was slightly annoyed that he wasn't with Freya, whom he spoke to more on the bus., and quite enjoyed it. He found it odd they were being split into groups but he didn’t think too much on it.He glanced around to see some wren sitting not too far… He narrowed his eyes as if the bird was somehow suspicious. But then he suddenly said softly
”Man I could go for some chicken right now... as his stomach growled.

His thoughts were interrupted as he heard a loud crash. At least he thought he did. It seemed close. Yet at the same time far away as if muffled. Being in an industrial part of town, things tended to bang around. He looked around and didn’t see anything right away. He looked towards Freya and asked. Did you hear that?”

After Renard spoke to to Pheabe, he turned his head back to Peter, That is what makes up the difference between a sidekick and hero! A hero never stops his training or gives up when all looks bleak." He said while puffing up his chest and lowering his voice into a 'hero voice.' and balling his fists and placing them on his hips while looking passed Peter for a pose for effect.

He looked back to Pheobe as she realized they spoke to her. He nodded his head when she said she was thinking up some ideas. Peter went on to throw a few ideas out for her... his last one made Renard slap his own face. Did he not realize how bad shooting a cherry with a slingshot into a mouth was? "That's a surefire way to cause death by choking." He said muffled behind his hand.

letting his hand fall he looked to Pheobe."Admittedly I don't have any bright ideas to add to the table. But I'm sure you've thought of some good stuff for it already."

He looked away when he heard Gabby say something about something but he didn't hear what she said. This was about the time Freya came onto the bus. Suddenly having another accident as she stubbed her foot and fell over. He stood up as he winced, about to go help her with knowing her hand was hurt from the training. But when she gripped her hand and asked about the salt he froze. The flash of a memory of him tossing a salt packet over his shoulder over his shoulder flashing through his mind.

He turned in his seat and started to unzip his bag for his bottle of water. He stopped when he heard Eira speak up. He looked back at her as she mentioned said to make one guess. Finding her cold disapproving eyes looking at him. His shoulders dropped slightly as he turned away from her to his bag, pulling the bottle from one of the pockets. He heard peter getting up and glanced to see him with his med kit going to help Freya.

Eira then suddenly blew up about them being ridiculous... while punching the chair in front of her twice afterwards. He looked back at her confused and surprised at the outburst. Clearly something else was eating at her. While he always understood she was cold and snappy...it wasn't really ok to snap at everyone like that. She was always so serious about becoming a hero. So serious, it was causing her to miss the mark entirely. He glanced to Gabby as she tried to say that maybe she needed to try and be ridiculous in an odd but interesting metaphor that he agreed with. He did wince slightly as he expected Eira to blow up at her though for speaking up.

He looked to peter who was offering Freya some ointment and cold patch for a sprain. But nothing for getting salt out of the wound. adding his own two cents before moving back to sit down. He looked back to his bag. He didn't have anything to wipe Freya's hand or the water...except the shirt of his spare clothes he kept in his bag. He grabbed it and moved from his seat just as Peter added his last quip towards Eira.

Shaking his head he moved towards Freya, his usual liveliness now gone. Ignoring the main topic of conversation for now he looked at Freya."Sorry about that Freya, I should have picked up that salt packet. It was just one of my jokes of trying to nullify Abigail's quirk. He said softly.

allowing his spare shirt to unfold in his hand, he indicated with his hands that he wanted to rinse her hand."May I?" he asked with a small apologetic smile on his face. When she finally allowed him to, he used the hand that held his shirt to gently hold onto the back of her hand with her palm up. With a grimace of his own, he slowly poured water over it. The water washing the salt away from her wound, and spilling over her hand and onto his shirt in his. A small amount of the water fell onto the ground though.

Once he was sure the salt was gone, he capped the water and placed it in the seat Eira was sitting in. Then taking the dry part of his shirt to dab and dry her hand. "Hope that's better. I apologize again for being an idiot. I didn't mean to literally rub salt into your wounds. " He said before releasing her hand. Quickly kneeling down in front of her he used his shirt to mop up the water and remaining salt that was on the ground.

Once finished He stood back up, bundling his now soaked shirt tightly into one hand. He then glanced at his water bottle, then to Eira as she knelt on he chair still. The glance only lasted a second, before he simply grabbed the bottle and moved out of Freya's way by moving into the seat oppoiste of Eira. Bowing his head and swinging his arm indicating he was allowing her to go first like a gentleman would.

To be honest, Renard was expecting her to throw it back. But it seemed like he really struck a nerve this time and was taken back on how hard she threw it back at him. He had a confused look on her face when she walked off. Clearly she misunderstood him. He didn’t call her cute, he said the situation was really cute. But still, Is it an insult to call a girl cute now? When did that happen? He sighed irritably as he took the towel off his head from where she whipped it onto. Before tossing it into the bin that was put out for used towels.

Renard looked around when his most of his fellow students started walking towards the locker rooms. He could see that Gabby was staying back, a clear frown on her face. He blinked twice before looking to the others, and the teachers to see if they noticed. No one seemed to however.

Gabby was an odd girl...despite her height and extremely muscular body that would make most if not all bodybuilders jealous. She had kept to herself mostly it seemed, besides Phebe, he didn’t really see her talk to anyone else. He had spoken to her a few times, trying to be friendly.

Clearly she was having an issue with something. That frown was pretty clear and she didn't’ seem excited like the others to go visit the place that made their costumes. Which didn’t make sense, any field trip was a hundred times better than doing school work. He turned and walked over to her.

However before he got to her, he noticed Freya still standing there, but as she was about to walk away, he softly tossed the second warm towel he had over her head, resting like a cowl of a cloak. When she would look around to see what was happening he would give her one of his crooked grin’s in hello. Before turning his attention back to Gabbriella.

“Hey Gabbs? Are you doing ok? You’re not hurt are you?

Gabriella’s eyes opened a little wider when she heard a nickname that only one of the other students called her. She lifted her head only slightly as she looked down at the blonde haired boy infront of her. She looked right at him, her frown not leaving her face, nor did she even try to answer...she didn’t know how to.

He blinked when she didn’t answer. Raising an eyebrow as he thought what could be wrong. He didn’t look hurt...Was it what the teacher said? Or did Phoebe say something?

”Was it something Mr. Hayes said?

Gabriella simply turned her head away from him. Her facial features not giving him any hints if he was right or not.

He sighed “Well...whatever it is…” He leaned to one side, trying to catch her eyes without moving his feet. A slight smile on his face. ” Don’t beat yourself over it. We are all going to make mistakes. My mom always said if we were perfect, we couldn’t progress. Mistakes, if we take them as the lessons like they are, are essential for us to learn and grow.”

”Hell, I missed my chance today, but I know there will be others. We only started three weeks ago, we all have much to learn.” He stood straight up once again and finished with, ”So come on, lets enjoy our field trip.

He waited for an answer, but was only met with silence. He sighed and turned away, raising his hand up for a casual wave. ”Alright… Ill see ya on the bus.

Since he didn’t have to go to the locker room to change, being in his school uniform already. He went out to the parking lot to his old Bronco that his dad bought him. Even though it was old, rusty and in need of some work, it was a solid vehicle and he loved it, he jumped into the driver's seat so he could reach his bag that he left there and pulled out a notebook with ideas he had to add to his own hero outfit.

He waited in there for a bit, keeping his eye out for people entering the bus. Once about five people got on he exited his truck, making sure he had his wallet. Stepping onto the bus, he looked at Peter in the driver's seat. Immediately shaking his head with a grin. Hell no. I’ve seen you drive, personally I want to actually make it to our destination.. He looked behind him to see Abigail. His smile faded to a bare hint of one and his eyes narrowed as he pulled his head back as if he was highly suspicious of her. Not moving his head as he glanced back at Peter. ”Even more so if she’s riding right behind you... pointing his finger towards her.

He looked back at her his smile growing once again, He had a run in with her ‘bad luck’ already. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a salt packet. Tossing it over his left shoulder as he kept eye contact with her before slowly moving past her. Renard had recently started doing all the weird rituals superstitious people would do to undo a ‘curse’ or bad karma...whatever it is. He did it clearly as a joke...or perhaps there was more to it. As those eyes of hers peered back at him, he quickly said,”Don't you put that bad Juju on me! before over exaggerating running away.

He moved passed Eira,. Noticing Sofia in the back as well as Pheobe closer to him. He placed his bag in the sixth row before quickly moving back to Eira, saying quickly, but quietly between the two of them.Just so you know, I didn’t say you were cute...That would be a major MAJOR understatement of the truth of that matter. I was just the saying that the situation was...erm. Cute. ” He reddened slightly. Realizing what he implied after he said it. As he stood back up straight. ”So… Yeah.” He said with a cough before quickly turning back and moving to his seat. Still seeing Sofia in the back, ”Hey Sofia! You should come up here!” He said with a smile.

Looking to his right he looked at Pheobe. And gave a quick nod with his chin. ”Sup Phebers. Hows it goin?

Renard looked at his teacher when he finally spoke to him. He knew the man was disappointed in him. But man he could be an ass at times. It’s not like he missed it on purpose. He glanced the around the room noting once again, Alice and Jane were missing. He wondered if they were ok.

He sighed and followed, looking at the screens one last time before walking out the door rubbing his hands together. They made it to the entrance well before the other students, all the while he moved his Arms or rubbed his hands together building the charge till he was hot to the touch. Students started trickling in from where ever they came. Renard helped the medical staff as much as he could. He felt he needed to do something since he didn’t get to participate. Tossing towels and water bottles to those who needed it, but keeping two large towels draped over his shoulders.

He listened to the teacher as he then started his review on them. Personally he felt he was a little too hard on Peter. Getting nit picky over the bus he ‘wasn’t qualified’ to drive. Honestly he would do the same thing even after hearing this. What was he supposed to do wait till someone was qualified to come drive?

He didn’t say anything though, as the teacher moved on to other things. He did however stop next to Eira, not saying a word till the teacher finished and pointed their attention to the door.

He glanced at her with a tiny smile on his face. He thought her getting herself stuck was hilarious and she looked extra pissed than she normally was. It was actually pretty cute.

Whispering so the teacher wouldn’t hear. “Ya know… I love how you literally ice-olated yourself out there. It was really cute.” He said trying to suppress a smile. Before she could answer he slipped one of the towels off his shoulder, despite her having one he tossed it at her. Knowing she probably wouldn’t accept it from him. But once she would touch it, she would realize it was hot. From resting on his charging body the entire time. He knew she would probably still be cold and at least he hoped to help her stop shivering.
