If I had to be frank, I must say I really don't want a 'Kid Flash' unless the GM is going to demand I either allow one or rejects my Flash sheet. I just don't see Barry mentoring someone at the point he's at. That said I have no problem with Blue Demon's Jesse Quick since she operates completely independently of Flash.
Legacy characters are up to you if accepted by the rules, so if that's how you feel that's the law.
I'm thinking of going as Tim Drake's Robin. Other than Nightwing, have any other incarnations of Robin been taken? If anyone else wanted this role, or if there are too many Robins, I'd be cool with trying something else.
