Written Appearance
With a the build of a all around martial artist, Radock's looks are very little special. His skin is naturally fairly pale,
 accenting his eyes. He's got a pretty serious look with a smug smirk when things are going his way but does not appear to be one who laughs very often. His eears are pierced on the left side, once in the lobe and once in the top of the ear. Two alien-looking accessories, Saiyan in nature. His arms and torso are wrapped under bandages at all time to hide his many burns and scars. Whenever he fights, his aura's green.

Personality
Serious, cocky, battle hardened and a bit of a hothead.
Radock's your average Saiyan, really. He likes fighting, it's in his very blood, and he's mighty good at it. He's a lowclass warrior,
 like most of his species and as such he's used to being walked over by those stronger than him, and with that he learned to show respect to one thing, and one thing only. He likes drinking and feasting, celebrating a good fight like his kin. He is fully capable of showing restraint due to getting beaten so many times by his fellow Saiyans, and that's why he's made a good life for himself here on earth. 
His biggest fear is to be found out by the ones who held him captive for so long and be put back in the lab for them to run tests on him. He wishes to either completely avoid them, or to destroy them.
He dreams of returning to Planet Vegeta a decorated warrior. One who's broken free from the shackles of his caste and can take his place in the Elite. He likes spicy food and hates the color yellow.

Background
A lowclass warrior born to low class Saiyans is hardly a story worthy of legends. There are thousands more of this fine warrior race who's lives mirrors his own. Considered at birth to be nothing more than a prop in a bigger game of war, he was sent out to conquer,
 or die trying. Radock didn't die, it taking him his first five years to conquer the planet of Xahats, The Xylon people had a power level that averaged in the 50's but until one of their moons could give him the power he needed, the Xylons proved a big challenge for him.

He returned home, a child but a warrior. Trampled by the elites, five years to best a planet with an average powerlevel of fifty? What a joke. He lived under the boot of the elite, or even his fellow low class warriors. He was part of more than a few raiding parties in his young age, into his teenage years. 

When he was 18, he and his squad of four would be sent to exterminate a planet in a part of the galaxy not far away from our own. The shortest way was past a particular Solar System, when a massive meteor passed the ships, having knocked out their radars and scanners with it's magnetic energy. His fellow saiyans were hit by the massive space rock head-on and were killed upon impact, but Raddock's ship was heavily damaged and the AI tried to crash land on the closest habited planet. 

Earth.

Like a burning satellite, the capsule landed in the northern part of the continent, and as fate would have it, just outside of the Zero-Zero Company's excavation site. They found the capsule and the half-dead alien lifeform inside. While they saved his life and put out the fire, they took him back to their base to run tests on this humanoid being with a tail that had survived crashing from outer space. 

For the coming two years he was kept heavily sedated and restrained. Making his escape one night during the full moon and he was being transported from one part of the facility to the other and he caught a glimpse of the round moon. In his primal rage, he fled the facility, leaving most of it in rubble and a death toll in the hundreds. He took to the sky fueled by anger, a desperate attempt to make it back home.

Somewhere in Earth's stratosphere his air ran out and he passed out, once again falling towards the planet that now was a prison all of it's own. When a middle-aged man and his four students found him. Hiroshi was his name, and he took Radock in and shoved Radock a kindness the Saiyan had never experienced while he recovered from his newly gained wounds and the drugs got out of his system. Once Radock was back to full strength, Radock had gained a compassion for these humans, something he had never felt for another native species. Perhaps even calling them friends.

Radock stayed with Satoshi and his Tiger-Fist School Of Martial Arts, where Satoshi taught the Saiyan his ways. Calming the raging fire that was the man from the stars, helping him control that burning hatred.
