Always. Even worse, I'm more than powerful enough to defeat Svár, but I have barely any of it. We have no idea how to release it, other than a really stressful situation and life-threatening situation. I'm stressed enough as it is, really. Doesn't affect my demeanour, but still.

It's that set. "My brother likes cake that is sweet."
Although "My brother likes cake" is an independent clause, the sweetness, which is defining cake, modifies it so the dependent clause is defining the cake that he likes, rather than cake in general.
