Desktop profile login won't work. Coincidence that Windows 7 is no longer supported on same day? Consider me doubtful.

I'm having way too much fun with my Legend of Zelda Encylopedia. This is the game that got me into roleplaying so have a lot invested in it's lore and stories. Too bad can't have all the games too.

Took a break from rping for a while but I've been itching to get back in, a Code Geass role play sounds like a good way to get back in the game. I am certainly interested in this and like with most people, those first two seem the most interesting.
@Themerlinhawk

True enough, but the actual lore of the role play is that they were actual lovers. Meh, I apologize for asking Vita to change that, that was rude of me. The actual lore really does matter to me I'm afraid so anyway. Guys just move along without me, I don't want this to drag down the roleplay anymore.

Best of luck with the rest of the roleplay, but consider the matter as of now, closed. I really don't want this to get in the way of your guy's fun so forget about me and move on.
Also even if I changed my character, I just don't feel like it and it would drastically change the character. As for the religion part, I know that everything is a fictional religion but its a main religion in this world and I'm not comfortable with having gods, figures mortals are suppose to look up too, being that way in fiction or in real life. Humans can choose whatever they want, we were made that way but gods takes it too far for me.

Anyway, I really am deeply sorry, especially since I was really invested in this roleplay but when it comes to Religion I have some really strong beliefs so ya...meh this is gonna leave a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry, but I hope you all understand.
It's not fair to force your discomfort on everyone else. Nobody is asking you to worship these goddesses, and not everybody has to conform to your religious comfort zone.

The problem comes with the fact that I made a character that is a devout believer in the Goddess Mayon, and now I've learned something that I did not know before, but obviously my character, as she was made, would know. If I was never enlightened to this fact I would probably be quite fine with continuing the roleplay but now that I know...sad to say it will be really hard to put my heart into my character which is really too bad as I seriously enjoyed both my character and the roleplay.

Sad to say but yes, in all honesty I will drop. I don't want to but like I said, if I known before hand I would not have joined this role play in the first place. My sincere apologies to everyone and especially to you Vita as I really was excited to develop the roleplay more with everyone but I cannot do so any longer. Sorry but, this will most likely be farewell...man this really bites, sorry everyone, this was something I certainly did not see coming and hope you can forgive me.

Well best of luck to everyone who stays, I hope it becomes a wonderful story, sadly the Silvern Family will no longer be a big part of it. Best wishes to all.
Basically, attitudes towards homosexual and bisexual people are very, very accepting due to details such as Reon and Mayon being lovers.

In fact, certain higher positions in the clergy are expected to be lovers regardless of gender.

...Sorry but the Goddesses are lovers? I just assumed they were sisters or something. You know I must say I probably would not have joined this roleplay had that little tidbit been mentioned beforehand. Sorry if I'm a bit of a downer but that really makes me uncomfortable, I don't want to drop but...ya know its one thing when people decide to be one way or the other but in a religious context its quite, well opposite of my personal/religious beliefs. I know its just a story but I would seriously be more comfortable if that little bit could be changed.

What a pervert.

Yep, he's lucky Julianna didn't rat him out about that.

Given the time, I think I'll hold off on posting until tomorrow at least. This gives time for people to continue being critical of the paladin. xD

Or find something to agree on. That'd be novel.

Meh, the critical part is all done with at this point. Julianna's gone into "get the job done" mode so everything else can take a back seat. She may have her own machinations but she is rather devoted to the actual job, so in a way she is a agreeing a little bit, in that its time to just get to work and take out the trash.
As Nero gave his response back to Theodore, the big noble could not help but give a chuckle as he appealed to him. The man had both appealed to him and to his daughter while slipping in his station in life. The son of a Duke was certainly not a bad person to have on one's side after all. As he watched him go Theodore could not help but think that perhaps in the future there was something they could work out, but at the moment there were other things to take care of.

"Humph, well I can assure everything pleasant the Silvern family will not say anything on this matter until it is settled by the knights." Theodore took one last good look around and then gathered his two sons together with him. "As this is now a matter for the Iron Rose Knights it is time we depart."

Theodore gave a nod to his sons, who nodded in return and gave a bow to the knights present. "We will now take our leave, may the Goddess Mayon guide you in your pursuit of the culprits." They stood back up and then started to leave, their father soon following behind them.

As they left Theodore could be heard saying, "How many times do I have to tell who don't talk at the same time! You're not twins for goodness sake!" Before long the only Silvern left was Julianna.

Julianna was glad Nero had went his own way for now, considering the present situation it was best not to be distracted from what could still be a danger to the princess's life. While Marianne dealt with the guard captain in a rather amusing manner what was more important was the culprit's information. While the assassin herself was effectively taken care of there was still a group out there who planned harm and had taken over quite the interesting location. As a member of one of a family that had done direct combat with that rebel, it seemed rather ironic that the Cal Family Mausoleum was where they were holding up.

"That such filth would be holded up there of all places, seems rather too coincidental." They had certainly chosen that place for a reason, if they were actually there. Julianna could not help but think that perhaps this was the actual trap; however, the plan fact of the matter was they needed to go there and try to stop this plot. Also the assassin had not actually seen her sister according to the message and had only heard her breathing, meaning they actually had no idea who was in that chamber, maybe it was all a ploy. Even if things turned awry however, certainly they needed to go there and quickly if they wanted to settle the matter before the lie of the princess's untrue demise could blow up in their faces.

"We had best decide our course of action as quickly as possible, as we no doubt have a very short time frame in which to conclude this matter." Julianna said her piece and took a look around to see if she missed anything. Well the Nero take down had been amusing at any rate, also if she was not mistaken...

Yep, Sir Garett was rather enjoying a certain bit of live entertainment. She considering bringing Marianne's attention to his little peeks but such small amusement would have to wait, the Iron Rose Knights had a princess to protect and maybe even a person to save, if the assassin's report was accurate anyway.
Julianna got an sudden chill down her spine when the guantlet touched her shoulder. Considering their situation, Nero was lucky Julianna didn't stab him with her weapon. What an incredibly rude thing to do and stupid thing to do during a crisis, even if it appeared to be over. Thankfully for Nero, Julianna was able to realize just who it was.

Julianna didn't respond right away and let Nero do what he wanted. Nero was scorpion, shiny, armored, and full of poison. He was also very observant and his little jab at her hit home rather quickly, but of course she wasn't going to go along with it.

"What matters is that we have caught the immediate threat and that we know whoever is behind this attack is of the extremely cautious sort. No doubt it will be very hard to glean any useful information out of the assailant." That was certainly true, with an attack who could not even speak who had to know how to ask the right questions to get any useful information, also if the killer was illiterate as well it would be even more of a challenge.

All that being said, she now had a nasty hand on her shoulder, did the man have to leave his gauntlet on? Yes they were still in a potentially hostile situation but having a gauntlet on your shoulder was creepy and uncomfortable in more ways than one. Thankfully she had just the thing to take care of the situation.

"Ah yes that reminds me Sir Nero, have you had the pleasure of meeting my father, Marquis Silvern?" Julianna smiled put an open palm toward the large man now standing next to them. There was never anything quite so intimidating as a father who looked like you were assaulting their daughter. His smile seemed pleasant but his eyes were fixed on the offending gauntlet.
@AtomicNut
Just to clarify, @Raineh Daze is citing stuff the Iron Roses actually did after having talked to me about events that have happened in their history, and the members should probably know the order's history well enough to know it's not empty propaganda. ^^;

And, um, admittedly still confused about how Eliabelle's apology was a snub? I'm really not intending for the royalty of Thaln to be anti-outsider and refuse to help anyone. So if I missed something I'd really like to know so I don't mislead anyone.

So...when did this history lesson happen? Cause the propaganda part they were referring to was most certainly when she was shouting out how great the captain and the knights did at the top of her lungs. Plus there are always culture differences and things like that too.

I'm sure the apology could easily be seen as a snub, no matter how incensed royalty is they should be expected to have the presence of mind to actually engage in at least some polite conversation with their guests, especially if they are techically foreign dignitaries. Just writing him off so quickly is like saying, "sorry I don't have the time to deal with and outsider right now cause I'm totes mad and someone not directly involved doesn't matter".

It's not like she was trying to be rude, but when you're royalty you really are expected to rise to a higher standard, especially when you are hosting a royal ball designed to bring people together.
Julianna had been prepared to intercept the assassin to the best of her ability when, the assassin just suddenly gave up. Julianna stopped her chant and let the religious fervor subside and looked incredulously at the assassin in despair. There was no way the assassin would stop just because of one knight in a dress blocking her way, taking a look behind her, it was easy to see why, a magical barrier had formed to block the exit.

Then Tyaethe tackled the assassin and rammed into the barrier, making Julianna have to skirt out of the way. Why was it whenever she seemed to do something smart and logical that something else always seemed to come in and steal her thunder. It was hard to get ahead when magic and undead were afoot. Well, minor complaints aside it was time to see just who the assassin was.

She was small, just over 3 feet tall, had pale skin and red eyes, meaning that unless she was a very unfortunate child there was one other very obvious identity. As she came to her conclusion, her father and brothers had caught up with the chasing knights and assassin.

"Well, it seems that we have here a Nem assassin." Seeing as there was no longer any threat from this assassin, Theodore put his thin sword back in his cane and glared down at the diminutive killer. "Sons, go check the area for any other filth while the knights deal with this one. I'll stay here and see what information they can get out of this pin prick." With a nod the two young men were gone.

Julianna kept her dagger ready just in case though it looked like all the fight had gone out of the would-be-killer. The main questions were who would hire such an assassin and why? For someone to have procured a Nem assassin they had to have some good connections, probably a good bit of money too. Julianna considered trying to get information out of the assassin herself but interrogation was not exactly her area of expertise. She could spin a good yarn and glean information from idle chatter, manipulate and the like but that was more of a subtle art, interrogation required a more hands on approach most of the time.

Thankfully it was not up to her as a clearly upset Marianne Delacroix set herself upon the assassin after ripping the undead knight away from her. She was quite brutal in her technique.

Julianna found herself making a mental note of Marianne's fiery temper and how it would probably be best to avoid it if at all possible. Thankfully it was being put to some good use right now and hopefully would be gone by the time the interrogation was through.
