@Kratesis Word count? Whatever you'd like, really! I'd expect two paragraphs minimum, but really it's quality over quantity in the end. You want to write a short but sharp post? Good. Wish to write a novel length post with excellent quality? Just as god or better.

Be honest here, Ward is a terrible, terrible fluff writer and I'm not sure how anyone can deny that. I have quite a large loathing for him due to the fact he essentially took an assault-based army (the Blood Angels), who were more or less the loyalist World Eaters in earlier editions, and made them into Ultramarines with a Death Company and a few more jump-packs. Oh, and the whole 'spiritual liege' thing...just no.

@Switch Actually, I'm quite happy for you to go with successors of the Blood Angels, or the BA themselves if you like. I also collected the BA's for years, so I've nothing at all against them, thank you.

As for most developed and interesting...developed, yes, and that's just because they are the first legions...most interesting? I would argue that they actually aren't, and would consider Chapters such as the Celestial Lions, Black Dragons, some of the Unforgiven Chapters and many others to have a lot more flavour to them than say the Imperial Fisticuffs and their one-dimensional traits. Hell, the Black Templars are clearly more interesting than their parent legion IMHO.

I'm not trying to foster knowledge, but you look at any Deathwatch artwork and what do you see? Oh, an Ultramarine, a Salamander, a Blood Angel and a Raven Guard...and again, but this time with a White Scar in the mix...and again, but this time they're on bikes and there's a Dark Angel there as well; how can they even afford to send so many warriors to the DW when they're fighting their own battles elsewhere?

Overall, you may choose as and what you see fit, I'm not going to say no to anything - guess I just like a bit more flavour is all. If you wanna go with a founding legion, be my guest. :)

I'll make this short and sweet...

I've wanted to make an RP based around the Adepta Sororitas for some time now, and essentially this is what I would like for this RP to be. I understand that not everyone would wish to play as a Sister of Battle, although I would still ask that the majority of interested parties do - or else why would you be interested?

As such, I am making this a wider RP, encompassing other figures of the Ecclesiarchy/Ordo Hereticus - such as missionaries, penitents, and so on an so forth - if one would rather play as such for any specific reason(s).

Based primarily around a squad of Battle-Sisters, stern warriors of the Emperor and capable fighters all, they and any attached parties will head into an undertaking that will see them go through the crucible of battle and hopefully out of the other side alive.

If anyone would be interested, or has any questions conerning anything I've just written, then please ask away; if you're interested as well, then all the better!

Not sure mine is any different from the lore, and AFAIK in the lore there isn't any mention of the Templar's worshipping him as a God - though I could well be wrong. However, I would say it's up to you really! Others may think he's a wee bit queer for seeing the Big E as anything but the perfect man, but would still follow him in his devotion and so on.

In truth though, an apothecary or apothecary-type would be good to have, so it's cool if that's what you choose to roll with.
