Bio

Hey all, JB here.

I'm a DM for a large number of games here on RPG, as well as a player in several others. Many of the games I run are overly complex, or they involve Dungeons and Dragons (which is also overly complex!).

I work 40+ hours a week, and am the proud father of two tiny terrors named Chibi and Chibette and married to my beautiful Wifey. As such, I am quite busy more often than not. I typically write 2-5 paragraphs per reply and try to maintain an excellent level of grammar. If you noticed me glancing at your profile, I probably was looking to see if you would be a good match for my RPing style. Even if I didn't send a PM to you, feel free to send one back!

I enjoy 1x1 RPs and small groups. I'm fond of medieval, steampunk, and futuristic settings, and I'll jump into romance, adventure, and slice of life RPs fairly quickly, although supernatural (vampires, werewolves, etc) RPs get old for me pretty quickly. If you're looking for an RP partner and I've glanced at your profile, then I'm most likely willing to give it a shot, but decided against PMing you because I'm actually kinda shy. But I'm always looking for a new friend!

Please feel free to say hi at any time!

Kimiko Maita

@Crimmy@Savo@GarlandDaHero

Kimiko was only slightly offended at the mention of Suzune's gigantic tits, but that was mostly because her own were slightly larger. They typically were ignored more than other girls' due to a combination of her shorter stature, less revealing dress, and the fact that she was ever-so-slightly overweight, likely due to the donuts available at the Sacred Grounds. In either case, she did not feel the need for men to stare at any particular portion of her body and brushed the comment off.

More concerning was mention of her "jimmies." As far as she were aware, she did not own nor have on her person any sort of "jimmies." Her only assumption was that it was a euphemism for something, but for what was beyond her. And why would they become ruffled? As she stood with some confusion, attempting to wrap her head around such confusing turns of phrases, Suzune broke into laughter and ruffled her perfectly-groomed hair.

Kimiko immediately reached up to smooth the offending follicles, an action that was likely the main reason why Suzune persisted in this deplorable act of hair-ruffling. If "jimmies" stood for hair, then she was now thoroughly ruffled. Either way, the group had decided to move on, and Kimiko followed in silence. There was no need to reiterate what was previously said, nor to make any sort of commitment to a club in which she was unsure whether she had any interest as of yet.

As for whether "snow cone" (again, the reference eluding poor Kimiko) touched her or not, Kimiko was not perturbed in the least. Truth be told, he was not the worst-looking student in the school, but very few people in their right minds would even consider laying a hand on the shrine maiden, especially if they knew her father.

As the group trudged along, Kimiko relapsed back to attempting to work out the musical phrase from before, silently humming the tune in her head. If she were not going to chorus, she might as well be productive in the meantime.

Here's my CS offering. If there's any issues, please let me know and I'll do my best to fix them~
@corneredbliss@Grimhildr
@Buddha He'll beat her in a fist fight any day. Of course, she might just shoot him before he gets close enough, so who really wins? :P
@Buddha You can be the better fighter. I'll be the better driver. Deal? :P

(We'll have to have a video game contest to see who wins at that, though)
@corneredbliss Aw man, now I can't re-use Ryobi like a pleb. I'll have to do something unique and interesting. :P

Also... the feels when you start building a character and realize @Buddha already made basically a male version. You took all the good skills, brah.
@The Harbinger of Ferocityah, that is a much better scenario. I am fine with the rolls if we can assign them as best fits our character. I'll keep an eye out for the rolls so I can better plan my PC.

@Cu ChulainnDon't worry about it. I just found out about Sun Soul (even though I've had SCAG for months), and it looks like an intriguing subclass. Thanks for the offer, but I feel like I would enjoy this more anyways.
I am not a fan of randomly assigned numbers. If my character needs to be the high wis character, and I draw my stats blind from a hat, I could end up with 7 wisdom. On the other hand, if you roll and we are able to assign the values as we see fit, that's a different story (assuming you don't roll all 7s anyways). I don't understand the blind draw system.

Basically, if we're to do a blind draw, I would have to make a character to fit my stats (and hope I don't draw high int, con, low dex, str). If we are to roll, my preferee method would be we roll 4d6, drop 1, assigned as we please. Otherwise, any preconceived characters are out the window.
