This is probably going to end quite badly. If Slough falling ill caused all life to go stagnant for a season or year, then anything happening to Reathos is probably going to result is some very bad happenings.

On the plus-side, he hasn't yet cursed the undead, so the nations of Galbar are going to have peaceful zombie neighbours.

There will be much undead. Very, very many. But not due to Reathos. I think he created a pretty much self-managing system with the stones, and Vowzra is the one who decides when a person's Time is actually up, so it's all good.
