Due to the unworkability of the current rule regarding players not being able to play more than one divine character (I for one am currently playing a god and two demigods, and at one point was playing two gods), and due also to expressions made OOCly and via PMs to me to the effect that some players will be making demigod characters in future, I am hereby revoking the rules regarding players with god characters not being able to create and play demigod characters.

If the system is abused, or if you do it badly/unconvincingly (demigods aren't Avatars), then I will intervene. And I will tear you to bits. And your demigod character. >:)
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm glad that we have thus far (for the most part) not descended to straight out copying things from other fantasy worlds - particularly mainstream ones like Tolkien's. I hope we can keep it that way.

@IrishAngelQueen Well hello there and welcome back. Feel free to submit a CS if you're interested in joining again. Mind you, the current RP is VERY different from the last, so I suggest you familiarise yourself with the characters, opening post, Big Summary, and our wiki-in-progress.
Been busy the last two days, really sorry T-T
Enjoying the collab so far though! Strangely exciting :)
@Scarifar I'm pretty certain Alefprians are the only ones.
@Fallenreaper I'll send you a piratepad in about 6 hours :)
@Scarifar This calendar will be purely for us - a game mechanic - and not an in-IC matter.
Not sure - all the anime/manga-based RPs I've joined for the last few years haven't lasted :/

And I've overburdened myself already with the number of RPs I'm in. Will keep an eye on this though
I don't entirely understand the issue with there having been undetectable inconsistencies in time flow, but if it's not something that's accepted to explain the chronological holes that doubtlessly exist I'm not too fussed.
Also, just remembered: the Eskandars do have a calendar - I haven't fleshed it out, but it appears to be lunar and begins with the birth of Eskandar. So Arcon is sorted in that regard.
@Double Capybara If it does deviate again, at the very least we'll have a concrete idea of how far in the past or future each storyline is. This isn't about restraining anyone from going as far ahead or from staying as far behind as they want, it's all about actually knowing where in time each storyline is taking place and ensuring that each plot is actually being consistent with itself regarding its timing. That's all this really is. Other than putting a small date in the header, nothing substantially changes.
