Been role playing for over fifteen years, no stranger to forum rp'ing, as that is the way I learned to roleplay.

I don't bite, so don't be afraid to say hi.

I mostly prefer 1x1's, and am on PST. (Hello from the West Coast of the USA.)

If you are interested in rps, really, don't be afraid to say hi!!

Or if you just wanna talk, I'm usually very open.

For those of you still here, have some Pusheen!

Willow flipped the leather book over in her hands as it whispered to her. Luna didn't seem to be excited about the whispering and squeaked more, as if to get her summoner to ignore the whispering. "Just a peek more can't hurt, Luna. It's for research after all~" Willow went to open the book again and she gasped.

This was different than earlier. There were voices shrieking from joy as the cover was turned and the book was laid bare. The pages in the journal were blank and rippled like water, with dark shadows shifting beneath it. Even when Luna looked away, the book was seared into her mind and Willow could see it clear as day. It dripped icy cold liquid down her hands and arms until the eyes opened for only her to see.

Hundred of them were scattered across the library, warping wood and stone and air alike, pressing in from all sides with a singular focus. They seemed hazy, clouded, but still straining to reach her. The voices returned, quiet, fearful, exhausted, and young:

Help. Us.

Willow dropped the journal and put her hands over where her eyes would be and screamed as she dropped to the floor. Too many eyes looking at her, too many voices... too much begging! "STOP! What do you want from me?!" She screamed as she felt tears rolling down her face from under her facial coverings at that point.

Luna fluttered off and started to flitter around the other three of Willow's coven in an upset pattern, trying to get someone's attention. She focused mostly on Cal and Cassie, fluttering in their faces as she tried to get someone to help her mistress, anyone at that point.

Marco looked over to Dobbs and nodded. "Yes, she told me the deal. I'll put a few things on the list and give it to you tonight. Don't worry, I won't skimp at all, and you'll get to enjoy some quality food." He then turned to Nancy and chuckled softly.

"Yeah, I made all this. I do apologize if the veggies seem mush, I was working with frozen veggies." Marco had to blush a bit at Nancy's reaction and then laughed at her further comment. "Eh, I wouldn't be cooking like this for them, and well I doubt they'd think I'm that good at cooking. They didn't think I was innocent." Marco muttered the last part a bit bitterly, but then picked himself back up, that smile back on his face as he looked at Em.

He served himself up some of the quiche, bacon, toast, and some of the eggs as well, and was about to start eating when Nancy asked about Tabasco. "Oh, I think I saw some while cooking. One moment. I really hope there is some. I was gonna make a dirty gumbo tonight." He got up and headed back into the kitchen. It only took a little bit of searching but he found the bottle of red sauce and brought it back to the table and passed it over to Nancy.

"We've got a few bottles, thank goodness for that! Might make up for the lack of proper spices here." He chuckled softly at that as he cuddled in close to Em and ate his breakfast. He looked over at the piece of paper and wrote down one thing for the moment. Coffee. He was really craving some hot coffee and he hadn't found any in the kitchen, which was really criminal in his opinion. He knew he would add more to the list in time, but he would take stock of the kitchen, clean up all those plastic plates and other things first before adding more, as well as figure out if anyone was allergic to anyone. Oh, on that thought...

"Since we're all here, does anyone have any food allergies? Since I have volunteered myself to cook for us all this week. I don't want to trigger anything while we're away from any clinics."

"Let's meet back out here once we're done. I'll see you in a few." Constance gave Tony a quick peck on the cheek before dashing into her Evergreen room. Once inside she grabbed a towel from the bathroom and set her boots down on it, as she really didn't want to muddy up her room with her boots. She sighed softly as she walked over to her suitcases and decided what to wear for the afternoon. She was worried about the fact that they were going to have a talk with one of the family members, of the family that clearly had it out for them.

She decided that the skirt she had been wearing was probably too wet, as well as the sweater, and took both of them off. She set them off to the side to dry, as they were both pretty wet by that point, and she didn't want to put them away with her clean clothing. She fished a rather nice brown suede skirt out of her suitcase, and a red sweater top that showed off her shoulders. She found a nice sensible pair of brown flats and gently put them on her feet and tapped her toes and sighed as she looked at herself in the mirror.

She wasn't sure what Sam wished to discuss, but she doubted that it was going to be anything uplifting. Maybe he had information that he was afraid to share with the others? Why had he chosen her and Tony to share it with?

She pushed those thoughts out of her mind and stepped out of her room, and then nodded to Tony. "Ready?"

Constance found herself a little irritated when they were informed that lunch would be served at three, as she was getting a little hungry. She should have remembered that the schedule was going to be wonky that day, and also that the French liked to have different schedules. Her daily schedule was thrown off, and she was getting irritated by the fact that everything that day was going wrong. Of course, the worst of it was the fact that two of their fellow nominees were no longer with them.

Before she could say anything else, Sam clapped both her and Tony on the shoulder and then asked them to join him in his room. She did admit to herself she wanted to change her own shoes, as to keep from tracking mud everywhere, and well... she could understand wanting to get alone to talk.

"I would also like to change first. I would like to get this coat off and get fresh shoes. It seems we are all headed upstairs then, shall we go together?" Constance offered a small smile to the two men next to her and then offered her arm to Tony and went to head upstairs, her boots in her hand to prevent herself from tracking mud into the manor.

Willow flipped the journal over in her hands, running her fingers over it softly. Luna didn't seem too fond of the item in her summoners hands, as she crawled up and on top of Willow's head at that point, and curled up a bit. "What has gotten into you, Luna?" As she asked that question, it was then the scent of brimstone hit and curled up into her nose. Willow flinched at that and groaned, as her other four senses were sometimes more delicate since her sight was not available to her.

She had smelled brimstone once before, a long time ago, when her Tia had been explaining Hell and Hellbourn magic to her. It was not a branch of magic that Willow was familiar with, but well, it seemed that Kramer had been in contact with Hell at some point, or at least the journal had been.

She flipped through the journal, and at first it seemed like the normal journal of a man, but as she got closer to the end, the writing turned to symbols and shapes. Luna squeaked and turned away, leaving the book just a thing in Willow's hand. "Alright, I understand. You don't like it. Fine." Willow slammed the journal shut and ran her hand over it, feeling it's warm. "We'll take it to the others. Will that make you happy?" She didn't get a response from her familiar and so she sighed and turned to head back towards the center where she had left her bag earlier.

The other thread was still itching at the back of her mind. The burning woman. Twice now had she come to Willow. She was clearly calling out across time for some reason, and Willow had ignored her now twice. She doubted that the third time would be as kind. Magic loved to work in threes, as her Tia loved to remind her. The Triple Goddess, the Trinity, and the Rule of Three. Willow decided that she would make the third time happen on her own terms, once they were done with Kramer.

Constance was a bit glad that it seemed that idea of trying to search the La Lune's rooms was discarded for the moment. She could be graceful, elegant, but sneaky and snoopy? Those were not her greatest qualities, despite what some might think of her. Talking to others, however, she could do. She could be charming, warm, and receptive. It had served her well, and hopefully it could get some of the La Lune's to open to them.

"I don't mind seeking out and speaking to Jeanne. If she was concerned about Miguel, then she might truly have no idea what is going on, or a very good actor." She hadn't really interacted much with any of the La Lune's, but she would take Tony's cue on which one to talk to first. Also talking to one of the younger ones, maybe around her own age or so, might be a bit easier than trying to talk to one of the older ones first.

As they headed back to the house, she kept close to Tony and paused as he asked her that question. "Everyone is hiding something. We know that. But... tragedy makes for strange bed fellows. It is a hesitant trust until we have more information." She whispered back to him and leaned in closer. "I do trust you, but I am also aware you were with me all night. I don't need to know your secrets, those are your to keep."

Once they reached the house, Constance sighed as she looked at her boots. "Drat, I really liked these ones too... Oh. Towels!" She reached for one and gently started to use it to dry off her hair, which was probably beyond ruin at that point. She would have to fix it later.

"Shall we grab some lunch first?" She looked up to Tony, and then offered him a small smile.

Marco had to laugh as Emily pretended to eat his kiss. He caught her kiss and tucked it in his back pocket, clearly for later. He sighed as he turned back to the flat top and set to work. As he was getting ready to flip the bacon, Aster burst in and started to complain about the state of things.

"Aster, they have to put out mattresses for how many counselors and campers? I doubt they could afford what you're use to for all of them, darling. As for rats, that's unsurprising. They're everywhere... I'm sure we can ask Dobbs for some rat killer if we put it on the list and leave out traps for them. I have been told I can ask for some nice food if I cook for Dobbs." Marco had to chuckle still at that, as he was already planning quite the menu for the six, well seven, of them over the following week. Who knew the crotchety old man had a soft spot for good food?

"Oh? Proud? Aster, what good deed did you do? Helped get those two together? Well, good on you~ I had hoped to snack on the dark haired one a little... but if Zeke and Demi are now together, whom am I to intrude. As for how the masses do this every day, Aster, we try to focus on what gets us through the day. Like for now, I'm planning on sneaking out with Em later for some alone time. I doubt we're going to get much of it once the little campers are here, and I want to take advantage of the fact that once it's night, Dobbs is gone and well, Em smuggled in some of her good stuff." Marco chuckled as he turned back to the flat top and started to slide on the bread.

"I figure you're going to want some of the quiche I made, but do remind me, Aster dear, how do you take your eggs?"

Marco was humming to himself, a bit sad the kitchen didn't have a radio, but he doubted that Dobb's would make that kind of expense for him, or anyone else where. Maybe he could ask someone if they had a walkman or something he could borrow, but he would ask about that later. For now, the silence was overwhelming. He was so use to having Emily in the kitchen with him, or the radio playing, that the silence bugged him. Sure, there was the sounds of nature out there, but silence was always something that bugged Marco.

He looked up as he heard Em and smiled a bit. "Really? All I have to do is cook nice food and he'll get me nice stuff off the books? Sounds like a sweet deal to me. If he gets me some good steaks and some decent seafood I can do some good surf and turf for all of us one night. You know how good my shrimp can be. Also maybe some fresh veggies just for the week? All they have for the campers is frozen stuff." Marco brightened up at the idea of having access to some nicer food for the whole week they had before anyone else arrived.

"Have fun with Nancy and if you see anything interesting, remember it to show me later, okay? I'll ring the bell in a bit!" Marco blew Emily a kiss back and melted a bit. That woman was really one of the best damn things in his life, and he didn't know what he would do without her.

He turned back to the flattop and started it up and then checked on the quiches. They were coming along well, so it was probably time to start up the toast and bacon. Eggs would be quick, compared to everything else. "Alright then... lets get to frying."

Willow managed to catch up with the others, and sighed softly as she kept a bit of distance as the others spoke. She could tell that Nicky and Cal were talking about something, until Cassie asked something as well. Willow had to chuckle to herself a bit, and focused up. As much as she wanted to have a moment alone with Cassie, once they reached the library it seemed that it was time to be serious. She gently set her bag down on a table, and gently shifted Luna to her shoulder.

The moth was clearly a little irritated at all the language earlier it had to read, and couldn't make sense of and was pouting a bit on Willow's shoulder. Willow reached up and patted her back softly, silently promising her all the treats she could eat later. As Cal spoke, dividing up tasks, Willow nodded. "Sure, we can go try to find something. I can't promise much though." She shrugged a bit at that and headed off into the stacks.

The books swirled into her mind as she headed towards the history section, with the most recent history being on display first. She was admittedly curious to learn more about the history outside of her beloved forest, but that would have to be for another time. For the day, she had to focus on Heinrich Krammer and his infamous book, or supposedly infamous book. Willow knew she was missing a chunk of context there, and would have to study more about the witch hunts...

As her mind turned to that, her magic began to swirl around her, threads crossing and connecting in a dizzying tapestry of color, sound, and scents, the cacophony of heartbeats and the waves of emotions rolling across her minds eye until it settled down and in her hands she held two threads, both lead the way to the history section. She could follow the threads and paused as she held onto them and felt them diverge, and found herself at what was almost an impossible choice.

One thread was too perfect. The final breaths of Heinrick Krammer were calling to her. A journal perhaps? But the second... the fire was lapping at her skin again, and she could hear that same sizzling from the night before. A woman... being burned alive. The roar of the pyre was deafening, and it shook Willow to her core. After the vision she had from that candy last night, the second thread was begging to be followed.

Willow stood there, the threads in her hands, and knew the second she followed one, the other would be lost to her. But which to chose? Her coven project, or her personal one?

She took a deep breath and then dropped the thread of the poor woman being burned alive. "Another day, I promise. I am so sorry... but I cannot fail them on the first day." She whispered as the thread vanished, and the roar of the fire died down, and all she could hear were the final breaths of a dying Krammer. She followed the thread until she found it... a journal tucked away into the history section. As she tugged it out, the name was there, as clear as day. Henricus Institoris, or Heinrick Krammer. "
Found you."

Constance listened as everyone spoke, spinning their own theories, and throwing out things like holding seances to talk to Miguel. She had to internally scoff at that idea, because the dead didn't talk. If they could, she was sure she would have heard from her father ages ago. Or someone else at least. Maybe her grandmother?

She pushed those thoughts aside and pursed her lips a bit and leaned up against Tony, and held up the umbrella as the rain started to hammer down upon them again. Everyone's theory had a little weight to it, and it did make the most sense that there was more than one person in on this. Especially with both Renee's body being out in the open, and Miguel's hidden. One spoke to someone that thought it out, one spoke to someone desperate to hide something as fast as possible. If they hadn't gotten the ping on Miguel's location, they might not have found him at all.

"Splitting up seems fine, as it makes sense for events like this. If we also want to split up the family, how do we search their rooms safely? We can't just assume that all of them are out and about." Constance wasn't sure how she felt about ransacking through people's rooms, but what other option did they have at that point. If they wanted to figure out what was going on at Chateau de la Lune, and do it before someone else turned up dead, they needed to do something.

"I also agree, we should head inside. I'm pretty sure I just heard thunder and I do not wish to be outside in a lightning storm." Constance turned around and went to head inside, keeping close to Tony once more.
