@Spriggs27 It's up to you and your consciousness. They certainly harass women and bully people to get money or just for fun. But they would never commit any serious crime such as killing or raping, 'cause their leader wouldn't allow them. They are like those bancho gangs you see in older japanese media, they certainly aren't within the law, but they have their own code of moral and stick to it for their life.

Ultimately it's up to you to decide, if you kill them or not, I just had to portray their character right before a big mistake was done.

@Spriggs27@TheWindel Good thing I came on to creek before I had directly interfere to clear a mistake that I made by not being sufficiently clear. The Yellow Jackets aren't really evil, just unruly. Their recent activity is what is worrying Chikage, as it doesn't fall under their usual pattern. It's almost like they are working under someone else's orders.

But left to their own devices, they'll only be a noisy mostly harmless street gang. Beating them down is done but killing them is not good in the eyes of most good chasers.

A couple walked through the streets of the City's downtown, already bathed in red hues by the early evening. After a little while, they stopped in front of a neat looking building, the words [Dangeki Cosplay Café Club] were written in a charming signboard that hang out from it's eave.

"Is this the place?" The girl asked the man.

The Girl

"Yes, it's. Dangeki Cosplay Café Club, on the outside it might look like just one more place for the otaku creeps who live on this city gather around, but in truth it's a Hunters' Association independent joint, run by a number of Chasers, both human and Liner Youkai." The man answered in a matter of fact way as he dropped his cigarette on the ground and stepped on it.

The Man

"Yeah, whatever you say, old man. We're just here to do our job anyway, though I think that the real creep here is you." The girl said right before pushing the shop's door open. As expected there were no customers inside at this hour and the staff was either doing small jobs or just slacking around, not that the girl cared for it, by any means.

"Moshi Moshi! Is miss Shiina Gamai somewhere around here? We got a message from Akane Chikage of the Red Cloud Music Store for her." The girl said as she made her way to the counter and sat on one of the fancy looking chairs. "Also, I'd like a café au lait and a strawberry shortcake, please."

"Are you seriously going to stop to eat, we're the middle of work. Do you understand that?" The man said, slightly irritated.

"Yeah, what can I do if I'm hungry? I'm a developing girl you know, my body needs plenty of energy to grow in the proper way." The girl said, ignoring the man. "Plus the smell of this place is just delicious" The girl said as she waited for her order.

"I'll handle it."

In a blur, the girl's desired treats were present in front of her. During normal working hours, such work accuracy wouldn't be so easily seen due to the amount of human customers that visited at that time. But under the cover of darkness, the perfect and elegant maid known only as Shiina Gamai was able to exude her powers a bit more freely. It certianly made late night helpings all the more easier.

"Is there anything else I can assist you with young Mistress?" she asked with a polite tone and neutral expression. "If I may inquire about your message perhaps?"

"She told us to warn you about something bad on the other side. She wasn't too specific, however, she just said that it was like the calm before a storm and that you would know it." The girl said before digging in her treats.

The vampire Youkai allowed a frown to cross her face before simply nodding in acceptance. A message like that from the Soul Stone buyer did not bode well for anyone. It was enough to give Shiina reason to believe that a number of Chasers would have to become involved in this particular case.

"Please inform her then to contact any Chasers near her area and direct them towards the cafe."

"There' more, actually." The man said as the girl was occupied eating. "Miss Chikage also told us to tell you that you should begin by investigating the biker gang know as Yellow Jackets. They are unusually active these last few weeks and their leader, Suzumebachi seem to know of something."

To this, Shiina raised an eye. The Yellow Jackets? Gangs and grouplings of Youkai causing trouble weren't unheard of but the Chasers had usually dealt with the problem before they became any sort of relevant threat to the human world.

"Understood," she said to the main, as diligent as ever. "Before I forget, would you like something yourself, young Master? Some refreshements?"

"I'm alright, I'm not like those cre..." The man began talking before the girl elbowed him in the gut.

"Look at her yes, you idiot. If you value your life don't finish that sentence." The girl said as she motioned her partner to look at Shiina's eyes. The vampire maid was furious for almost being called a creep,though it was kept concealed for the sake of appearance, but the man was too oblivious to notice.

"Aside from the delicate comments from our friend here, I take it that this is all you have to discuss with me young Mistress? Allow me to call forth our allies then," the maid said with a graceful bow before speeding off to the back of the cafe.

Hidden from the eyes of commonfolk was a wide assortment of rooms and other goodies reserved for the Chasers. But for now, Shiina dashed over to installed PA system and began to play a pre-recorded set of sounds. Only the trained ears of a Chaser could distinguish the noise from the regular dronings of the night atmosphere. Done with her task, the vampiric maid moved back to her position at the front counter.

Now it was time to wait for the others.

Bio: Amiti was born to a normal family and grew up as any other boy would in Japan. His life was fine until the night his parents disappeared. Police didn't know what happened, they had just disappeared, there was no trace of them anywhere. Amiti, being alone was sent to live with his grandpa where he continued on to have a somewhat normal life.

Equipment: None, he doesn't know how to use weapons.

Other: I want Amiti to be captured by the Youtai at night and would like someone to rescue him, if not, I can just have his powers manifest when the primal beast that captured him becomes his friend.

Personality:
Shiina is a person who seeks to resolve all problems without the use of needless violence; it’s time consuming, and frankly it’s sloppy as well. That being said, she unfortunately must resort to such things a good fair amount of the time with her gig as a Chaser. In which case, Shiina will fully commit herself to battle.

Calm, level-headed, and sometimes appearing stoic, Shiina can appear to act robotically most of the time but it’s only because age has taught her well to act only when needed; she does genuinely care about the people around her. She may act aloof, but trust us, she means well. It’s all part of her front to be as elegant as possible. Probably has something to do with the fact that she works at the local cosplay café and is a favorite among the customers.

In fact, the only time she will ever lose her cool is if one insults her fashion sense. Considering that she pretty much wears the same thing every day, it’s best to avoid such mistakes. If it does occur, Shiina dons off all regard or value for the instigator until they are properly put in their place.

Skills and Powers:

-Blade Summoning: Shiina carries around a plethora of knives…in fact, so many that one has to question just where she stores them all. She in fact has the power to summon her bladed friends upon thought alone, ensuring that she has a nigh-unlimited amount of weapons at her disposal, all of them knives. She can use such tools as deadly projectiles or close quarter weapons.

-Bloodlust: Shiina’s entire demeanor will change when in battle, especially if her fashion pride is at risk. When in combat, her eyes become the color of blood and her speed is said to be twice as fast as before; so fast in fact, that spectators can see the streaks of light created by the arc of her knives. Because of her powers and speed, she likes to think of herself as a ninja of sorts.

-Vampiric Abilities: Aside from that, she possesses the general abilities exhibited by vampires such as strength and agility as well as an unnatural prowess with the night. She can’t turn into bats though. Seriously, that stuff only happens in the movies. As a plus side, she’s able to retain her need for blood consumption due to age and experience. Thus, she can go a full week without drinking another’s blood and even then it’s usually stale leftovers she collects from animals or crime scenes.

Bio:
An enigmatic girl that usually keeps to herself but can be found regularly at the Dangeki Cosplay Café Club. Unfortunately, her cool and often sophisticated nature has made her quite the customer favorite at the café much to her chagrin. She doesn’t mind too much though and it’s a steady paying job at the least. It probably helps that she’s the only female worker there that wears a suit, making her a fan to both the guys and ladies alike.

Of course, when night arrives the elegant Shiina Gamai reveals her true self. When darkness falls, she embraces her job as a Chaser. Little does anyone know that Shiina is a Youkai, specifically a vampire, who left the world of the Crimson Sky to find new purpose in the human realm. And so she becomes a defender of justice.

Equipment:
There’s nothing stopping people from recognizing that their city’s silent protector is in fact that super cool chick at the cosplay café. Because of that, Shiina disguises herself with the use of a red scarf, taking on her ninja-like persona. Also…people have Clark Kent syndrome these days.

Other:
She’s pretty satisfied with her life at this point, though she sometimes wishes she had a vampiric master or mistress to serve. Either she’s really bored or the cosplay gig is messing with her brain. The world may never know.

Furthermore, Shiina is an apparently skilled and exceptional maid thanks to her job. Thus, she is highly trained in the art of…well, doing maid things. That includes washing the dishes, fixing dinner, cleaning the house, folding laundry, knifing idiots…the usual stuff.
