@Mega Birb1 - This will be mostly Renaissance level tech, with the odd addition of some anachronisms, mainly for everyday stuff, like clothing (underwear and swimsuits are a must have, always). There may be some ancient Final Fantasy like tech, but it'll be rare at best. But, guns are a thing, if you are wondering this.
2 - Not much restrictions, as long as you don't do anything blatantly OP or unfitting, like giants. Also, aside from typical elves (who don't exist here) most fantasy races are ok, just mind that people may not like a fugly troll or orc going around their city of cut fox girls but you can do it of you want to.
3 - It can, doing things such as summon shadows, black tentacles, illusions, etc.
