Well, I'm quite sure that things have already gone South are the bomb is just waiting to go boom, with all those people in one place. On the other hand, it'll be very interesting.

All things considered, that group flares like a lighthouse on Nanoha's magical detection abilities. That said, she usually don't go gunning people down without asking anything first. She'll likely go there but with care, likely observe as they do that contract before asking anything.

Alberich is in Tokyo like my other two characters, close to the Japanse Imperial Palace, in the forest/garden north of what is known as Three Palace Sanctuaries.
Menomaru and Emilio are both further south in close proximity to the Tokyo tower.
And judging from the rest...
Misaki is appearantly by a Fashion center in Tokyo. Which one I do not know.
Ben is in the Yoyogi park which is to the west of my characters and the imperial palace.
Evangeline, Mordred and Hans are appearantly in an unnamed park.
Moriya is in New York.
Not sure about the rest. There is some which have not posted yet.

I'll be sincere. I shouldn't feel like this, but I'm feeling bad because of the plan I just concocted. Victoire is a surprisingly not nasty Demon, the simple fact that I'm plotting to use Maen as bait makes me feel uncomfortable. Fran, on the other hand, will get herself screwed by going so close to the Angel sector. At least she'll buy some time for Victoire when people notice her skulking around.
Anyway, @Grombus, is it ok if Victoire proposes a bargain with Maen? She'll probably send him out as bait, but not only get him as an ally to the Demons but also give him the bat he likes as a gift. I just don't want to screw him up without asking first. After all, being bait will likely get him killed.

The gods of Gensokyo ate certainly the laziest bunch around. I certainly like how none of them act dignified and godly anyway. I'm certainly considering Touhou for my 3rd spot since there's still one free pick from there.
Either way, I expect to get a post up between tomorrow and the Saturday. I'll likely drop Nanoha on Tokyo and Tohka close to Alberich, though I'm not very sure of were he's to say the truth. My geographic references are kinda poor.

I should name a proper area for the portals too. Even of this doesn't matter after this battle is over, let's say that the portals can be created anywhere up to 15 meters of either Victoire or the target. As long as it's not inside of a solid object. Victoire is aware if she targets a solid object because the spell will simply fail. There's no chance to telefragging this ability.
So, any of the person I have offered this teleportation can choose any distance within 15 meters of their target. There's not much finesse other than the teleport vector, so don't expect much advantage other than fast travel.
If some day I have Victoire fight a battle ever again, I'll tune this ability as well, since I found that it's actually quite engaging to use and tinker with it. Makes her kinda feel like a King on Highschool DXD.
