Very exquisite.
I second @VitaVitaAR's opinions, obviously. In the end this will inevitably lead to a point when the only option will be players killing/permanent imprisonment which are both things that any sane persons would rather not touch with a 12-feet pole, givent he amount of salt it generates.

I really don't see why we even need PC antagonists in this game.
Don't we have enough villainous characters already as we are? This only serves to cause more trouble.

Also, even if Raziel went around killing the worst of the scum to sustain himself, he would still be a source of conflict, given that summary execution is something no one would tolerate.
This is the perfect set up for a closed room mystery. If you happen to have any interest in steering towards that direction, I would certainly be interested.
I'm waiting for the others to post so that we can proceed.
I don't know if a doubly undead, soul-sucking monster that can't really exist for long without killing people and bleeding their spirits dry is a good idea for this.

“Uh… Lyrical Nanoha… cosplay? How do you even know anything about the TSAB and magic?” Nanoha cocked her head and crossed her arms as a puzzled expression stamped her face. She was utterly baffled at how this incident was getting weirder at every moment. However, after the excited soldier finished her spiel something clicked in her head.

“W-wait, did the copy of those movies we sent to Suzuka, Alice, and my family leaked to the internet? It can only be that,” Nanoha thought out loud. “And we told them to be careful. Earth is not yet ready to join the TSAB,” she continued to digress for a few more moments before shrugging her shoulder and accepting the situation as it was. The damage had already been done, she might as well try to keep it to the minimum possible.

“Mhmm… Private Minami, is it?” Nanoha said, testing if she got the name of the soldier who addressed her right. “I’m sure that we will have enough time to discuss this later. For now, your squad has to clear this area. We have arrested a dangerous individual and are in the process of deciding how to keep him until we can find a safer prison. Even if you are soldiers, normal people like you are in danger if you stay this clos—” Nanoha’s explanation went down the drain when Menomaru began to behave in strange ways. Before she could even assess his intentions, he was already… giving himself for arrest?

“Stop right there, or I’ll have to use force against you once again! You’ll not place any more lives at risk, do you hear me?” Something in this had to be wrong. It was obviously some kind of ploy on his part and Nanoha wasn’t willing to take the risk. If the verbal warning wasn’t enough, she had Raising Heart ready to fire at a moment’s notice.
@cool beaner

Shouldn't you have waited before posting your character sheets on the Characters Tab?

EDIT:

I see that you are new around here. So, let me explain it: It's kind of an implicit rule to not post anything on the Characters Tab or the IC Tab until you are officially a member of an RP or the GM states that you can.

I don't know if @PKMNB0Y will have a problem with it or not, but most other GMs would have issues with it. That's something for you to look forward in the future.
@floodtalon

I suppose he's ok.

Anyway, You should hold on this CS until we see what happens when we try that thread change. After all, it's going to happen right after this battle and we will jump straight into another one, if everything goes alright.
The battle continued to rage through the remnants of the ancient city. The abominations spewed forth by the gargantuan monster still flooded the streets, attacking all that dared enter the ruins with ever-growing viciousness; their numbers seemingly endless.

A titanic bellow announced the monster's advance. Unimpeded by the forces fo the Triumvirate, it reached the city with ease. However, something caught his attention, something even more sinister than itself —the serpent-like being swimming close to the three-way battle between Bonesword, Saef, and Khaine— compelled the monster to see other prey closer to the city's center.

The oily darkness emanating from it would soon reach, Lucifus, Unit-T, Utada and Cydone's, each at their own turn, as the massive beast crawled towards the ancient palace. Any attempts to deter, or approach, it would be met with pure brutality from the hundred meters long menace. Nevertheless, once again, something golden shone within the black darkness. This time, however, the glint came straight from the monster.

One could only wonder its true meaning.

Meanwhile, in the depths of the abyss...

Cassiopeia would find that the glint she and Jubilee saw wasn't the Staff. In fact, it was a gold plaque bearing the symbols representing the twelve houses of the Zodiac as well as several constellations, many of which couldn't be gazed upon in the Nexus' skies as far as its current iteration was concerned.

Attempts to move the plaque would be... hard, to say the least, at first, thanks to the enormous pressure the water exerted on it. If it were left alone, nothing special would happen. However, if either Cassiopeia, Jubilee, or both were determined to move it, they would find themselves being swept away by another current, this time toward a tunnel long since concealed, as well as kept airtight, by the plaque.

The tunnel, which once was a secret royal escape passage, led straight into the palace, possibly saving them a lot of time to get back to the city as well as granting an advantageous position, in case they attempted to ambush their enemies. That is if they managed to avoid getting smashed against the equally hard and sealed exit that ended right in the throne room of Lenuria.
