I'll have another post up to this Wednesday or so. Maybe earlier, if I get some inspiration.

"Confidential information isn't stored in public places, kid. That said, I appreciate your enthusiasm, but there's nothing to see here, kid," Reiko said to Circe before taking off her coat and covering the body, shielding it from the redheaded girl's prying eyes. "The best that a freshman like you can do is follow our instructions. For everyone's well being," she added in a voice as friendly sounding as Reiko could do.

Having finished her tasks, Reiko left the rest of the disposal to Aria and nudged Circe back to Academy. It wouldn't be good if they allowed a second student to be ambushed, after all. While she waited for a reply, Reiko stared intently at Circe. What the Scarlet Sage's eyes saw was known only to her, though. A strong wind blew through the clearing a moment later, sweeping a number of dry leaves. "Let's go, kid, nothing good will come from lingering here," Reiko emphasized as soon as it was over. Whether she felt something unnatural lurking nearby or had just grown tired of waiting was anyone's guess.

Friendship is magic, is it not?
I follow the others' opinions. He's a good character so there's not much to scrutinize anyway.

I would be careful with spreading diseases, though. We don't have a nice backlog when it comes to characters that thrive on indirect warfare. Play safe and luck to you.
@TheUnknowable

Meteora's answer to that request would be fun, I suppose that you can have him ask that IC when he actually meets her. Unless you want me to spoil and tell you already.

Your pick.

If the player designed their swordsman to be able to deflect gunfire with his sword or have the armor to guard him against sci-fi genre weaponry, then they would do just fine. Again, this is all dependent on the players and how they design their characters. The Multiverse combines genre like a high fantasy/final fantasy universe. You could play a Medieval Knight versus a fleet of space ships and have him use magic to wipe them all out. It puts no restriction on the imagination of the writers.

At this point you are playing Star Wars The Force Unleash, I guess it would be more constructive to make a Star Wars RP if you want one than deal with the mess that the idea of unrestricted multiverses invoke.

At that point, I, again, don't see the point of making it a persistent universe. If you want a standalone story, then you're probably better off making it in casual/advanced/free.

Just adding to your point.

If you make it Jump-in, with no quality standards at all, as is implied by the OP, isn't it better to run a Free RP? I mean, the description alone seem to be taken from the description of both the Free Section and Jump-in RPs as far as I understand it.
Sincerely, I don't like neither the idea of PW, nor its placement on the front page. The first time I saw that was actually quite a jarring experience, since the design is way too intrusive and gives a clear impression that the Administration favors it above the other sections.

That said, I like the idea of watering down someone else's effort by downgrading it to a Jump-in, free-for-all forum, or outright terminating it w/o their consent, much less.

Every idea has its worth, even the bad ones. What should be done is placing it lower on the page. Nothing else needs to change on how it's handled, I just think that the favoritism implied by that position should be undone. It may even be one of the reasons it doesn't fare well, all things considered, at I know more than one person (myself included) that think that the Persistent Words is a forum for the Moderation and Admin's circle jerk.
I mean, when you get to the point of calling people that post on the Bitching Thread as trolls you know that you've reached the deep end of your arguments.
@Holy Soldier

Look bellow, please:

Ok, so let me rephrase my words to something that's not "trolling" and see if we can go somewhere:

I don't like this idea because it's an unnecessary change that doesn't benefit anyone but you and actually has the chance to cause damage if the Guild's code gets broken during it.

What are your counterpoints to that?
