Bio

Hello! I'm LadyRunic! But you knew that...

I love most types of Role Play, but by far my favorites are those that are well thought out and worked with. Especially when you can find a group you can work well with. I love books- So many books. It's a running bet that I will become buried under a pile of said objects one day... I'm a tad busy, and when an Rp really catches my interest I'm inpatient for posts. It's like reading a good book and getting stuck on a cliff hanger.

You can generally expect posts regularly once a week if not more.

I've RP'd for the better part of fourteen years, so I can honestly say I have some experience and I've developed the understanding of what I expect of a partner in a one-on-one or a group. I'm also the sort who will speak up and point out something if it looks off or forms a problem to me. I spent most of a year once stuck in a Voice Chat Rp that was hell on Earth, so I'm straight forward when I need to say something. I expect this in return from my Rpers and DMs. I want to improve my writing and love constructive criticism.

@OtterTerror Yes you hav ethe right area.
Dark watched helplessly as Owl was batted and shoved about the small nest of roots. Hawk wasn't letting up, usually he ignored Owl or shoved him to the side. After several more minutes the she-cat stood and shoved her aggressive brother to the side. Though she was sleeker and not as fluffy, Dark was more muscle than either of her brothers and unquestionably able to keep Hawk in check. "Enough, Hawk! It wasn't his fault!" She lashed her tail, yowling over the loud protests of her mouse brained littermate. Turning her head to examine Owl she sighed in relief. He was missing some fur, and looked rather shameful but other than that there was no lasting harm done. "And be quite! We don't know what is out here!" Dark pleaded, trying to reason with the young male.

Hawk hissed and yowled as his sister knocked him away. Protesting to full extent the fact that Owl was getting off for his crime again. Though at Dark's reasoning he fell silent. She was always the thinker. Flattening his ears in anger his own tail looked twice it's size. "We should have left him behind. Dark, we can barely hunt for ourselves and you want to keep that dead weight around?" He hissed at Owl, the said kit shrinking back further. "This is all because of him! If you had just crossed! If you hadn't been such a coward-!"

"ENOUGH!" Dark snapped, swatting Hawk hard upside the head. Sadly, that was the straw that broke the camel's back. Hawk shrieked and launched himself at his sister. The two collided in a mess of fur and feline bodies. Owl scuttled to the side with a tired sigh. Hawk was right to be tense. As much as his littermates hated the Thunderpath it was also a guide in their lives. They had been following it, keeping well off it. Dreading that a monster would come and kill them too. Now they were in the middle of a strange place with danger... He let out a odd 'mert' of annoyance, as Dark and Hawk rocketed around the nest. Beating and tackling each other. It had happened enough as kits he could clearly remember Dark's black fur and Hawk's tabby speeding about their small dens. Their eyes bright with the mock fight, but this was hardly mock. A stress reliever, perhaps. He didn't even dare go towards the lovely smell of their kill. Hopefully Dust would return soon and help sort out the madness. Sniffing the air he caught nothing of Dust, she must have had to go a long ways.
Just to clarify they are on Oakclan side. Having seen that the Thunderpath would switch over they did so before, the siblings not trusting the bridges on the black path unless they can help it.
Swift legs pushed and as muscles heaved. The dark form of a young cat launched from the bush, startling a nearby rabbit into running. The thick amber-striped coat flashed after the prey as paws raced across the forest floor. "Dark!" Hawk called, his amber eyes watching the retreating meal. Where was his sister? She should have been waiting nearby for the rabbit to spoke and run! The kits had found hunting in such a tag=team efforts to be easier, and far more successful than both alone. 'Not like we can hunt in anything other than a pair to keep Owl and Dust fed.' The contempt in the young cats thoughts was palpable. His brother, Owl, could little hunt since he was blinded by a roaring monster of metal and death. Though he didn't really feel like begrudging the elderly Dust. Her bones ached and made it hard for her to walk such distances, let alone hunt. Ahead there was a vicious snap and the rabbit's quick steps halted. Easing into a walk he pushed his way though the bush. "Took your time." Hawk snapped in annoyance of the sleek female that was currently trying to pick up the carcass. Above the branches swayed from where she had jumped, nailing the rabbit. It had been a risky tactic.

Dark looked up from the prey at her brother. "Oh, enough Hawk. It was fine, we got the kill." Her tail waved in amusement, as her brother joined her and they both dragged and carried the rabbit back to the other two. Dark was far sleeker than her brothers, the short coat black as night saver her own set of amber eyes. While both Hawk and Owl sported large fluffy coats, something she envied when the nights were chilly, both sharing the tabby markings. That was all they would ever share and that not even in full, thought Dark sadly. She knew full well that Hawk blamed Owl for their mother's death and that Owl was taking that blame as proof that it was his fault. No matter that their mother had been able to run, but with a injured leg would not have made it most likely. Never mind that she had flung Owl to safety before she- Dark stopped that train of thought. Mourning would not help, not now. Her mother was dead, her brothers at war. It was a fact of life and one she accepted and dealt with daily. "So now he's picking leaves? What, turning into a rabbit are they?" Hawk's disgusted voice broke Dark from her concentration. Looking ahead she noticed OWl nudging a pile of sweet smelling leaves together. For once she shared her brother's confusion.

Owl looked over, his ears flickering all about as he heard the hunters return. "Rabbit?" He guessed, from the tangy smell of blood and a promising meal. Hearing his brother's snide remark, the blind cat refused to note it. "Chamomile. Dust says we need it, we don't know how long we have to go yet." Dark walked over to him, her foot steps treading a on the ground as she butted her head against his shoulder in a loving gesture. Trying to overcome the dark feeling of hatred about Hawk. It was only reasonable, Owl reasoned. I murdered our mother. He sniffed, smelling the large portion of rabbit that Dark had brought him. Crouching over the meal he ate greedily. "Dust went out for more, and maybe some moss by those stones in the river. She says we should join back with the Thunder path if we stay on this side, but-" Owl shook his head. "We shouldn't be resting for much longer."

Hawk hissed darkly. They had guided Owl across the stones, only to have him want to keep going. To not stop and hunt the bountiful forest? Under his directive, they had left the Thunderpath. They had needed rest and food. How could he want to keep going?! Into the something unknown for unknown reason. "You lost more than your sight when that car struck you! You've lost your wits! I'm not going a rabbit's length towards where ever these crazed feelings are leading you." He yowled loudly, pacing with all his fur bristled in agitation. "And that Dust only encourages you idiot ideas!"

"Hawk please-!" Dark tried to get between the two young male. Only for Hawk to shove her aside with his shoulder, leaping to attack Owl who had scuttled backwards and now tried to evade their enraged brother. She knew his temper had been growing threatening to snap and that is had over a needed herb. Did his hatred run deeper than she guessed?

Dust padded through the forest elsewhere, walking along the river's edge. The Thunderpath curved high above her in the mountainous reaches. It would be a hard trek, she realized. Easier to cross the river again, but yet Owl's driven senses has told them to remain on this side. To remain on the hard path, despite his sight. For all she had learned across the years, this sight was to be trusted. Still, she yearned to join the Thunderpath again. They had stopped fully in the forest to hunt and gather the needed herbs for their mountain crossing. Turning back, she trotted through the thick forest. They would hunt, and grow fat for a time, then cross. Dust decided, mountains were not easy and the last trek had been dangerous even following the Thunderpath. Without, she shuddered. Her old bones were going to ache.
Giving this another nudge.
@ViolentViolet Hardly, Owl is more interested in learning, and paying for the mistakes in his short life. To redeem himself for his mother's death. The only way he can get around is with Dark and Dust's help. Also? I need to re-read those last books... May have ran out of interest. it drew on for too long XD If he becomes something like Jayfeather, tell me please~!
@CLIW @AngelKitten Thanks and your not alone CLIW. Though I'm reading and checking Rps.
@ViolentViolet They're giving him a sense of where to go, giving him a sense of danger if it's near. According to Dust, it's his mother leading him on. Though he doesn't like that cheesy idea and just knows it as instinct and something Dust calls insomnia. A result of his brush with death.

Yes their loners. Felt that would be more prudent.
Here are mine, give me some feed back if you would please~!
