<Snipped quote by Legend>
Stella. You underestimate how much I'd go through if something happened to you.
*My gaze lingers on you in a rare moment of hesitation*
I’ll be okay, daddy. I’m your daughter, after all.

What's there to be careful of when it comes to inducing electric shock instantaneously?
<Snipped quote by Legend>
Absolutely not.
<Snipped quote by Legend>
That's fair.
<Snipped quote by Legend>
I'm not sure that that's a great moral decision for me either...
<Snipped quote by Legend>
*Visibly tenses*
... Well, alright then. I'd tell you to be careful, but, uh...
*Hands you the device with a shaking hand*
<Snipped quote by Legend>
*Sighs*
Your mother is going to kill me, and that's probably the correct response.
*Goes into another room and comes back a moment later with the same device Shion used to activate her splitting*
Before I give you this, how long did it take the Shions to split and recover?
<Snipped quote by Legend>
I don't think that would be a good moral choice for me to do that. But I suppose I can't stop you if you want to volunteer for it.
<Snipped quote by Legend>
My only thought is that it's due to how cells split based on electrical fields. Maybe they're always trying to split, but they can't without a forced cell splitting. Or maybe it's just a source of energy that gets used to fuel the split. It's hard to know.

I'm guessing it's some form of macro-mitosis. You said that the second one's body formed from a piece of the original's, right?
