Of course not. There always was the possibility that there would be no one else around to solve a problem caused by a psychopath who can’t be reasoned with. And I’m not trying to kid myself, because there really aren’t that many options for dealing with circumstances like that.

Long story short, Dad spent a lot of time training us. With himself, and with each other. He always said that when we eventually left home, as “Tier Fours with a future”, that we’d be helpless in the world if we didn’t know how to fight, whether we wanted to or not.

Nope. I don't have good aim and you eventually run out of projectiles. They're mostly for melee combat.
*Shoves one of the bladed arms into the ground, and the suit automatically powers a propulsion of the blade, jutting it deeper before retracting in the same instant*

Even if this thing would have like, more conventional weapons on it. Ammo that isn't, like, lasers and stuff would work.

Like kinetic weapons? I think we have a couple in space that we never use.
