An enuch is one that is castrated before puberty, or born without organs to sexually mature. Those are the "made by others" and "born." Then, some choose to be, such as Paul (who never married), and the Bible says to be this way if you can bear it. However, there is nothing saying an eunuch cannot marry simply to spend life with a loved one. So there you go.
