I wonder how Tempo's processes would respond to Maddie's "is there" type of thing. I don't think it would register it as an appearance, but neither would it register it as her entering. It's just, she's there. Not like she appeared, like I said before. Just that she's there. Not all of a sudden. She's just there. But at the same time you know she wasn't there before, and yet you also know that she didn't appear or go into that spot.
Trust me, Data programmed Melody well enough to be able to handle that.
