Just when you thought Keyblades and magic spells were the only answer, Mach steps up and proves just how flipping dangerous he can be, even outside of his suit.
It's no Spoiler to say...you succeeded; the Nazis are going to surrender next post, although the Admiral might get fragged first.
On second thought, nevermind; my ideas would probably be not grimdark enough.

You guys need to know one thing. Joshua will only pull out the keyblade if he has to, which he hasn't so far. Thus he HAS NOT BROUGHT OUT THE KEYBLADES HE HAS. Hell, I never even posted a pic for them, so stop saying he's used them!

Mach would find it a challenge to hack the Nazis' systems at first, but would eventually break through the defenses in, well, somewhat more than ten minutes. This was because the Nazis, by denying any achievement that could come from their own 'Master Race', had subtly shot their own technological development in the foot. This meant that yes, security systems were being disabled, as well as the Nazis' own military data; Mach would see that while their weapons were powerful, they were also crude and unsophisticated for reasons already stated.
And, after the security systems got shut down, Mach would also discover that certain areas of the ship, such as the reactor room and barracks, can be deprived of oxygen, or have their gravity increased...
Joshua and Henry
As 'America Fuck Yeah' sang in the background, Joshua, Henry, and Tocsax would be fighting for their lives.
Of course, this was easier than it sounded, as Joshua would find his Desert Eagle and mundane blades having no effect on the Power Armor, which was made up of materials that, even in his world, would not be possible for at least several decades. This meant that the Nazi he was fighting would grin - not that Joshua knew it, before moving to shoot Joshua with his laser pistol...
Henry would find himself invigorated by the patriotic music as his buckshot hit harmlessly against the Admiral's faceplate, although Atom would find itself a better weapon, its edge scoring a gash that, although it didn't penetrate through to the insulation, still showed that the enemy was not invincible.
Screaming defiance at him, the enemy officer would crack his whip against Henry's left shoulder, a whip-crack that, if it hit, had the ability to boil the leather armor itself, causing it to drip down the Keyblader's arm, carrying burning pain as it went.
Tocsax, meanwhile, would use Multivortex*...only to find that while that technique managed to shear off several plates of power armor, the Nazis still had assault rifles and laser pistols.
The boy put up a Protect, before trying to avoid and parry as many bullets and laser beams as possible. However, his luck ran out as he was struck in the stomach by a bunch of assault rifle rounds that, though blunted by the Protect, were still enough to knock the wind off him. He would have recovered, had not the Nazis began shooting him over and over again.
Once the smoke cleared, the boy was lying down, bleeding out his life, smoke wafting from his black cloak. It was only Second Chance and Once More, two abilities that anyone can learn, that kept him alive, and that was not for long as the other Nazis were coming towards him, first to check for life signs, then to shoot him one final time when those were detected...

"Are you good at aiming?" said one of the Moogles in perfect Japanese. "We have some Blizzaga missiles that you can launch, it's just as easy as pressing a button." Suddenly, the bridge shook under the impact of one of the Nazis' own guns.
"Of course, protecting the bridge is also an option."
