Par was tired, and his low endurance was failing him. Nevertheless, Max's question was pertinent, so he was going to scrape a few more minutes to answer.
"Yes, the Enclave - as well as the Brotherhood - are present in New York City; they have a new head - I was told that his name was Colonel Alan Anderson - who wants to enslave all of us instead of just killing all 'muties'. From various rumors, they seem to have acquired a presence in Brooklyn, and might march on this island soon." He then breathed in and out.
"I was also told that when Alan was told I was 19, that he offered one of my friends my weight in Purified Water if said friend would hand me over to him. Considering the fact that Alan also bought several copies of the Kama Sutra, books on Sex and Anatomy, and Fifty Shades of Grey*, well, let's just say that his intentions were less than pure." Par yawned.
"I need to sleep soon, but right now, I'm also sure that the Brotherhood would take care of him."
