Satoshi 'Ash' Shimura, Fourth Hokage of Konohagure.
P E R S O N A L I T Y
Brave, Daring, and a believer in both his capabilities and his subordinates, Satoshi is moderately charitable and compassionate, although those who know him can also see that there is an emptiness in his heart that forces him to play up his positive traits to stay Hokage. However, those privy to his real plans could see a madman, broken by the horrors of war and bouncing back and forth between a hunger for power and a genuine desire to make life better for everyone. How was he going to do that? By mastering a Justu that goes beyond time and space and delves into possible universes and dimensions, allowing him to pick the best possible choice for this universe and impose it on others.
Obviously to everyone else, he'll fail. But to those closest to him, he has that spark of brilliance that can, even in failure, change the world.
B A C K S T O R Y
Satoshi was a war orphan, adopted by a Jounin of Konoha, who showed promise in the Research and Development department, where he took interest in the Second Hokage's time/space Jutsu, and even managed to dissect the theory behind some of the more complex techniques. Eventually, however, he was drafted into the Third Shinobi World War, where he found himself the guardian of a team of Genin; apprentices whose lives were before them, who had boundless potential... And who eventually died, one by one, in horrible ways that haunted him with the thought: Could there have been a world where, had different choices been made, their fates could have been avoided?
Eventually, Satoshi discovered a technique of his own, one that would nornally be a Forbidden Jutsu, which he used to win the Third War for Konohakagure - The Mirror of Possibilities Technique. This Jutsu allowed him to temporarily 'overwrite' his own skillset and body with an alternate self; one that had trained in different skillsets, had different mentors, and eventually, different births. Essentially, this was a Technique that overrode his current identity and replaced it with a new one from a parallel universe - His mind and memories and core self were unaffected, but he can call on information and powers from his alternate selves... Including selves which had been born to the Hyuga, Uchiha, Senju and Uzumaki.
Of course, Satoshi had to hide the full extent of his new powers, lest he be imprisoned and used as a test subject. He did so long enough to become the Fourth Hokage, and now, he is free to begin his greatest work: Gathering all the Jinchūriki together to power a variation of his technique that would find the one version of his world that reached a lasting peace - And layer it over this one!

A B I L I T I E S
Space-Time Ninjutsu - Though not as adept as another world's Fourth Hokage, Satoshi is good enough at Space-Time Ninjutsu to boost his speed to beyond superhuman levels, teleport himself short distances (up to an apartment building's length), and slow down time enough for him to cast the Mirror of Possibilities Technique.
Genius-level Intelligence - Satoshi is as intelligent as a certain world's amoral snake-themed genius, albeit in different specialties. Where that person specialized in biology, he specialized in physics. Where that person saw power in bloodline limits and modifications to the human form, Satoshi focuses on the fundamental forces of the Multiverse and how they can be made use of. He also knows enough about politics and political theory to keep enough people happy, and thus maintain his position as Hokage.
Normal Ninja Package - Every basic Ninja ability that a Hokage should know, including kunai throwing, basic taijutsu, basic first aid and medical jutsu, substitution techniques and transformation jutsu, is included here.
Fuinjutsu - Knows enough to make basic seals, but his powers of analysis allow him to analyze and modify more powerful and complex ones that already exist.
Mirror of Possibilities Technique - Satoshi's Magnum Opus and Trump Card, the Mirror of Possibilities technique allows him to override his self with the powers and knowledge of an alternate universe counterpart, while keeping his ego and memories intact. This allows him access to techniques he should not know, write down confidential information about families and organizations he is not a part of for his original self to read later, and lastly, allows him to give himself the Byakugan and Sharingan (and variations). However, he cannot copy other living beings, so he cannot turn himself into a Jinchūriki because that requires him to copy a Tailed Beast.
