Broker: "Oops. Did I accidently a war~?"
Technically I left Broker and the Blue Guild just outside the gates, so we aren't in yet.
@Shyla Nesthorn
Her strength, speed and agility suppress what her former body was capable of thanks to the implants and technology that runs through her demonic body.

I'm going to assume you meant Surpass and not Suppress.

The CS looks good on my end.

Broker Of Fortune

There had been no response from the Cobalt Bruisers leadership, IE Absinthe and Titania, which was all that was needed for Broker to lead the Blue Guild with a clear consciousness. It was better this way if Broker thought on it, since she could fully utilize the Blue guild to complete her own objective. As the group trundled down the dessert and were quickly approaching the Black City's walls that were already in sight, Broker had the time to peruse the files Problem Child sent her in more detail and found a good target for them to aim for. The issue was that they had to get deep into the guild hall itself, but if they succeeded then Arms Slave would be deprived of a weapon that would destroy the balance of power on Deep Ground Online. It was something that Broker wasn't even going to take the chance of stealing, complete destruction being the only course of action for them.

”Big Berry to Lucky Bloo, I’m seeing a large black orb over in the distance. Would you like us to investigate?”

Aroused from her thoughts by the crackle of the radio, Broker left the controls to a tanker she picked up along the way to pop the hatch and stick her upper half outside. Broker grabbed a pair of binoculars that were in the 'glove box' and zoomed in where the black sphere was indeed present over the approaching city scape.

"Negative Big Berry. We're smashing through the Black City's front gate and I need every gun available to knock out the cannons and punch through. If the sphere makes to leave the city or fires on us, then you have my permission to shell it into the Atari era. Now keep your eyes forward because I want you following behind this spearhead." She switched the channel from the two way with Big Berry to a message to the entire peace keeping force. "Listen up cause I'm only saying it once. We are here to quell the civil war as best we can by capturing their Guild Hall and forcing both sides to cease fighting. We're authorized to fight through them, but we don't want bad blood so keep the killing clean or we are going to be stuck here for a long time. The Ebony Strykers and Cobalt Bruisers are allies and we want to keep it that way, even if we have to break their toys to keep them safe from themselves."

"Once we bust the gate we will drive straight for the Guild Hall, and from their expand outwards to tranquilize the fighting. I want the respawn points all safe and secure to keep any idiots from rejoining the fight. Besides that, keep the tanks alive and don't do anything I wouldn't do."

Order's were given, speeches made, and there may or may not have been some raucous applause afterwards. Either way the piece wouldn't last long before they sighted a vehicle speeding towards them as it fled the warring city. Broker's binoculars zoomed in through the driver's side window and revealed the likeness of the player described on chat as Abyss Walker. If Retsu hadn't sent her most recent message the instigator would have taken a salvo of HE shells, so it was their lucky day. "Skirmisher Detachment Alpha, capture that driver all costs."

A trio of light tanks followed by another trio of dune buggies with mounted gun emplacements broker off from the column to corral Abyss Walker, bearing down with overwhelming fire power and better vehicles not marred by escaping a warzone.

It would have been better to capture Abyss Walker in person, but the gates were upon them and that meant she couldn't afford to leave the offensive. This proved all the more prudent when the walls mounted cannons, though only half as some were already shelling the city, angled themselves to fire upon the approaching column. Plumes of dessert sands were thrown up in violent gouts of force and flame, Broker forced to close the hatch or be scorched herself. "All units! Take out every emplacement on those walls that's still shooting. Fire on my signal."

Throwing herself into the gunner's seat, Broker of Fortune refreshed her Overhaul ability to apply it to the tank's guns as well. The sights were lined, distance compensated for, and shells loaded. The barrel of every tank in range that didn't get wrecked by the opening cannonade raised in a deafening rebuttal.

"Fire!
@Lucius Cypher
Suparna's aerial delivery service, next stop the Elicitor's main deck! Enjoy your Valkyrie buffet, and be sure to share the scraps...unless Fran gets captured or killed herself, of course.

Suparna Wolgen

That which said 'I Am' looked upon the assembled masses of demons marching toward doom and glory without a care. It wasn't like death held any permanence in this Nexus they called their battlefield, but they still fought all the harder to evade it nonetheless. Being a hive of creatures joined under two bodies in a sort of direct democracy left her rather desensitized to the idea of dying, but there was always her pride to consider.

"So much to do, so much to eat, and so very little time to do it all...Chirada, was this valley always so noxious?" The Corpse Puppet bearing the likeness of a once proud angel shuddered in the still air, an affirmation in the negative. A physical or verbal response between the two was entirely unnecessary, but Suparna liked the sound of her own voice dearly. "I see...hmm, the acidity in the air must be from that then. An enterprising demon from the taint of it."

It was difficult not to scowl at the sea of roses below, warping the land in ways that would leave it unusable for Suparna to feast upon the dead without suffering for her troubles. As Suparna chewed on a hunk of meat that belonged to a lesser demon who would no longer be participating in the battle, it couldn't be said that hunger was her primary concern but it was the opportunity to feast that she had wanted amidst the valley that she desired, and now found herself denied. The incessant backstabbing amongst demons could prove itself infuriating, even if Suparna had eaten a far share of her detractors for doing far less than this, but this development wouldn't spoil the entire meal. Undoubtedly the Elicitor itself was filled to the brim with crunchy Machina, ripe for Infestation along with the great Fortress itself. Suparna had it in her mind to paint the Elicitor in her colors and claim it for the demons intact, a nice perch to look down upon the world while plotting her ascension to the Heavens above.

For now though it was time for a literal ascension in altitude, Chirada opening down the middle of it's chest to reveal the bones and innards crawling with larva, maggots, and rather alarming tentacles for further restraint. The Lolita approached and slipped her arm between the ribs to hold herself in place, an unspoken command that sent the corpse puppet rocketing into the air with the Elicitor as it's target. They had hoped to fly above the mist and evade the poison completely, but the Angel choose then to attack the fortress and revealed their aerial superiority. Chirada was forced to fly low, skimming above the demon army to avoid the interest of the Anti-Air guns as well as the Valkyries engaged in pitch battle.

They would have flown straight to their target and infiltrated the lower decks amidst the chaos, but Suparna couldn't help but notice a familiar, voluptuous form leaping into the air as though calling for a ride. Her displeasure with the current state of affairs abated after finding Fran, the succubus Suparna found to be very agreeable company and wasn't so simple as to think she could dominate the Queen of Carrion with her sexuality alone. Puppet and Lolita zoomed in close to the succubus before Suparna reached out and snatched her arm out of the air, pulling her aboard with the aid of a few tendrils from Chirada.

"You should have called if you were so desperate for a lift. I left a few of my kin on you for a reason you know." Suparna chided as they accelerated past the army and approached the Elicitor. "I'm not even going to ask where you want to be dropped off, so happy hunting and if you take a few extra alive I can add them to Chirada~"

Nearly at their target, the Corpse Puppet rose sharply and the both of them released their hold upon Fran to fling the axe wielding demon straight into the throng of landed angels in order to fulfill her carnal desires. Chirada spread its wings wide to halt their acceleration and shower the upper deck with a rain a maggots to ravage the wounded before devouring them from within. Meanwhile the pair settled themselves down upon a lower catwalk, ignored as that monstrous Grafdakka drew the eye of all Angel, so they could infiltrate the Elicitor and feast to their heart's content.
@Rune_Alchemist
Oh yeah, I didn't mean to say that Sil would be that affected or even care, being a lich an all, but that if she wanted to raise some zombies they'd rot pretty quick out there unless she was actively trying to preserve them which seems unlikely for a common undead thrall.
@Rune_Alchemist
Wouldn't the undead still be corroded and melted by the acidic air?
@Lucius Cypher
I'm in the middle of my own post if you want her lifted off whether she cares for it or not, or I can wait Fran to get ready and hurl her at all the Valkyrie

I assumed it was a carrier that was storing that all inside and ready to deploy troops / armor when they were attacked.
