That image is so large it's like you're compensating for something.
Do you guys think the sound of the animal (that she is channeling) is overkill then?
I think any sort of 'calling your attacks' isn't the best idea.
I should have been clearer. What I mean is a moment like this (:40 to :43). The moment where she actually channels the animal. That blue/purple magic stuff that appears as she imitates the animal.
I could be wrong, but I always saw that as for the benefit of the reader or viewer so we know she's using her abilities. In a text format, you can just describe her channeling the animal's spirit and then performing the resulting actions. No need to describe the spectral animal shape.
