@Lurking Krog Don't kill, kill yosef, kill the man draggin him and capture him.
Oh. first impressions are an interesting thing as they tend to heavily rely on the events leading up. But if I were to generalize them there are a few...interesting characters out there.

Rico: Her general first impression for him would likely just be "loud" no matter the situation. She would likely actively avoid him if she wasn't payed to off him, in fear that he would draw too much attention to her. Both being rather vibrant red heads I am sure they would already draw too much attention just based on appearances alone. Annabell hates attention XD.

Morgan: I have no doubt that the first meeting the two of them have will be on oposite ends of a weapon so first likely not good. Though if that's not the case I am pretty sure she would just assume he is just another potential client looking to butter her up to try to get a better deal for whatever job he wants her to do. Very much she would be in "work mode" no matter the situation

Suiten: Anna would probably be super interested in her simply cuz, well, mermaid. Though personalities would likely very quickly clash, with Annabelle being more, reserved.

Luna: I feel like mostly Annabelle would just be interested in Luna's bounty hunting. With similar was of making money Annabelle would probably serioulsy question Luna on how one doesn't just, take them in dead, all the time. Assuming Luna does actually take people in alive when she is bounty hunting XD

Haku: Annabelle would likely avoid Haku, and really any marine, like they are the plague. Being that her job is to most marines, rather illegal, any interaction had with him would be breif and nervous. Despite 'Deadeye' (at least as of now) likely not being too widely know among the marines she is still careful with them sooo.

Aura has just been pissing people off from back there, or at least trying to... it would not suprise me if she becomes a HUGE target, better finish this off quickly XD
Aura's eye twitched. The stupidity, they were clearly losing this fight, at least from what Aura could tell. Her eyes landed on Ervdul and with it, the curse that once wracked Yosef was now transfered to him. "Archers, I suggest you target the enemy's back lines." She called the the archers closest to her while she focused on Ervdul. "Lets end this quickly. I am bored of this already. These people lack flair and tact." She yelled loud enough for her allies and the nearby enemies to hear. After which she fired an eldritch blast at the advancing enemy leader.

Aura used her bonus action to move her Hex onto Ervdul since Yosef is at 0 hp.

Eldritch blast fired at Ervdul for a 25 total natural 20+5

Blast Damage: 10 force damage
Hex Damage: 4 necrotic damage
Total: 14 damage (gotta love rolling low on the crit dice, oh well it happens)

So I needed a space where my IRL friends and family wouldn't see my rantings. A place where I could voice my opinions to like minded people (or not). A place to store the frustrated rantings. I understand opinions will differ. I understand some things might be controversial. With everything going on in my country (U.S.A) and many others, I need a healthy way to express myself or I might, quite litterally start lighting things on fire...I do not wish to end up in jail XD.

All I ask is that we keep discussions and opinions civil (I don't really want this thread taken down for bullying). You may not agree with the views of others, if you don't that's fine as long as you are not horrendouly rude to others about it.

With all that said, I present to you the first letter of maybe many, both from myself, and hopefully others.

Dear Gen X’ers, Boomers and older,

We say this with absolutely no respect and no kindness. Step aside, your time is over. You have ripped this country to pieces and we are tired of listening to your voices. You claim this country is free and yet you continue to restrict so many things. You claim that everyone has an opportunity while continuing to repress anyone who is not a white, Christian, straight, biological males. You continue to insist that religion should not be taught in schools, unless of course it’s Christianity. You continue to not understand the separation of Church and State. You continue to try to push your beliefs on others. We, your children, the millennials and younger, are tired of you. Tired of you bitching and moaning and complaining that we don’t respect our elders. You are right, we don’t, because you continue to show us that you do not respect us. You seem to not understand that respect is earned, it is not something you are inherently given. Respect is mutual, not one sided. You continue to call us lazy, sensitive, disrespectful when we are simply discovering our worth. Why would we work hard in a system that doesn’t care about us? “When we were your age we worked 2 jobs, had a house, and a family.” You keep telling us. We can barely afford to keep ourselves alive, you think we want to bring children into the shit hole you created? It’s time to move aside, it’s time to shut your mouths, do not make us do it for you.

Now of course there are members of your generation that support us, that stand with us, that are trying to help us fix the mistakes of the past. That realize the system that was created is wrong. To you we say thank you. To you we say thank you for adapting to us, for recognizing that times are changing and so must you. Please continue to stand with us. Please continue to be an example, an inspiration, and a hope that the voices that have been begging to be heard for years have not fallen on deaf ears, not entirely. Please continue to lift our voices up. You have no clue how much it means to us and you may never know, but deeply, truely, thank you.

Sincerely,
The Younger Generations (Your Children, Your Grandchildren)

We shall see how long this thread stays up I suppose…
Yes but if anyone wants to flesh out some starting relationships added stuff then just “we all know each other somehow” my DMs be open.
So I know the idea of a “Friends” like setting which means, at least some of our characters would know someone else.

In other words if anyone is interested in developing a pre-thread relationship with Isabella my DMs are open.

With no real way to decline the invitation for drinks Annabelle found herself at one of the many bars in the Red District. Though this one seemed to be mostly populated by those who worked for Regal. Which made the red head more than nervous. She didn’t want to be here of all places, and certainly not with Damien who seemed all too happy to see her again. There was no way the dark haired male knew what she was planning. She kept her plans to herself, hidden from the boy she called her best friend. If it had gotten out that Annabelle was planning to overthrow Albert in some way, and Damien knew about it, he would have been in just as much trouble as she would have been. So the thoughts never became words. She was eventually even more glad she had never articulated her plans when Damien joined the ranks of Albert’s Brutes.

She was snapped out of her thoughts by Damien placing a drink in front of her and snapping in her face. ”You sure still space out just as much as you did before you left, glad to see not much has changed.” His teasing smile was almost comforting to Annabelle, almost. ”So Belle, what exactly are you doing back. I was pretty sure when you left I was never going to see you again. Not that I am complaining of course.”

Annabelle fiddled with the mug in front of her. Damien knew she didn’t drink but it must have slipped his mind, or maybe he thought she had picked up the habit in her years away. ”Just, checking in. Had a few things to check in on, unfinished business and all that. Just here a few days, then I am leaving again.” She managed to give him most of the truth hoping he wouldn't pick up on her not telling him the full thing, but when she looked at him he seemed to believe her.

”So your first step wasn’t to tell your best friend you are back for a bit. I’ll have to convince Gabe to take my watches.” He feigned offense and chugged his drink, signaling for another one, which was quickly brought.

Several hours of talking later Annabelle had managed to give him a complete rundown of her ‘adventures’ while she was away. Leaving out the parts that would potentially clue him in that she was the gun for hire Deadeye. He knew she was good with a firearm but she had always left out the fact that she killed people for money. She was sure Damien was still convinced she was simply wielding the weapon for self defense, which, once again, was only partially the truth.

When had Annabelle started to hide things from Damien? There was a time when she told the boy everything. When they were in the orphanage together and he was the closest thing she had to family. I had to be when she started taking jobs that were less than savory. Now telling him half truths was second nature. Even more so now that he worked for Albert. Would Damien be loyal to her or Albert if he ever found out the real reason she was back? It was a question she was terrified to find out the answer to, but for now she could use him. At least running into him had some benefits, she could ask about the state of Albert’s men and she was sure he would never suspect a thing. The switch to ‘work mode’ was easy. Treat Damien like any other person she got close to in order to get information. She could feel guilty about it later.

The conversation went late into the night and Damien got more than wasted. Annabelle left the male passed out at the table and slipped out, walking back to the Inn she got a room at. She felt like she was being watched. She hated that feeling, she was usually never wrong about it, but she needed to do her best to not give any indication she knew she was being watched. Was someone tailing her? Was she just paranoid? She quickened her pace only slightly when she was within eyesight of the Inn, entered swiftly and went up to her room. She couldn’t shake the feeling, and when she rounded the corner from the walled off doorway she froze, realizing exactly why she felt like she was being watched.

”Hello Deadeye, so nice to finally make your acquaintance.”
Okay. I think I finally managed to put some things into words.
