~ In her human form, Nyx maintains her striking violet eyes that seem to bore into the souls of those around her. Her hair is not purely straight; it falls in gentle rivulets down to the middle of her back. She holds herself with utmost grace and importance and usually maintains a serious composure. It is as if she thinks she is better than the humans around her. It is easy to tell when she's irritated-- she often frowns and deeply furrows her brow, which is quite noticeable on her pale complexion.

~ Nyx's ebony dark scales are what earned her her name; they make up most of her body, including the spines that run across her back. Darker stripes, which are more noticeable on her neck, streak across her body. She is tipped with violet hues, giving off a sharp contrast to those who look at her. Each of her four paws are equipped with a massive claw that allows her to cling onto enemies and remain there with ease. Her body style hints that she is more agile in the air than on earth.

Personality:
Short tempered and impatient, Nyx is usually the one to start fights or disagreements. She is independent; so much so that she is technically considered a loner. It is difficult to get her to follow orders unless she agrees with the order given. There is always something that Nyx wants to say-- whether it's a retort or something that she wishes to taunt, it is difficult to get her to keep her mouth shut. One can definitely tell that she is a proud dragon due to the way that she holds herself and talks to her rider. Despite her serious and fiery attitude, she loves to fly and will often soar the highest out of all the Guild's dragons.  

Short Biography:
Nyx was once considered nobility by her tribe-- she was the leader's youngest daughter, and thus, she was highly respected by her tribe members. This gave her her proud personality, one that earned her a bad reputation around dragons of other tribes. Due to her pride and the disrespect towards her neighbors, many tribes refused to have any sort of relation with Nyx and her father. She did not care, however, and frankly, neither did their father; they were one of the strongest and largest tribes out there. They didn't need any help from the smaller tribes.

That is, until the humans attacked. They began to strike at the tribes around Nyx's without any remorse, and that drove fear through their hearts. However, when her father called for the aide of the smaller tribes, they refused to help them and instead helped the other smaller tribes. Her father's tribe was left to fend for themselves, as no one would help them. 

Without any help from other tribes, Nyx's own was overrun by humans. Many of her tribe members had been killed, including her father and mother. The humans, however, decided to try to keep her alive to sell to the people back on their homeland. She didn't know why she had been picked to be sold to other humans, but she did not like it one bit. She was brought to the southern areas of Eclium, where she was sold to the White Dove Guild. She currently dislikes her stay there, along with her rider. 

Abilities:

Venomous- Nyx's long dew claws can ooze venom at will. 

Noxious Breath- Along with breathing flames, Nyx can expel poisonous gas from her maw.
