@alexfangtalon Sorry. I've never watched The Walking Dead or have even watched a zombie/walker movie. I just wanted to step outside my comfort zone. ^^

Personality:
When it comes to interacting with other people, Whitney is somewhat timid and will not often begin conversations. One can call her shy or a recluse, but she is far from that; she doesn't hesitate to stand up for herself when the time comes. After steeling her nerves in order to survive the outbreak, she has taught herself how to fight against both humans and zombies. When it comes to a fight-or-die situation, she won't hold back when it comes to making sure that both her life and her loved ones' lives remain intact.

Occupation before the breakout:
College student majoring in chemistry.

Skills:
- She knows how to scavenge areas for food and other necessities rather well.
- A good planner.
- Does not panic/worry in stressful situations.
- Incredible eyesight.

Fears/incompetencies:
- Her timid personality often gets in the way of her forging friendships.
- Is overly trusting of people, even strangers.
- Sometimes spends too much time thinking about what to do.
- Whitney is clumsy, but it rarely shows.

Whitney was always considered the epitome of your every-day person. She had a happy family-- her mother was a stay-at-home mom, her father worked hard in order to provide for his family, and her older sister worked at an accounting office. School was never an issue for her; all she did was read her textbooks and ace her tests, which led to her father and mother rewarding her with all types of gifts.

Chemistry was her favorite subject, and so it was obvious what Whitney was going to study when she applied to college. As she did in high school, she focused on passing tests and learning the material rather than hanging out with friends. And so, her grades never dropped below a B, and her GPA stayed well above 3.0.

Whitney was shocked when the zombie epidemic destroyed all that she loved and knew. It was quite the unexpected turn of events, but after she lost her mother to the plague, and her father and her older sister fled elsewhere in an attempt to get away, she knew that she had to do the same. After some difficulty, she crossed the border into California, hoping that she could eventually find the rest of her family.

@Acromantula It's not like I'm making them extremely young. The average character in these sorts of RPs are about 20-25. I really don't feel like making a character who can't even relate to the others because they're older.

@josephb That's really unfair. Have you seen how old the characters are, and how unrealistic they are, and mine won't get accepted just because they're not over 30, when there's no rule stating they HAVE to be?
