I've also been ill. I know how it's like, especially when you're younger. Remember that as long as you exist, there is still hope.

Trying to reignite my love for writing... would any one possibly be interested in a PMD RP? I'd find a way to make it different.

The realm of Estiala is known for the Houses that inhabit it; a variety of people make their homes in the northern, eastern, and southern parts of the continent, all aligned under a multitude of banners and names. However, three of the Houses are the ones that stand out-- they are the major Houses, one of which is the Great House, which rules over the entire of Estiala. Even the larger Houses of the realm must listen to the Great House, naming its lord their king.

The king of the Great House once had heirs to his throne, but they passed away in a sudden bout of illness. Even though he is distraught, he continues to rule over the land, seemingly loved and cherished by all.

Yet, in Estiala, there are some who must learn that not all is at it seems.

Hello! I made this RP specifically for those who wish to roleplay in a Game of Thrones-like world, but not have to focus on the huge amounts of lore that one must study. I just wanted to add a few things to the interest check other than the plot, so here they are. :)

- There will be three major Houses, but you may make characters that come from minor ones as well. They will all be specified in the OOC.
- It is advised that you make more than one character in order to promote interaction. This is to avoid anyone getting left out.
- You will be able to play the lord and ladies of the major Houses, along with the heirs. But in order to do this, you must be an active participant of both the IC and OOC. I expect a post every one or two days.
- There will be no magic in the roleplay at all. There are stories of "curses" and "witchcraft", but such things do not work. In fact, those trying to conduct in such acts will be punished.
- I expect you to be a high-casual RPer with proper grammar.
I think I'm leaving too, sorry.
Where is Joseph anyway?
I'm waiting for joseph to post before I do.
@Aerandir Yeah, I don't want any more issues. :/
@Aerandir It's because it was DIFFICULT to interact with her in such a setting. Someone even said that instead of being nice his character would be suspicious. It even made sense. We suggested her nicely to change her character in such a way that would make it easier to interact with her. She didn't want to do that, so she left. I don't really think it's our fault for simply commenting on how unrealistic her character was and how she could change her slightly to become more approachable. ^^;
@Aerandir We didn't attack her character. We were commenting on how unrealistic she was and how difficult she made her character to be interacted with. We never insulted it and we even said that it can be corrected. I guess she just took it the wrong way.
Whitney Ambrose

short collab with @Solace

When morning came, it meant that it was time to get moving. After finding a basically overturned trailer in the midst of a wooded area, she had climbed inside the large tin structure and closed the door. It was an uncomfortable rest, but it was also the safest. Dusk had been approaching, and that was when Whitney knew that she had to take whatever she could find. And so, she crawled out of the trailer, her body complaining loudly as it retracted from the strange position that it was in as she rested.

Once again, Whitney walked alone. She had been alone for the better portion of a year, and she both loved and hated it. Being alone meant that you only cared and thought for yourself. But being alone also meant that you had to fend for yourself. She had to thank whatever had decided not to get her sick or severely injured. An immobilized human was basically asking to get devoured by those creatures that had plagued the nation.

Whitney continued to walk, heading towards the coast as she readjusted the bag on her back. There had to be non-hostile people somewhere. The only ones she encountered were almost as savage as the walkers themselves, raiding stores and stripping their shelves of every single item. Shaking her head, she found herself near a highway, and the smell of salt water stung her nose. For a moment, she was surprised that she had made it there so quickly; she didn't know how long she had been traveling.

However, as she traveled, she spotted something moving about at a sluggish pace at the edge of the highway. She could basically see the rotting flesh and the crooked limbs of the creature as it turned its head to face her. It was a walker, and from what she can tell, it was alone. Whitney slowly made her way over, knowing that if it was just one of the creatures, she could easily take care of it. Taking down even only one of them meant a huge difference. Yet, as she drew her bat, she heard a deep snarl to her right. She turned her head, her eyes widening slightly as she noticed that more of them had crawled over a hill near the road. And now, they were headed towards her.

"Shit," Whitney cursed under her breath, putting away the bat and sprinting down the highway. She ran as fast as she could, her ragged breaths filling the air as she did not stop. Eventually, she had reached a boarded up house, and she swore that she saw a campfire. Were there really people there?

"There are walkers down the road!" she cried as loud as she could as she ran closer. The best she could do was warn them.

Walter blinked in the moment of time, his head tilting towards the stranger emerging from the road. "Hey," he looked along the members of their group that was around, pointing towards the woman as she shouted that there were walkers approaching. Without much thought, he ran towards her, pulling the crowbar from his side.

"Walkers, you said?" Walter asked as he stopped where the woman was.

Whitney was relieved to see that someone had approached her. She thought that they would run away or attack her-- people were too on the edge, these days. "Yes," she gasped. "They're not far away from here. We have to hurry!"

[@everyone near/in the house]
@Aerandir She also has huge guns for some reason. What Wick said was true; Violet is making her character difficult to interact with. But this can easily be corrected. :)
