Connor hugged Bessie, and stroked her neck, smiling when Elizabeth approached, laying a hand on Bessie's neck. Bessie didn't seem at all fazed by the change in scent that Elizabeth was sure to have, and nudged her shoulder the same as she had with Connor.
Connor smiled and stepped back, already approaching the horse Trailer, to attach it to the truck, more then ready to go home. He was approached by a farm hand, who appeared a little bit shocked at how Bessie had trotted right over to them. Connor merely smiled, and paid for the stable, the feed and the care they had given Bessie, turning to Elizabeth, "Shall we go home?"
