Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Cassie smiled at Morgan, and for some time she continued playing, content to do so. While she didn't work long hours, she nevertheless worked every day and was always pleased to see people enjoying her music. It enabled her a little bit of independence. As she came to a close on her shift, she wound her music down to a soft close, before carefully putting her guitar away. Chances were she would play some more later, but for now, she could just enjoy herself.

As she packed up, she hesitated, looking over the cafe, wondering who she could hang out with for a bit. Even with knowing people, she was still shy-ish around people, feeling like she was intruding unless she was invited. Giving a soft sigh at herself, she went over to the counter, with a glass of water. She then settled herself, wondering if she should get something to eat or not.

Sighing once more, Cassandra decided she would head out soon, and collect what she was taking on the trip.

*throws cinnamon lifesaver* We will keep you afloat. Or atleast be here for you if you need it.

I found that funnier then I should have, thank you
@Caits Let me know what I can do to help, Caits.

I'm just coming out of a bad spell myself. *cracks knuckles*

There's not really something anyone can do to help.

I just feel like I'm treading water and every son often I'm submerged, and it becomes harder and harder to reach the surface again, each time.

Ah I see

Chatzy is good. Good for the phone too!

Heya!

So Cassandra's about to have a friend. Morgan. I feel they'd be somewhat close since they both like music? I'll be bringing her in soon. If you want, take a look at her character sheet :)!

P.S. Go to the chat thing!

Chat thing?
I don't know what to write

Has Lazarus been moved to the hotel too?

Yes
Cassandra

Location: Cafe
Interacting with: @BlackPanther Aron and Gage

Casssie smiled, pleased to be able to bring smiles to her friends faces, returning Aron's hug. She smiled brightly at Gage, pleased to see that he was in a better mood then when he came in. She waved to Sophie as she returned, before returning to her guitar. She once more began to play, a warm tone that was inviting, something that would, hopefully, attract customers and encourage them to stay.

After a little while, she began to sing. It was a brief song, one she had written herself, of hope and joy. Her voice was nice, if a little rough from not having proper lessons but this simply added to the overall mood of her song. Perhaps refining her singing would ruin the part that was her.

Yet music was music.
