Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

@Scarifar
Yeah mate, working on a post now! Been sick and I've got two tests coming up that I've been posting slowly for everything!

But it will be done today!
They were landing. Luna held tightly to something, so she wouldn't be bounced around, and closed her eyes, a little sick about it, as they descended. Yet when the craft stopped, she was out, the solid ground beneath her feet a comfort. The welcome was not, and horrified, she glanced about, a relieved at seeing the children okay. She could understand their anger, and she raised her hands, just in time to have Edward slammed into her. Being small, and a lightweight, she of course fell flat on her butt, slamming her head against the ground, she looked up at the sky, trying not to look like a fish out of water as she drew in a breath, her head pounding slightly. As the pain subsided, Luna rose a little unsteadily, must in time to see the man addressing Constance

"she does not speak for us" Luna said, her voice loud and clear, the words falling from her mouth before she had even given them too much thought, as she was virtually passed over, not noticed, but not really caring about that. It was more the fact that this person thought that Constance was in charge. Selfish, self centered and arrogant Constance. Who wouldn't think about someone else even if her life depended on it. "I am Luna, my companions and I are apart of an expedition to find out....what's out there. It's...truly amazing to meet you, really, and not just because of the history you share with the devil divers". luna said excitedly, looking over the crowd, truly amazed that there were people here. A civilisation.

"please, i am a healer. I'd happily check over the children..." she said, her voice calm, concerned. She hadn't seen the children there, she doubted any of them had, "I want to right the wrong we almost did" she wanted to make sure that the children were okay, and to show them that they really did mean no harm. She looked over the crowd once more, wanting to do whatever she could to show that they did...come in peace. She swallowed looking to Edward, to Constance. "we...we just went for a flight, to see if there was anything to see...our ship is in the water still...we saw the island and...came here. We didn't mean to disturb your festivities. We do not have the same customs as you...please, help us understand" she said, shifting slightly.

She checked herself over from slamming into the ground, noticing that somehow she nad lost her small supply of medical stuff in the tumble, and she looked around hastily for the small bag. She spied it in the crowd, unsure how it had gotten there, perhaps she had flung it in the fall...she bit her lip, looking to the man who seemed to be some sort of leader here. "I assure sir, we are not liars or fools. We are merely...explorers, trying to find out way to...amazing things. Boy, haVe we seen some strange things...i am just truly amazed to be here" and she was rambling. She brushed, reaching up to run a hand through her hair, wincing at the tenderness of her head. "No offense edward but you aren't really a lightweight. Remind me next time to brace before you get thrown at me"
StRting a post now

Niesha

outerwall->wedding site

Niesha sighed softly, knowing she could spend hours trying to hunt Ceil down, and just had to hope that the boy was alright. That if something happened, Victor or herself would be found. She glanced about her, and took a moment to look above the wall. Their defense. She bowed her head a moment, thoughts heavy on her mind. Today was a special day. A day of hope. Of love. Yet she couldn't help but think of the dull, steady ache inside her. Where she had once loved, and lost. She knew in this world, losing people was common. Yet she couldn't help but think that the moment it didn't hurt when someone died, would be the moment all hope was lost.

I'm sorry, Sophia...

She always held too long to the past. Hugging herself a moment, Niesha turned, trudging her way to the wedding site, she shivered lightly. Niesha wasn't made for the cold, and she jogged slightly to keep warm, making sure she was careful where she stspped, so as not to trip. She trotted along, at the brisk pace she'd set herself, soon feeling warmer as she slowed her pace, reaching the site of the wedding, sighing once more.

Yet it was more of a sigh, for relief. She looked about, and smiled to herself. Small, yet genuine she shifted, rocking back onto her heels. This was a good thing. It made her feel good, and she was happy for Titania, for Jack. Today was a good day.
Jamison

Location: Junker Town, Australia
Interacting with: Raelene@vicier

If you are not willing to look stupid, nothing great will ever happen to you. Words to live by. Of course, Jamison was never afraid to look stupid. He often didn't think things through, let alone contemplate them afterwards. Yet with Raelene...all he wanted was the best for her. Jamison sighed as he fiddled with her arm, intent on fixing the few miniscule parts that were necessary for it to function right. The task was oddly complicated, and yet Jamison didn't seem to have any issues with it. Having first created his own prosthetic arm, and then Raelene's, it was really an old trick. Especially when you thought of all the bombs and mines he'd created over the years.

He just wanted Raelene to be safe. Why couldn't she understand that? She was a lot brighter then him...she could have a future...there was no doubting her skill...Jamison grimaced to himself as he carefully manipulated a piece, making sure not to damage anything else. What was he meant to do? He was her guardian, even if he was a poor one at that. There weren't many things that, many people, that Jamison cared about. Mako...Raelene. They were people he'd do anything for, and yet, he seemed to be screwing things up, in one way or another, with all of them.

Jamison wasn't good with emotions. And he was never good with being rational. Reaching up absently to run his prosthetic hand through his hair, Jamison shook out dust from it. ya never could escape the sand out here. It will be everywhere which didn't actually both Jamison. He'd been covered in a lot worse, after all.

Was it so wrong, to want her safe?

Why was it so hard?

He shifted slightly, and studied the arm, before nodding satisfied, and putting his tools away. He slipped them in a back pocket, knowing full well that if he was careless they'd be stolen quicker than he could explode a bomb around these parts. There was a difference between being stupid and being...well. stupid. Did one look foolish, stupid trying to apologise? Jamison wouldn't really know, it so rarely happened. Jamison had to remember that no matter what, no matter her enthusiasm with explosives, or her inability to fear getting dirty, Raelene wasn't a guy. She was a girl. A teenager.

Hormonal.

Jamison shuddered. It was such a horrible word, really. Emotions. Thrown together with biological...needs...urges. it was enough to drive a man into his booze. What was Jamison meant to do? He was still half a child himself. He didn't know nothin bout girls. ‘Cept that ya needed a bloody manual for them. But...it was his little Rae Rae....he couldn't be mad at her, could he?

”Rae Rae…” Jamison said softly, looking over to his cousin, a troubled look on his youthful features, damaged by both his living and having lived in junkertown.
Ugh

Sick

Callie gave Magnus a sweet smile, knowing full well ehe had a love hate relationship with children, but knowing that in thenlong run, Abigale would win out. The girl was just too adorable, and she had a tough path ahead of her, one enitrely her own, not connected to her wolfy heritage, but one connected, Callie suspected, to her mother. Watching Magnus take the girl to the room she had set aside for her, Callie smiled, a little sadly. There were timee when visions or "vibes" could be both distressing and disturbing. She sighed again, and looked back over to Alexis. She gave the girl a kind smile, an odd air about her. "Have no fear, Alexis. Sometimes Faith is all we need. You are under my protection now, and Zoe is many things, but she is not foolish. Nor is she a bad person. I have already promised that i won't let any harm come to you, have faith in me, if nothing else" she assured the girl, stepping back as Alexis realised her friends were in trouble.

She watched her, her heart aching for the girl, who wanted to belong. She waited patiently, for Alexis to calm down, to do what she had to do. "As Magnus said, your friends will be alright. Zoe will look after them, and they will come out of this stronger. You need not fear. If i may offer you some advice, Alexis? Don't be afraid to take that leap, to speak and interact with them. You may find that you have more in common then you think, and you will benefit from their presence, and, i think, they will fro, yours" She said softly, glancing to the door as her wards were being bypassed, she reached for some power, forming a spell juste in case, but let it fizzle with a smile. When the man entered withput trouble, Callie shifted, watching.

As Leo stored in, wrapping his arms around her, Callie let herself lean into him, imto his steady warmth, and presence. Leo had become a constant in her life, one that she took a lot of reassurance from. Having a coven of her own once more...it gave her a sense of security, knowing there was someone there, standing with her always. She sighed, letting herself relax somewhat. "Leo" she breathed, clutching to him a moment when he pulled away, before letting go. She smiled, holding out her phone, so he could see that it was indeed on "the defenses barr the use of phones within here, when set to active mode, Leo. Don't want calls getting through to break the defenses, after all". She said, her tone shifting xlightly to that of teacher. As coven leader, her job was never done in the teachings of magic. After everything had happened, she had never expected to have a coven again, let alone be tne leader of it.

She gave Alexis a smile, reassuring her that everything was alright, "its okay, he's one of mine. Actually, he's the only other person in our coven"
