Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Phoebe gave Katherin a smile, wanting to assure her friend that everything would be alright. “You’ll be a formidable hero, one day Kat. You’ll figure it out eventually” She assured her, as she got herself comfortable, before slipping the helmet on, making sure that it was secure, and checking to make sure it was working, turning it on, and getting ready for the simulation.

Kalinda gave a small laugh to herself, she could almost follow Griffin’s thought path, even without the emotional state. She was well aware that Griffin liked to operate alone, but she also knew it was a dangerous world out there, even for them. Her hand unconsciously went to her shoulder, where the knife had embedded itself, and she gave a small shudder.

“A smart decision, dear Griffin” She said after a moment, giving him a smile, “Besides, who else knows just how you like to work? I can watch your back, and not be in the way” She said, allowing shadows to trail along her skin. It seemed to come easier, for the moment, her abilities so near the surface.

She gave a chuckle, and retrieved her helmet, settling herself.

“Ah, but I do value your opinion, and you see things I don’t, at least not right away” Connor said, thoughtful. “That is a good question. And one we probably should have found the answer out to before stepping in. Although it is mimic, so he’d probably just laugh and tell us to hurry up and get in the simulation” Connor shook his head, glancing about, he quickly got his suit on, the exquisitely crafted ironman suit specifically designed for him, it was now equipped not only with the standard toys his father's suits had, but with his own adjustments, adaptations, and toys, and over his time at the academy, and outside of it, Connor had become deadly in his own rights with it. Not that he’d ever use it for his own gain.

He glanced about, assisted with the suits tactical visor, to ensure that they weren’t in danger of being attacked before looking back to Kijani. Watching as she got herself ready for a moment, he cleared his throat, “Well, we probably shouldn’t sit around in the open, just in case. Lets find some cover, and see what we can find out” His sentence was cut short by the broad cast, and he gave a soft sigh, "Or not. Well then, lets start to see if we can get anyone out. Try and access the structural damage, but we won't go in just yet, make sure there is no one around to set off another bomb"

"I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you surely don’t deserve me at my best."

Marilyn Monroe

Ignatius is a cheery sort. If anyone is to be found spontaneously breaking into song and dance, it would be Iggy. He gets caught up in the excitement of the moment and wants everyone else to feel that way too. He is generous with his time and energy, enjoying encouraging others, in an irresistible style.

He is a born entertainer, loving the spotlight, he typically enjoys putting on a show for his friends, chatting in an unique way with earthy wit, soaking up any attention he gets and making any outing feel like a party. Completely Social, Iggy enjoys the simple things, and there is no greater joy for him then just having fun with a good group of people.

He has a strong aesthetic sense of style, taking time to groom and choose brilliant outfits, even if he is just at home, having an eye for fashion, he knows whats attractive the moment they see it.

At times, though it may not always seem like it, Iggy knows that its not all about him, he is particularly observant and sensitive to others emotions, and will typically be the first to help someone, to talk out a problem or even to just be there, providing emotional support and advice. However, he is more then likely to avoid a conflict if the problem is about him.

Biography
Ignatius grew up just like any other kid. He was bright, and bubbly, always doing what he thought was fun, was amazing, was enjoyable. He didn't really care for boundaries, and thus, he got into a lot of trouble .Especially at school. It wasn't that he wasn't smart-Iggy is rather bright for his age, hiding an intelligence behind his eyes that no many see, it was more that nothing seemed to hold his attention.

When he was 13, he suddenly found himself an older brother, to a beautiful, cheeky girl, Kalinda. He doted on the girl, always finding ways to be in her life, to enjoy teaching her how to get in trouble. When he was 16, Ignatius found his life shattered, when a drunk drive crashed into his then three year old sister, killing her instantly.

Ignatius grew distant from just about everyone for a time, his grades dropping, and his persoanlity shifting to one so far from his true self, that his parents were worried that he was going to kill himself. They sought help for him, and he is getting back to normal.

Cassandra

Alexis (@Legion02) Xerxes Arvanitis (@YoshiSkittlez) Miranda Burke (@Damo021)

As everything seemed to be winding down, Cassandra knew that her father would be there most of the night, if not the whole night with Syleste and Sebastian, and no matter how much she wanted to be here, she knew that her father would just worry about her, and not be as focused as he should be. So she gave him a hug, saying ”I’ll be home, okay? I’ll be safe. Chewy will be with me” She hugged him tightly, still wrapped up in his lab coat, knowing she wasn’t going to give it back, the comfort it provided her-his scent, overpowered the fear, letting her sink into its warmth, and safety. She looked up at him, and gave him a smile, ”I’ll be safe, Daddy” She promised, although she was a little terrified at heading back home, alone. She wanted to be near her father, wanted to go home with him.

Because when push came to shove, he had always been there for her, for everything. From every little cut or scrape, every bruise as kid could get, every day at school, he’d always make sure to be there, if she needed it. He’d been there, giving her a family, and making sure she was loved. And maybe that was what was important, not that he had technically lied to her her entire life. He’d been there, he’d gone above and beyond in the father department, and he’d done everything he could for her.

”I love you, Daddy. I’ll see you at home” She hugged him again, looked over her friends, wanting to assure herself one last time that they were okay, As she did so, a text came through, and she checked her phone, stopping in the doorway. She was surprised when she realised it was from Alexis, asking if she was okay. She hesitated a moment, before replying.

ToAlexis
Yes….I’m okay. Everyone is, mostly. We’re just leaving the hospital.

She didn’t know what else she could say, weary and a little heart sick, she hit send. It wasn’t like she could come out and say :Oh, yeah,, we got bitten by this mad wolf, and guess what? Its made us werewolves!”. She’d sound crazy. And possibly put her friends in danger, in the long run. But Alexis seemed like she needed a friend. Cassie didn’t know what to do, and she bowed her head, sighing, before looking back at Miranda, ”Miri, we can get a cab and carpool to your place, then I can head home, if you like” She wanted to make sure her friend got home safely. She didn’t know what she would do if something happened to Miranda. There were times that without her, or Syleste, she didn’t know what she would do. She hoped Miri would agree to getting a cab, she didn’t want to be alone that long on the way home.
I am interested, and will take whatever Mahlimae Vicier doesn't take XD

Sasha

Sasha looked up from the bar at the sound of Lazarus voice, a smile forming even as she did, and she looked over to him. Her smile faltered, slightly and she bit her lip, uncertainty filling her, and she glanced away. She knew Lazarus always had doubts about himself, and...maybe about them. As Mithera approached Lazarus, Sasha slid off the stool, and moved through the hall, to the stairs, making her way to her room. Despite the fact that it was clean, it had a stale air to it, of a place that hadn’t been lived in for a little while, and she flung the window open, bowing her head, eyes clenched tightly closed.

She didn’t know if she could deal with those doubts, not right then. Not with everything that was going to happen, not with...not now. She didn’t know if she was strong enough, for the both of them, if she could be strong enough for Lazarus. She drew in a deep breath, trying to steady herself. She pushed away from the window, her eyes swimming with tears, but she didn’t let any fall, instead she let them roam over the few photos on the wall that she had, of those she loved and cared about. Some where of those she had lost. Her mother, and father. Her little brother. Others were of those closest to her, Lazarus and Penny.

On a shelf near the photoss, was a collection of trinkets. Not wanting any to get broken on her travels, especially the fish that Mayt had given her, what seemed like so long ago, when...was it only a year? It seemed so much longer. So much had changed. So much was going to change. Had anything stayed the same? Sometimes Sasha wasn’t too sure. An unfinished painting sat on an aisle, by her bed, and for a moment Sasha was struck with an overwhelming sense of...fear. For a moment, she knew that she wouldn’t call this room home for much longer. It had sheltered her, for years. It had given her a place to grow, to find who she was.

But it wasn’t a room for a family.

Sasha lay a hand on her belly, clutching it slightly. Her child. She could be strong for her child. She needed to be. She was doing everything for her child. There simply wasn’t anything she could do less. Composing herself, Sasha took the time to shower, and change, noting the minute changes in her body as she did so, the slight changes pregnancy were beginning to bring, she went through the everyday rituals and found peace. And strength. Tying her haid back into a braid, while it dried, Sasha smoothed her clothes out, before she retrieved her gear, and headed back downstairs.

”Lazarus” She said softly, approaching him, Mithera and the youngirl, with them, who was it seemed just on her way out, she nodded to Mithera in greeting, but didn’t say anything else. Right then, she wasn’t too sure if she’d be able to.

Penny

Penny looked over to Mayt, and gave him a smile, trying to make it seem like everything was okay, that she hadn’t just spent two months away from the guild with no word, and that she was ready to get back into things. Mostly. ”Mayt. Oh, you know, this and that. I’m doing well, what about you?How have things been around here?” She asked, intending to get caught up with most things in the guild, and get back on track, even slightly.

She hesitated a moment, before saying softly ”Mayt, I’d like to speak with you, and Master Jamie. Damien if he’s about, as well. I’ve found some information about...Phoenix Slayers...about me.” She hesitated, glancing about the guild, ”And Ariel. If she’s here...I need to speak with her as well”

It wasn’t what Penny had intended to say, and yet as she said it, she knew it was something she needed to do. This wasn’t something she wanted to go through herself, and perhaps she could find some answers. She wanted to speak to Damian by herself, but if it worked out differently...then that was that.

Jamie

Jamie smiled, although there was a hint of sadness in it, ”Why, training Amelia” She said softly, ”So that you can both know how to defend yourself, if we can’t be there for you” She said, her eyes glancing over to Sam for a moment, sadness and pain flooding her for a moment.

Cassandra

Cassandra read the message from Eris, sliding her hands into her pockets, her right gently curling around the key, something she wasn’t going to lose, it suddenly felt heavy in her pocket. While she knew that was an invitation more than anything, Cassandra didn’t want to screw things up for Eris, so she didn’t know whether or not to go over there. She sighed softly to herself, and shook her head a little wearily, to herself. She looked over as Carnel turned to her, and gave him a polite smile as he introduced himself. She raised an eyebrow at him however. “Carnell Novell? That’s an interesting name, for sure” As soon as the words were out of her mouth, she blushed. carnel novel was so different to the name, yet they had just come out without her even thinking them.

She just couldn’t seem to not embarrass herself around new people. She cleared her throat, and accepted his hand, “Uh, I’m sorry. I’m Cassandra O’shera” She glanced over at Rufus, and smiled slightly “What’s the point of being normal? It’’s so boring” She said ruefully, and felt a little bit better. As he disappeared, she shook her head, chuckling “And he calls us weird” She said, taking the chance to head on home, she said goodbye to them, before doing so, deciding that she should just head home for the night.

Cassandra, wrapped up in a massive winter jacket, and mile long scarf, trotted outside the school grounds, and away, seeming to have a destination in mind, when really, she had no idea where she was going to go. She hummed to herself, and walked down the street, not really afraid of getting sick. She had just been spending a lot of her time in doors, and wanted to be outside, even for a little bit.

Maybe she was crazy. Maybe she was. All she knew as that….

Well, she didn’t know much really. She reached up, going to run a hand through her hair, but stopped and smiled at herself when she realised that she was wearing the blue snow cap with a snow flake on it. She chuckled at herself, and continued on her way. She stopped at a shop, getting a hot chocolate, she continued on her way. A lot had happened, and yet...part of her couldn’t think that maybe a lot hadn’t.

She didn’t know what to do right then, and her feet took the somewhat familiar path to Eris’s, her mind filled with stuff she didn’t particularly want to think about, Cassandra sought out comfort, even if she wasn’t aware of it.
its nice, this pace. Honestly, sometimes it seems like I have twenty things to post for (Mostly because thats how many I have) But the ones where I really have to put work into, make long posts? I absolutely love and can actually get a post out quicker there then in the short post ones. In one me an Vic are in, I have a few characters and I can just get all of them out in one night, just cause its so damn awesome. And this one? Well, it depends on how I'm feeling, but I can smash a post out quite quickly, simply because I enjoy figuring out how to make something like "She looked around" Into something more substantial.
