What I wanted to say beforehand:

espers are supposed to have the hardest time in gaining martial arts skills because the hybrid system highly benefits them, it would make everyone want an esper and not magicians or normalish,we can't have espers having martial arts and an ability so that normalish can't use them as mops if they can't use their ability, note what happened with capacity down and espers in railgun, though to be fair the espers couldn't concentrate at all,as the rp progresses normalish are supposed to fall off,if they choose to not learn abilities. You can think of it as character creation in an MMO,you have a choice to become a warrior or a magician ,now there's a third class that allows you to become both a warrior and magician with no fall offs and say this is new game+ then its fine but not right in the start.

I'm just talking about progress guys.

level 0 aka normalish are more than qualified to have it.
Level 1-3 yeah iffy but I can agree that they can have martial arts like what Grey said.
Level 4 to level 5, can't.


Why? It would be total stomp. Generally speaking, "What's the use of martial arts, when you a level 5 who is a one man army killing machine can take on the country and you have nearly unlimited calculating powers to perform anything you want with your ability."

But then again there are some people that have seriously useless abilities, no matter the level here, I'm not gonna mention who lol
Espers like that should be able to have martial arts at the very least and I conclude this discussion regarding martial arts.

And for the sake of being fair here, if you guys want to have martial arts, fine but I let you know. Can I trust you with it?

@Raijinslayer Yeah he can have martial arts but I hope you don't mean, "Hey I am a haemokinesist and no one can beat me in CQC."
